Ordained minister Dr. Dennis Hall and his special guest John Pitts, scholar on the science behind the biblical creation story focus on the migration of the animals on the ark to all the continents and islands of the world. Listeners are reminded that God decided to destroy the earth because he found mankind to be evil and violent. He asked Noah to build an ark and put two of every kind of living creatures, male and female, on the ark. Scripture tells us that rain fell on the earth for 40 days and 40 nights and that all the deep springs under the ocean burst forth and the earth was flooded. When the rain stopped and the floodwaters receded the ark ran aground on Mount Ararat. These two biblical scholars discuss how massive vegetation rafts formed facilitating the movement of the animals. When and how an ice age formed is discussed and how it caused the oceans sea levels to become low enough for land bridges to connect the continents permitting dispersal of the animals. It was God's command that the animals swarm the earth and multiply. Can be heard on all podcast search engines and viewed on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/z_xTaUEWKyo him

Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, focuses on the things that has caused the American Christian churches to drift in a disturbing direction. He points out that as American Christian churches began to build sprawling campuses to attract the growing suburbanites, and with mega churches adopting strategies to remove any and all barriers that would discourage someone from attending to the prosperity gospel churches were avoiding the hard truths of, sin, sacrifice, and repentance and producing a generation of Christians unprepared to persevere in a culture increasingly hostile to biblical truth. Dr. Hall then focuses on the heresies that plague contemporary Christian churches. He makes the point that the modern-day Christian churches have been pushed to the side of the public square but that it does not need rebranding – it needs rediscovery. He points out that the Christian church does not need new programs or slogans – it needs repentance. Can be heard on all podcast search engines and viewed on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/0bUt6FiFHrg

He raises salient questions about the motives of those who are attempting to interfere with federal officers who are attempting to apprehend illegal immigrants. Dr. Hall addresses the anger that is growing among those who are upset by watching police officers being attacked, property destroyed, and obscenities shouted and scrawled across handmade signs. He points out that being angry is not an excuse for sin! It is pointed out that Jesus made it clear that loving God and loving your neighbor are the most important things that you can do, and that neighbors include the anarchists and the illegal immigrants. Dr. Hall points out that the Scripture calls us to be kind, compassionate and forgiving, and to love our enemies. In his concluding remarks he points out that loving our neighbors is not carried out when we tell somebody that they should not be accountable for breaking the law which is the same as rejecting God according to Romans 13. Ham Gadd is one of those who have had this experience and provides the details of his experience in this podcast. His experience is consistent with the Near Death Experiences of millions of people around the world. There have been numerous books written about these individuals and peer-reviewed research articles published in some of the most prestigious medical journals. It is acknowledged that skeptics point out that excess carbon dioxide in the bloodstream can affect vision in a way that people report seeing a tunnel of bright light and that lack of oxygen can cause hallucinations. Critics seem to be grasping at straws to disapprove that people having Near Death Experiences have visited heaven. The podcast begins with Dr. Hall reading from Luke 1 when the angel encountered the young Jewish teenage girl, Mary, and told her that she would conceive and give birth to a son. Astonished, Mary asked “How will this be, since I am a virgin?” The special guests and Dr. Hall then explored what it is like to be a teenage girl in the 21st century. The ladies on the panel discuss the violent mood changes that they experienced as teenagers and how these off the chart mood swings are complicated by PMS. The group also discussed society's perverted interpretation of beauty that for many young teenage girls results in poor self-image, making them feel that they are “not pretty enough” or “not worthy enough.” The discussion then led into the consequences of a young girl in the first century claiming to be a virgin and becoming pregnant. In short, Deuteronomy 22 tells us that the law at that time required the young girl to be stoned to death. When Mary accepted the Angels proclamation that she would become pregnant with Jesus she was aware of these potential harsh consequences. The group explored how Mary must have felt during this time, and Joseph's response to this situation. Due to the shutdown of the federal government this program is currently only being partially funded. Dr. Hall attacks many of the myths about the participants in this program, pointing out that recipients are subject to the federal government's requirements to receive benefits that only allow four dollars a day per person for food. To receive food stamps, you must be poor and prove it. Able-bodied adults are also required to work at least 20 hours per week. Dr. Hall points out that throughout Scripture there is clear and consistent emphasis on providing for those in need. In the Old Testament God's people are instructed to leave grain fields, vineyards, and olive tree groves less than fully harvested for the poor and sojourners. One of the questions addressed is, “Is the rejection of the Trinity heresy or is it just something wrong about what someone believes?” The question of whether the Holy Spirit is just some sort of a force is also addressed. The discussion also included the historical development of the Trinity. After discussing Americans' views on afterlife, the biblical description of heaven is outlined and Dr. Hall points out how the Bible teaches that not only will we be able to meet and see high profile biblical characters like Abraham, Moses and the apostles but we will be able to recognize and get to see our loved ones in heaven. Dr. Hall believes that infants and small children who die are with Jesus and uses the Scripture to support that point of view. He reviews the comical efforts that linguistic scientists make to explain the origin of language. Dr. Hall discusses the story of the Tower of Babel found in Genesis 11 when God causes the people to begin speaking different languages. The Hebrew language is considered to be the Holy language because it is the original language of the Bible. The role of the Greek language in expanding Christianity is reviewed. Dr. Hall reminds the listeners of the various ways that language can be abused and that Jesus said, “But I tell you that men will have to give an account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. She asserted that there is a whole sect of MAGA porters that support Israel because they want the Jews to be in Israel so that Jesus can come back for the rapture. Dr. Hall and his guest spent some time scribing what the Bible says about the rapture, a time when the Lord will gather his followers to meet with him in the air. The different views regarding the tribulation are also discussed. It is pointed out that Peter in his second letter warns, “Above all you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own desires.” Each of these personalities reacted to the idea that many people believe that everyone who does good will be raptured. As the podcast ends the listeners are advised that their rapture preparation should involve being diligent and vigilant and busy doing the Lord's work. Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, discusses the attacks on the Bible by agnostics, atheists, and skeptics. He zeroes in on what some refer to as copycat theology. It's the idea that Christianity was copied from pagan myths. He reviews the history of this kind of false teaching. Dr. Hall uses some examples to demonstrate how a story that may have parallels to things that happened in the past does not necessarily make the story a falsehood. It is obvious that some skeptics are willing to distort and lie when it comes to descriptions of pagan gods. Dr. Hall spends time talking about why first century Jews would never stoop to worshiping pagan gods, believing pagan myths, bowing down to idols, and adopting the belief systems of the Gentile nations around them. It is pointed out that one of the things that makes the gospel story of Jesus Christ so compelling is that it fulfills everything that had been prophesies to Israel in the Old Testament Scriptures. Furthermore, in America more than 40% of all births occur to unmarried women and more than 50% of all marriages in the US end in divorce. All this results in the US having the highest rate of children living in single parent households in the entire world. After describing characteristics of families in the US, Dr. Hall goes on to outline what the Scripture has to say about the responsibilities of fathers in Christian homes, focusing on Psalm 78.
