It's clear he has a plan for winning and winning fast, while making sure the Broncos Facility is run as a winning culture without outside influence that may have existed in the past. It appears HC Sean Payton and GM George Paton have an already established great working relationship, giving the impression Paton will stay after the Hackett disaster of this last season.
