These ladies cried, Divinated, sang, anguished, cheered, sat in silence, layed hands, fasted and channeled the holy spirit all for the deliverance of my spirit. For the deliverance of the things they could foresee and could not. 
HOW THE HELL CAN I NOT BE BOLD!! How can I not live and be free off the strength of that?! 
Knowing myself and learning where I come from, how can I not fly!?

I know I need to do... I know what the steps are... I know what it takes to get there... But I am [FILL IN THE BLANK] Do you have the "I know already" syndrome? Mannnnn..it's easy to catch this one. Because there is SO much info out there, getting the HOW is pretty simple. Yet, you may still find yourself NOT executing on it even though you know what to do. Why is that? Because what isn't being addressed is your thoughts and feelings around those steps. When you think about what it takes, certain feelings are creeping up and because you want to avoid them, you avoid what you KNOW you need to do. So what the F do you do? You have to address those feelings, my friend. Until you do, you are going to continue saying, " i know BUT..." You know I got an episode for you on this topic...let's address HOW to face those feelings!

Sex, Drugs, and Saving Throws is an adults only actual-play podcast filled with graphic violence, bad language, bizarre sex stuff, and copious drug use set in a heavy metal homebrew fantasy world using the Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition rules. Set six months after the events of the first chapter of this story "Endless Harvest", Baking the Law finds the Mithril Maidens back together again, down on their luck and trying to get back into the music scene. The main difference is that now they have a manager, Orin Killroy, who won the honor of being the band' front man by losing in a game of cards. Orin and the Mithril Maidens have travelled to the Lawful Good kingdom of Obscondia to partake in the Baking the Law extreme baking contest. They have met the competition - The Hex Pistols, a group of wanna-be bad ass lady warlocks and The Feebler Elves, three extremely old and unpleasant high elves and have started their first challenge - baking muffins made from parts of a Manticore.  So tease up your hair, tug up those tight leather pants and get ready for Baking the Law! Your Tour Manager and GM for Sex, Drugs and Saving Throws is Matt. The rest of the cast is: Malcolm, as Orin Killroy, a half-elven cleric and newly named manager of the Mithril Maidens. Nathan, as Echoes of Banter, an Eladrin elven monk and lead bagpiper of the band. Sean, as Huilgrim of the Lost Shire, a Halfling barbarian and lead lutist. Tyr, as Raine Northshine - a Fey rogue/arcane fighter and lead bass lutist. Chris, as Zulja Azeya - a Half-orc bard and drummer. and... I was reading my friends newsletter about things getting released and brought up to the surface during the full moon. Mannnnn, she was right! I was on fire! In this episode I teach you how to say no. But with love, of course. There is a true difference between standing up for yourself and being rude. I even give you a few killer catch phrases that you can use in "almost" any example as well. Most people believe that saying no is the end of a conversation. I don't view it that way. Instead, I look at saying no as part of a negotiation. Most of the time people say no and then go silent. While no can be its own sentence. I've found that its better to offer a different solution or resource when saying no. Its all about the pivot. People at work and family are coming to you for a reason. It might be because they have learned to rely unnecessarily on you. Or it might be that they don't realize that what they are asking from you is crossing a boundary. So instead of always saying yes and getting bitter, why not propose a solution that works for both of you. I go over how to say no at work. Saying no to family and saying no to yourself. You might think that self care would be on this list. But when we are always taking care of others. We need to be mindful of how we can take care of ourselves and bring our full, sparkly personality to the table. Instead of becoming a bitter and resentful person.
