We then got right into last night's game and Toews repping the Jets jersey for the first time last night and how special that was, he then shared how big of a role Toews has to play this season in order for the Jets to succeed. Thomas finished with his thoughts on a Kyle Connor extension, and whether or not he'll be resigning in Edmonton.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   In the middle of the hour, Matt Scianitti stopped by to discuss all things CFL football. Scianitti shared his thoughts on the changes announced earlier in the week, Rourke's comments he made on Monday and finished with some international women's Rugby talk.   Hour two capped off with Eric Macramalla and all of his shenanigans. He as well chimed in on the CFL changes made earlier in the week and shared why he likes them, but did the CFL do enough!?

The NFL season preview continues… today we took a trip down to Atlanta to hear from Carl Dukes. Dukes gave us a very energetic preview on the Falcons camp thus far. He finished with his expectations on Bijan Robinson for the upcoming season.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   In the middle of the second hour, it was time for I've Got Beef presented by Acme Meat Market! Lots of reasonable beefs from the fellas today.   Reid Wilkins finished off hour two with his beef, with his thoughts on the whipping boy bracket, who was better for the Oilers, Peter Chiarelli or Ken Holland. Reid finished with his expectations for the Elks game tomorrow.
