Hungarian born Gabor Gresz is back in the studio for part two of our two-part interview. Gabor lived 25 years of his life in a Communist State. Now living in America, he sees signs of “pre-communism” ideologies that are alarming. Gabor is most concerned about the role of the church in a culture where 200 million Americans are unchurched and 160 million say that they do not believe in God or the Bible. He discusses forgiving his abusive father, being inspired to do the impossible with limitations, and how grace and time are the elements for healing past wounds.
Hungarian born Gabor Gresz tells how fascism and communism left its cruel marks on his country and family. In childhood Gabor's life was marked with life-threatening diseases and painful abuse. He shares the background and the pivotal point that propelled him beyond his circumstances. This is part one of a two part interview.

Jesus' call to all who follow him is 'to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength (our muchness if you will)'. But do we think we can honestly attend to Jesus' call while our emotional life lay in tatters? We don't think so. We desire for all of our life to transformed by Jesus, including our emotional life. The Emotionally Healthy Church series is designed to reshape our church from the inside out. We want to explore areas where we have never been before in the hopes that we would become more like Jesus.

Forgiving is not easy, but we all have things we need to forgive others for. What do we do about that? Do we harbor a lack of forgiveness in our own hearts until we grow hard and cold? The answer comes down to Christ and His forgiveness of us.
What do we do with the raw emotions in the Bible? What do we do with these strong, bold statements in the Psalms? They can serve as scriptural therapy for us as we work through our own feelings in a biblical way.
The instilling the concept of consequences in their children is a goal for many parents' as they raise their families. As adults we understand this idea, it is often the negative outcomes of an action that will keep us from doing it - we see consequences in everything. As we continue our series on -Lessons from the Past- from 1 Corinthian 10, we will now see the punishment Israel incurred because of their actions.
Why do we as humans study the past- To learn from previous mistakes of those who came before us so that we might not take the same missteps of history. This two part series from 1 Corinthians 10 serves the same purpose- to show us the mistakes of God's people, Israel, in the past for the the purpose of warning us, God's people today, the Church. Listen in as Pastor Roger details five Parallel Privileges between Christians and the nation of Israel so that we might not fall in the sins that destroyed them.

Christian spirituality, without an integration of emotional health, can be deadly—to yourself, your relationship with God, and the people around you. Emotional health and spiritual maturity are inseparable. Fortunately, scripture speaks to the whole person and can teach us how to live emotionally and spiritually healthy lives.
HELL-OH! And welcome to a very special episode of EL PASO'S BEST MOTHERFUCKING PODCART: ROAMING REIGNS! (FUCK THE Z!) You can't keep a good motherfucker down! And on that note, enjoy a blast from the past! A rescued lost episode from SEPTEMBER 19,2020. This was one of two maybe 3 episodes I thought I lost! I think I got a good new setup now. A PODCART recording desk, a clamp for my mic, and more space! Anyway, listening back to this, REACHAROUND IS FAIR REPLAY! Or some such cliched bullshit. It's funny to listen to myself at the end of the Summer, hopeful and optimistic, not knowing in the next month a lot of shit would come down the pike. I'm back on track, I'm actually recording this morning after I upload this BLAST FROM THE PAST! I finally tell the story of El Paso Karen, and a lot of the stuff I talk about ( GET READY FOR THE BATMAN DAY DRINKING GAME!) really foreshadows the bullshit that was to come in the following last months of the year. I sound high energy for as much as I harp on the fact that I'm low energy that day. I really had my pod flow and energy that day. I think I'll come back to Audacity, and do shit MY WAY. No more interlopers, no more distractions. If you listen to episode 39, THIS is a direct continuation of that, almost 20 episodes later! IT is like a pod version of TENET. Time inversion. You're walking it back as you listen forward. I shout out all the cool homies, and denouce SoundCloud. I do talk about the BAT, which I realize I didn't watch the rest of the original Batman flicks that day. I since found my Jim Lee Batman shirt, btw. The RETURN OF THE AOW minute! AT OUR WORST minute 5 coming atcha! And all this misspelling and colorful language is DELIBERATE! FUCK OFF with your grammar, syntax, and usage bullshit! I also ask for more vinyl which is hilarious. Some tailgating and shitty driver stories, as well as as some local radio z morning zoo show opinions. I'm never getting that morning news girl on this pod now. I'm more productive now without all these distractions and time sucks. I have a lot more NEW shit to talk about today, but for now enjoy this glimpse into that foul year of our lord 2020. It was the end of Summer, the beginning of fall. And the ire was strong. Even now, my cup runneth over on the shit I gotta talk about. Love the good listeners overseas, Stateside and A BROAD! I think I like AUDACITY AGAIN! Let's see how the new bunker studio works out! As always, wash your ass, wash your hands, wear a mask, fucking stay the FUCK away from me, but still TWEET the show @RoamingReignz on twitter or the email is RoamingReignz@gmail.com (Gotta change it after this week but try it anyway!) NO QUITTING. NO GIVING UP. NO BEING SIDELINED by DRAMA QUEEFS. IT's all about the STEAMROLL this year. There's ROGAN, and the pod titans, and I want a spot AT THE TOP. As always, leave a 5 star review dear sweet listeners and I shall be forever indebted to youse. My batteries are charged, the coffee is brewing, and the FOG has lifted. FUCK YOU, SMALLVILLE! But anyway, enjoy the show. Be kind, rewind to last year. I'll drop in next week. ENJOY! AL RATO VATOS Y HYNAS. ORALE! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/roaming-reignz/message

It's the first Ridiculous History episode of the New Year! Ben, Noel and Casey are ringing it in with some predictions--not their own predictions, mind you. I don't throw the word 'hero' around very often. But The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is a damned hero. For my money, it's the best game in the Zelda catalog. I love the combat, the graphics, the music, the items, the world, the exploration. I love it. I hate the boulders on Death Mountain, but I even love Death Mountain. We talked about A Link to the Past back on episode 3 of the show, but we had no idea what we were doing back then. We still don't, but we have more listeners now and everyone should love this game. Bradley McCue gave me a ring on the ol' Batphone, and we spent an hour blowing smoke right up Link's ass this week. And as always, before the game talk, it's the fabled 'Remember The Game?' intro! I talk about games that end with cliff-hangers, what video game character can eat the most hot dogs, should Game of the Year awards wait until January, and more! We also have another ripping edition of 'Play One, Remake One, Erase One'. This week, sticking with the theme of Zelda, it's the 'old Zelda games that aren't Ocarina of Time' edition, starring original Legend of Zelda, Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link, and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. If you want to skip to something specific, here's where to go: 0:00 - 1:45 Intro 1:45 - 7:21 Initial self-indulgent rambling 7:21 - 17:08 'Blowing In The Cartridge' (Listener comments & questions, and Letter Time!) 17:08 - 28:09 'Play One. Remake One. Erase One.' 28:09 - 32:43 A copy of Super Mario Bros 3 sold for $156,000!? 32:43 - 33:45 What have I been playing? 33:45 - 36:35 Listener's 'Link to the Past' Memories 36:35 + The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Talk! Enjoy the podcast!
