Once again, a throwback to the days of the 2020 Democratic National Convention. You had to hear about the Republican one last week. This week, while I'm taking in the scenery out west, we can talk about that last time the Dems did their thing. David Waldman and Greg Dworkin welcome you to the climatic final day of the 2020 Democratic National Convention, brought to you by Donald Trump. If the world didn't have so much to fix, the convention wouldn't have been half as good. Kamala Harris already changed the world for the better last night. And! Last night, The President of the United States returned to address the nation! Makes one feel good to be an American. Of course, the more things change, the more they remain the same. Some whinef or more, while some are out there making it happen. Bill O'Reilly worries Biden-Harris might turn their back on him. No one has turned their back on O'Reilly in years. We'll see how the Gop convention turns out for him. (Not brought to you by Goodyear) Crusted phlegm Steve KG Bannon was arrested and indicted, charged with fraud and money laundering, after illegally shaking down wall-loving rubes. Steve might be wearing his overlapping half dozen popped-collar orange jumpsuits for the next 20 years. Joining him are a rogue's gallery of villainy, including Kris Kobach, Erik Prince, Tom Tancredo, Sheriff David Clarke and former pitcher Curt Schilling, along with anyone else in the swamp that heard “wall” and “money”. Donald Trump hasn't heard of any of those guys. It has been revealed that the Senate Intelligence Committee made criminal referrals of Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, SteveBannon, Erik Prince and Sam Clovis to federal prosecutors in 2019. Trump's attempt to dodge a subpoena for his tax records was nixed by a federal judge. The election will not go smoothly, and Trump will cause trouble. How much trouble will we allow him to cause? Louis DeJoy promised a couple things, but isn't about to repair the damage he already created. Also, he was lying about stopping. Laura Loomer is a loon, but Qanon is nuts, and now they're coming to DC. What's the problem with electing representatives of terrorist groups to the other side of the metal detectors? Then there's Russia. Russiagate was not a hoax. Russia could turn out to be a little too real. Also, there is a COVID-19 pandemic. People keep tossing it out there, and people keep catching it.

The left has overtaken the culture, erasing God from public life and making religious faith a taboo subject. But the power of faith isn't so easily extinguished. For this podcast, Anna shines a much-needed light on why we need God and prayer — now more than ever — with Sam Clovis. Air Force veteran, businessman, college professor, talk radio host, politician — Sam did it all before serving as a top adviser to Donald Trump. And along the way, he was paralyzed for about a year from the chest down, until one day his prayers were answered, and he recovered without any medical precedent. Don't miss this essential conversation on the importance of faith and the nefarious efforts to eradicate it.To hear more of my podcasts and to subscribe to my FREE weekly newsletter, go to Gingrich360.com/Anna today! The Senate Intelligence Committee has released its report on Russian interference in the 2016 election. The president says the report is a hoax though his aides also say it confirms what they’ve said all along: that there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government to influence the election outcome. As a reminder, “collusion” has no particular legal meaning, but Ken and Josh talk about one key allegation in the report, which is the timing for the release of the hacked DNC emails from Wikileaks. When people around Trump got word the now-famous Access Hollywood tape would be release, Roger Stone directed Jerome Corsi to instruct Julian Assange to have Wikileaks release the emails the Russians hacked from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta. This calls into question written answers President Trump provided during the Mueller investigation in which he said he didn’t remember discussing any of this with Roger Stone. Did the president make false statements there, and if so, could he be charged? The Senate committee also made criminal referrals of Trump associates Sam Clovis, Steve Bannon and Erik Prince for making false statements, and while it called into question testimony from Donald Trump Jr. and Jared Kushner, the committee didn’t accuse them of false statements crimes. Might a Justice Department in a Biden presidency pursue charges? Ken and Josh also talk about Carter Page and the guilty plea from Kevin Clinesmith arising from John Durham’s investigation, Roger Stone drops his appeal after his sentence was commuted, an update on the emoluments cases and the potential for the Supreme Court to weigh in, how Robert Trump’s death may affect his lawsuit against Mary Trump over her memoir about the Trump family, and Neil Young’s latest legal attempt to prevent the Trump campaign from playing his music at events.

But declassified FBI interviews have revealed that special counsel prosecutors Aaron Zelinsky, Jeannie Rhee, and Andrew Goldstein withheld from the court testimony showing that Papadopoulos actually offered to help the FBI locate Joseph Mifsud, the mysterious professor whose suggestion that Russians would release dirt on Hillary Clinton to help the Trump campaign initiated Crossfire Hurricane. Silence about Trump Tower meeting exculpatory evidence: Translator told the Committee that Trump Jr. Didn’t discuss anything inappropriate. Court filings with deceptively edited email: In November 2017, Mueller prosecutors filed court documents with deceptively edited email between Papadopoulos and other Trump advisers. The other Trump officials are unnamed in the filings, but their identities were publicly revealed through leaks to the media, including the Washington Post and the Guardian. An email from Trump campaign foreign policy advisor Sam Clovis was edited to make it seem as though the former NORAD inspector general was encouraging Papadopoulos to pursue contacts with Russia, when in fact the full email shows that he told him not to. Scope memo used debunked Steele Dossier to set investigative parameters: Mueller final testimony ignores Steele Dossier: Shaffer – Not Valid Deceptive editing of Dowd voicemail: The Mueller Report also deceptively edits a Nov. 22, 2017 voicemail from White House lawyer John Dowd to Flynn’s previous counsel to bolster a narrative that Trump was obstructing the investigation. The secret side deal: According to Flynn’s current lawyer Sidney Powell, special counsel prosecutor Van Grack made a secret side deal with Flynn’s previous counsel. After threatening to indict Michael Flynn Jr., Van Grack agreed not to indict the general’s son as a material term of the plea agreement but required that it be kept between himself and Flynn’s previous counsel in order to avoid having to disclose it to the courts. Improper acquisition of transition emails: In December 2017, a lawyer for the Trump transition team alleged that the SCO had improperly obtained the transition team’s emails from the General Services Administration. “We understand that the special counsel’s office has subsequently made extensive use of the materials it obtained from the GSA, including materials that are susceptible to privilege claims," wrote transition team lawyer Kory Langhofer. Flynn’s emails are believed to have been among the cache appropriated by the prosecutors. Misleading Trump’s lawyers about his status: On March 5, 2018, Mueller told Trump’s lawyer John Dowd that the president was not a focus of the SCO probe. He was a “witness-slash-subject,” said Mueller. Dowd asked: “You mean he has no exposure?” Mueller confirmed that Trump had no exposure. That was incorrect. A few months before, Mueller’s top appellate lawyer Michael Dreeben was in a Manhattan court saying Trump was being investigated for obstruction of justice. The transcript of the secret court session was under seal until May 2019. Impeachment Scam: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/05/huge-rep-jim-jordan-calls-pompeo-state-department-release-documents-tying-suspected-whistleblower-eric-ciaramella-hunter-biden-burisma/?utm_source=Twitter&utm_medium=PostTopSharingButtons&utm_campaign=websitesharingbuttons According to Stephen McIntyre a demand that Ukrainian top prosecutor Viktor Shokin be fired as a condition for an IMF loan, almost certainly originated with Biden staff. We reported that this was the only listed White House meeting attended by Andrii Telizhenko in 2016. This was also the meeting where Hunter Biden was discussed. This was the meeting where Ukrainians were told to end their investigation of Hunter Biden. And White House expert Eric Ciaramella HOSTED the January 19, 2016 meeting. The demand was first announced to Ukrainian prosecutors at a January 19, 2016 meeting with US officials hosted by Eric Ciaramella. A search on the White House visitor logs during the final year (2016) of the Obama administration lists Eric Ciaramella over 200 times. Ciaramella hosted a meeting with Ukrainian diplomat Andrii Telizhenko on January 19, 2016 in the Obama White House And we also discovered that Artem Sytnyk, the director of Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), a Soros group, who leaked documents on kickbacks to Manafort during the 2016 election, was also at the meeting. Shokin was fired March 29th. -BIDEN BRAGGING
For over a year now, much of the world has been watching the United States. With Donald Trump becoming the 45th president of the United States, and an investigation being opened into his campaign shortly after his inauguration, many of us, including all of us here at Majority Villain, have been watching with a healthy mix of shock and curiosity to see what will REALLY come of the allegations of collusion with Russia. Every day, we open our preferred 'fake news' branded site to see what car accident we get to watch in slow motion today. From an outside perspective, it seems as if Robert Mueller, the former head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is producing results and untangling the interwoven threads that make up the 2016 Trump Pence campaign. To date, criminal proceedings have been initiated against 19 people. Out of the 19, five of them are United States citizens, and four of them worked for the Trump Campaign itself. Robert Mueller and his team are on a mission, and they are producing results. But, this begs the question: Who are these people that have been charged? How did they get themselves into such a predicament? Let's go ahead and start with number one. The first man to be indicted: George Papadopoulos. The man that started it all. But… I think that I may be ill equipped to launch into this by myself. I think we need a little help from some of my better known friends… The Obstruction of Justice League of America! Aggregate! (RING RING) Greg: Oh, hold on I gotta take this… Hello? Ethan: Dude, I was just listening to the intro - and uh, yeah you can’t say that. G: Oh hi Ethan. What do you mean? You’re too late. I just said it. Everybody literally just heard me do it. E: Yeah, but Stephen Colbert did this already. G: What are you talking about? E: On the Late Show, Stephen Colbert did the Justice League thing. Back in July. G: I don’t understand the words that you’re using. E: He made the same joke. G: A joke like our joke? E: The SAME joke. G: But that’s our thing. We made the Obstruction of Justice League. E: HE USED THE SAME NAME, DUDE!!!! G: What? No, that’s not possible… E: See what I mean? You gotta change it. G: Yeah, I mean, yeah. I see what you mean. I’m glad you said something before... E: Ok good. I just didn’t want to see you make an ass out of yourself or anything. G: Yeah, sure sure. Just let me, real quick. E: I’m glad we could see eye to eye on this one. It would have been a real shame if we— G: Uh, hey Ethan. E: Yeah? G: JUSTICE LEAGUE, AMALGAMATE! E: That’s not even how it goes… The Justice League Starring... Robert Mueller's All-Star Team with Longest serving FBI director since J Edgar Hoover and former vietnam marine, Robert “Superman” Mueller…. As Muellerman! Former FBI director James “Martian Manhunter” Comey…. As Martian Manhunter Comey! Trump Campaign pawn, and federally prosecuted, George “Brainiac” Papadopoulos…. As the Legion of Doom’s Brainiopoulos! with... Hillary “Giganta” Clinton as Hilganta Sam Clovis as Himself Paul “Toyman” Manafort…. As Toymanafort Rick “Gorilla Grodd” Gates…. As Gorilla Gates Vladmir “Bizarro” Putin…. As Vladmirro Olga “The Cheetah” Polonskaya…. As The Cheetah And Starring Professor Joseph Mifsud as Professor Joseph Mifsud AND Donald J. Trump as Lex Luthor…. As LEXALD J. LUTHOR! Join our band of heroes as they work together for good against the tyranny of treason as the Obstruction of Justice League of America!!! BACK AT THE LEGION OF DOOM’S HQ - THE HALL OF DOOM Lexald J. Luthor plans his attack on Giganta Hillary Clinton. Campaign staffer Sam Clovis sends recruit George Brainiopoulos on a secret mission to improve relations between the United States and Russia. While in his secret London lair, the Brainiopoulos is approached by Professor Joseph Mifsud - a man with known connections to Russia and Vladmirro himself. Brainiopoulos and Professor Mifsud meet on numerous occasions between mid-March, 2016 under the pretense that Russia has "dirt" on “Hilganta” from her private communications and on March 24th, Professor Mifsud is joined by Olga “The Cheetah” Polonskaya, in disguise as the beloved niece of Vladmirro. Clovis encourages Brainiopoulos to travel to Russia to meet with agents of Russia’s Foreign Ministry after learning of Hilganta secret email weakness and on return boasts of alleged intel regarding Hilganta’s feculent digital trail. BUT NOT SO FAST! The Obstruction of Justice League’s James “Martian Manhunter” Comey is keen to the rouse, and delves deeper into the doings of the Legion of Doom’s dubious developments. After numerous requests for Lexald J. Luthor to meet with Russian representatives, Brainiopoulos is told by the Toymanafort and Gorilla Gates that Lexald J. Luthor will not make the journey - but rather, a minion in his stead. Upon learning of Brainiopoulos’ ongoings - the Martian Manhunter Comey catches the scent of wrongdoing afoot and sends emissaries, spooking Brainiopoulos who in sensing the danger of his pursuers purges the records of his personal book of faces. He creates a new book in its place. Luthor, sensing the unending pressure upon him, looks to banish the Martian Manhunter Comey back to Mars, lest he never be heard from again. But Lexald J. Luthor has underestimated the Justice League’s bureaucratic power as the Manhunter’s power orb is absorbed into Muellerman (HERO MUSIC), making the Justice League and Muellerman more knowledgeable than ever before. With all of the information in his possession, Muellerman springs to action, closes his decisive grip of justice around Brainiopoulos, bringing the young Luthor pawn and his actions to a screeching halt. Smelling the scent of defeat, being captured for his deceptions, Brainipolous pleads guilty to all charges. The world is safer for another day, and the work of Justice League of America has just begun. Tune in next time… Upon learning of his betrayal of his once beloved compatriot, Luthor does everything in his power to disavow Brainiopoulos, minimizing and obscuring his actions as a low-level minion fraught with/plagued by delusions of grandeur. Greg: So, what do you think? Ethan: Dude, I told you like 10 minutes ago, Colbert already made this joke. Greg: I don’t recall that information whatsoever. Ethan: Somebody is gonna sue us. Greg: We don’t have any assets anyway. You’ve been listening to the Majority Villain podcast. Today’s show was written by Ethan Braine and Gregory Haddock. Sam Clovis is Trump's pick for head scientist at the USDA. He has been many things -- Air Force fighter pilot, conservative talk show host, defeated U.S. Senate candidate, co-chair of Trump’s presidential campaign. But one thing not on his resume: scientist. We learn more about why we should be paying attention to what happens with Clovis from Mike Lavender of the Union of Concerned Scientists. Mike focuses on food and environment issues and he’s written that Clovis’s confirmation would be a direct violation of the law and would also risk the safety of our food and water.
On this week’s episode of Versus Trump, we bring you a quick-hitting episode with multiple Trump Nuggets. Jason starts off by providing an update on news about Versus Trump’s favorite unqualified agricultural advisor to President Trump, Sam Clovis, a non-scientist who has been nominated to be "chief scientist" of the Agriculture Department.Easha [at 7:50] then discusses a new lawsuit called Wheeler v. Fox News, which alleges that Fox News collaborated with the White House to push a false story that the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich was somehow related to Rich’s alleged contact with WikiLeaks. She also corrects one aspect of our earlier discussion of another case, Cockrum v. Trump Campaign.Charlie concludes the episode [at 16:45] by discussing a potential grammatical mistake that could change the meaning of a proposed bill that is intended to provide additional protection for Robert Mueller, the special counsel investigating the links between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government.
