Sonoma's repave proved to be a success as we saw slick track conditions cause chaos early on in Sunday's  Toyota/Save Mart 350, there would be 8 cautions by the end of stage 2, but by stage three the drivers got a handle on their cars and the fans got to see a bunch of strategies play out. In the end it would be Kyle Larson on 13 lap fresher tires pass Martin Truex Jr for the win.
