You may see a new slogan promoting fluid milk - especially during the Olympics. “You're Gonna Need Milk For That".  Melissa Malcolm is with Milk PEP - the Milk Processor Education Program.  They are working to reimage milk. She tells Pam about trends they followed during the pandemic that continue today.  When things got tough, Americans reached for milk. Families saw milk as a way they could bring strength, health and normalcy into their homes during the crisis. 72% of moms said milk was their #1 “must have” during the pandemic – more than eggs, bread or vegetables.  Also during the show, Wisconsin 4-H at the county level has gone through some amazing changes in the past 5 years.  Scott Schultz visits with Amber Rehberg, state 4-H youth experiences coordinator,who is leaving the post to become the Northern Region 4-H coordinator. There's more to see about conservation then most can take in from their windshield.  Scott Schultz visits with a farmer in western Wisconsin that left his life in the Madison metropolitan area and moved to the country.  One of the first things he did was enroll his highly erodible land in government conservation programs.  Today, he's seeing the benefits. It wasn't easy, but the Slinger FFA held their spring Food for America program for about 500 4th grade students.  Summer intern, Michelle Stangle had a chance to visit with staff involved.
