But out of them, Chester Turner, is the one of the most prolific the city had ever seen. 4. Alexander Pichushkin Considered as one of the most deranged and prolific serial killers in Russian history, Alexander “Sasha” Pichushkin is known as the “Chessboard Killer” and the Bitsa Park Maniac since he killed almost all his victims at Bittsevsky Park in Moscow. 3. Herb Baumeister To the townspeople of Westfield, Indiana, Herb Baumeister was a successful entrepreneur and family man. The oldest of four children, Herb was considered “normal” during childhood but by adolescence something inside him had changed. 2. Michael Fourniret A French national, Michael Fourniret was in his 60’s and lived with his wife, Monique and their baby son in a stunning historical home dubbed as the “Castle of Ardennes” located in Ardennes, France. Between 1987 and 2001, Michael stalked and killed nine people and left a multitude of molestation victims in his wake. 1. Cedric Maake In just one year, between 1996 to 1997, Cedric Maake terrorized Johannesburg, South Africa. Police were baffled when several murders and assaults started popping up in two different clusters. The Brixton Murder and Robbery Unit of the South African Police Service thought they were dealing with two different murderers so they created two profiles based on the pattern.

Senior people in small/medium size organizations are typical listeners, and there isn't much in the way of formal leadership training they offer Leadership can be very lonely; helpful to have resources What is a mastermind group and what does it look like? Peers get together with a facilitator Great relationships not bound by political issues within an organization Twice monthly online meeting where they talk though leadership challenges Used to just be for the wealthy, but now have become more mainstream and accessible with technology Need to be consistent, committed In a more recent episode, you discussed the topic of how to go about managing your former peers after being promoted. I think many in our audience are experience that or will very soon. What can you tell us about that difficult leadership task? First need to acknowledge it is a big transition! Sit down and have a conversation with your former peers who you now lead; ask how they feel about it and then LISTEN! If all your relationships are at work, and there is a big transition there, it's a lot to handle because ALL of your relationships were impacted. You are in the process of updating your tagline to Coaching for Leaders; the current one is Leaders Aren't Born, They're Made. Can you expand on that line how you came to believe that? Why did you decide to update the tag line and where is that headed? One of my mastermind members mentioned that the tag line was fine, but didn't connect to what the show delivered. One of the most common times that we seek to reinvent ourselves in during a time of great change. While we all like to control change, we also know that sometimes big change comes when we least expect it.
