En este programa estaremos conversando sobre el tan querido y legendario Super Mario Bros 3, titulo que a la fecha y ya con mas de 30 años es reconocido como uno de los mejores juegos de la saga Super Mario Bros, entrega que supuso una revolucion y una mejora en literalmente todos los sentidos con respecto a lo visto en las 2 primeras entregas; desde un rediseño completo del apartado grafico, una amplia variedad de escenarios y mundo, nuevos enemigos, nuevos personajes, una banda sonora mucho mas extensa y con un monton de canciones memorables que pasarian a la historia como algunas de las mejores del mundo de los videojuegos; un rediseño para todos los protagonistas, nuevos power ups y un esquema de controles mucho mas refinado, en resumidas palabras, un titulo que atemporal que estruja al maximo todo lo que la consola de sobremesa de 8bits de Nintendo tenia para ofrecer. Destacar ademas que en este programa haremos revision completa y en detalle a todo el soundtrack y claro por supuesto a la infinidad de remixes y arreglos oficiales lanzados en diversos discos de musica que lamentablemente solo vieron la luz en Japon.

The fellas conjure up memories of how this film first introduced Super Mario Bros 3 to the world, how they desperately wanted a Power Glove in their youth and they take a walk down their own personal home game console histories. The fellas also debate whether the film, which they dub as "Rain Boy," is just a 2 hour advertisement for Nintendo, run through a list of all the games mentioned throughout the story (including some you've never even heard of) and ponder what the movie may have been like if Jeff Bridges had been cast in the role of "Uncle Dude." Whether you're a Player 1 or Player 2, grab a controller because this episode is more fun than getting 50,000 points on Double Dragon!
