This episode of Pass the Popcorn, we're joined by friend of AE, Zev Burrows to catch up on what movies we've been catching up on. In worth mentioning, Zev brings his thoughts on There Was a Father. Tim reviews Evil Dead Rise and Survive Style 5+, by Patreon Christophe Romain's request. All smellur þetta svo saman fyrir tilkomu bresks leigumorðingja og túlks hans. Meðal leikara eru Tadanobu Asano, Hiroshi Abe , Vinnie Jones og Sonny Chiba
We return from the past, uncovering another buried recording from back in Feb that is definitely still totally relevant. Because we're always relevant, right? We start this installment with plenty of geek fanfiction and then end on a very unintentionally thirsty note. Which leads us to.... - Piranha Erotica, The Primo Creamo, and Daddy Cullen. And more!

There's nothing quite like Survive Style 5+. With an unusual narrative of five interweaving stories, off the wall humor, tripped out art direction, and an all around odd sensibility to it, this debut film from commercial and music video director Gen Sekiguchi feels just as fresh and exciting today as it did in 2004 the year of its release. You don't want to spoil this one for yourself -- please go watch the film first, then listen to the review. Enjoy!

Life keeps finding ways to delay the release of our next show (the Survive Style 5+ episode should be out by end of next week, I promise), but thankfully BLT Team B is here to fill the void with a short review of the truly terrible: Yor: The Hunter from the Future. I apologize in advance to anyone that tracks down this movie because of us. Please don't do that.

Swinging sixties spy spoof The President’s Analyst (1967) blends psychotherapy, hippy culture and the surveillance state with a manic James Coburn as the titular character. We plunge deep into The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension (1984) and struggle to explain it but it might not really want to be explained. Indie guerrilla punk director Alex Cox creates a gem of forgotten American history in Walker (1987), a story of American intervention in Nicaragua across the centuries. Survive Style 5+ (2004) hits for Dee but misses for Joe with its surreal tapestry of disparate stories. Also: Robert Evans tells us The Kid Stays In The Picture. It's not paranoia when they’re really after you. Dee would like to read the first 5 issues of Buckaroo Banzai (they don’t exist). Would you give a child an assault rifle? History is written by the winners. Joe psychoanalyses Trump. Goth giraffes. Joe finds his Tetsuo, the Iron Man in Survive Style 5+. What is your function in life? Joe can’t surreal.
