The 20th November 2020 was the year I moved in on my own, it has just passed 2 years of living alone, and I wanted to do an episode reflecting on how I found it and how I've changed over the last 2 years. Thinking negatively and being a glass-half-empty kind of person can be really draining. You CAN retrain your brain to start thinking positively, it won't be an immediate change, be patient, consistent, kind, and loving to yourself and it will become a natural habit that you don't even have to think about. This week's episode is about remembering why you started. Sometimes we fall off track and slip back into old habits that don't make us feel good or help us get where we want to be, whether physically or mentally. If you have fallen off track, don't be hard on yourself! There is a new day tomorrow. Remember- You made that choice to improve yourself for a reason. Don't go backwards to habits that weren't helping you evolve. You have to keep reminding yourself why you even decided to move forward.
