Faye is the founder of Busy Business Women and is a savvy and experienced business coach who helps women from all over the globe unfrazzle and uncomplicate the art of building profitable business. A self-proclaimed Productivity Ninja, Faye started her early corporate career working in financial services and investment banking, and coupled with a stint in the British Territorial Army, she soon learned a thing or two about spending her time wisely and getting sh*t done. We made it to Episode 10!!!In this episode I chat with vedic meditation master Janoah van Kekam. Jonoah has worked in several industries and roles including corporate IT, sports and alcohol sales and management, but he never felt he was operating at his fullest potential. He felt he could be more productive, happier, and more intelligent. He is not is a spiritual guru levitating around in a robe, although if you ask him he does have the legs for it. As a sceptic, it took him to seeing the science supporting meditation (over four decades worth), then experience the benefits both personally and in people around me. The turning point to get him to first meditate was when he realised that not only do most of the high performers around the world meditate, but you can do it anywhere and still remain engaged in the world. That’s when he decided to learn it and then become a teacher. His goal is to normalise meditation. I am confident after this episode you will have a new found appreciation for meditation and mindfulness and hopefully even be ready to dive deep yourself and expand your creativity and consciousness. This week (after a month being MIA) I am back with a cracking episode where I chat with the gorgeous and super intelligent Shayelle Lajoie. Shayelle is a 28 year old surfer, model, lover of all the things, especially nutrition. She hates rollercoasters and the taste of rocket but loves pretty much everything else. Shayelle has been on a 2.5 year journey of self-taught plant based nutrition and her main goal is to help family, friends and those that choose to follow her, understand why we are so addicted to certain food-like substances and what they're doing to us. She loves challenging people to push past what they think they know and adopt a more open view on not just nutrition, but life itself. Shayelle is forever seeking recipes that encourage us to eat the real deal (Whole Food Plant Based). She believes health is both simple and complex, there's a sweet spot in there, mixed with a whole lot of listening and educating that we find our unique healthy and active lifestyle to best avoid the top killers. She is about to embark on a long (but very exciting) journey of new knowledge as she dives brain-first into a bachelor of nutrition in 2020.We dive deep down the rabbit hole and really open a can of worms as we chat nutrition, western medicine - possible conspiracies and big pharma, plant based living, superfoods (in particular broccoli sprouts - which I have actually just ordered myself today), gut health, pooping, saying no to sugar and alcohol, moving your body and the quest for never ending learning. Francesca Elizabeth is not only a shining soul who radiates love and light she is an internationally certified transformation coach. Having worked in the corporate sector for over 10 years in some of the largest organisations in the world, she saw the wellbeing of her colleagues, friends and her own wellbeing suffer as a result of the fast paced, stressful and often overwhelming world we find ourselves in. She knew that in order to heal herself and to allow herself to step up and lead in business and life, that she would have to work from the inside out. Once she worked on the concept of allowing herself the freedom in which to explore her passion, creativity and what that meant to her, unlocking and moving through old fears and limiting beliefs, moving the body for enjoyment rather than punishment and eating from a place of self love and nourishment for mind, body and soul, she found, that not only did her overall wellbeing and mindset within her life and business drastically improved, but so did the profitability of her business too. By channeling trapped and stagnant energy in the mind and body through a combination of cognitive, energetic, spiritual and bodywork it opened up a door and ignited a passion for teaching other women to lean in and do the same. Her work is about igniting the mind, body and soul. She guides, mentors, coaches and personally cheerleads well warriors as they begin the best and most rewarding conversation of their life; the conversation they have with themselves. Her message in its true essence is about living in alignment. She believes that coaches are no longer being called to deliver a neatly packaged solution for a one size fits all market, but to work more deeply, soulfully, collaboratively, and to create space and connection to better enable clients to come home to themselves. We chat all things self esteem, self love and care, self development, conquering that inner critic and taking time to find joy and happiness. You can find Francesca at:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/francesca_elizabeth_williams/Website: https://www.deathbylycra.com/

Over the past 8 years - predominately the past 18 months I have learnt that health is holistic. Whilst I once believed every word the doctors told me as gospel - I am now realising there is more to health than the absence of disease. Whilst I once thought it was all about being the fittest and leanest I could be - I now know its much more than that. I want to be more than that….This journey is ongoing - I am always working on being a better version of myself - physically, mentally and spiritually. Here I share my journey over the last 8 years and highlight the moments that have lead me to not only create this podcast but to finding holistic happiness.
