Howdy y'all! Today the bunker folks are talking about the Stendhal Syndrome, a psychosomatic phenomenon that causes confusion, feverish frenzies, and even hallucinations. Oof. That's intense?? anyways, we dive into some observations and the history behind the syndrome in this episode! 

Time flies when you're stuck in the bunker recording non-stop every day for two years! Today the bunker folks go into a discussion about the history and their discovery of the American holiday "Juneteenth" which is recognized on June 19th. We here in the bunker acknowledge we have so much more to learn about the history of the liberation of the enslaved folk during 1865 (TWO YEARS AFTER THE EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION !!! WTF!). WE ALSO (paul also) goes on a rant about "influencers" and corporations with bigger platforms and a wider audience NOT using their awarded privileges to speak about important social issues like the BLM movement, Palestine, Yemen, the Energy Crisis, Prison abolition, and Police brutality and abolition. The Bunker goes INTERGALACTIC as we glance at the universe, planets, and stars! Our guest, Bianca, a UC Davis graduate with a BA in psychology, actively studies astrology and how the planets define our birth charts. Despite our extensive knowledge of the cosmos (we have none), Bianca brings amazing insight on how the planets interact with different character traits and project different pulls of emotion and logistical thinking. it's been 49 hours podcasting in this bunker and all we can think about is how beautiful Jake gyllenhaal would've been as spider-man. we still love toby mcguire but like Jake just hits different ya know? then we get into the duality of our character around different friend groups and people and how we are learning to grow into being completely transparent folks! lovely!
