Short Track speed skating fans will remember Eddy as one of the USA's finest racers at Sochi 2014, where he picked up a relay silver medal. Now, Eddy has made it to Tokyo 2020 as part of the American baseball team. He can join a very exclusive group of people to have medalled at both the Winter and Summer Games. We've also got a great chat with French Figure Skater Kevin Aymoz – who could have been a professional gymnast, had he not chosen the ice.
