Fall has officially arrived, and Stassi is joined by Kristina Kelly for a catch-up filled with mom life, style inspo, and plenty of laughs. They get into silver jewelry and color seasons (because cool girls wear silver, obviously), why Stassi planned Messer's Blippi birthday around River's nap, and the heartbreak of Kristina missing it thanks to COVID. From houseguests and morning small talk (Stassi says absolutely not) to voice notes vs. phone calls, handbags, Euro vacays, and what “Vegas chic” looks like at 37, nothing's off limits. And somewhere in between, Stassi drops one of her funniest parenting hot takes yet. Thanks for supporting our sponsors:Thrive Causemetics: Go to thrivecausemetics.com/STASSI for an exclusive offer of 20% off your first order.

Stassi is back with C-O-Lo, running on fumes after back-to-back weeks with the kids and straight into Lady World prep. She recaps her glam-but-hungover Fashion Week , Ouija board nights in NYC, Messer's garbage-truck-chic birthday party, and pulling off her incredible re-imagined vintage dress moment at the Emmys party—even if bathroom breaks in gloves were a nightmare. Stassi is back with bestie Taylor Strecker, fresh from the Downton Abbey premiere in New York (yes, she left on Messer's 2nd birthday and Taylor calls her out). The premiere was absolutely amazing, and she's still a little drunk from the after-party of her period-piece dreams—but that doesn't stop the two from diving into something even juicier: they share the same therapist. Stassi admits she's not sold on therapy, preferring “de-lu-lu land” over digging up childhood drama, while Taylor explains why it's helped her relationships. Their honest, hilarious back-and-forth proves why they're an iconic duo. And in true Stassi fashion, things end with one last pop-culture bombshell: she's officially over Meghan Markle… and finally hit unfollow. Thanks for supporting our sponsors:Hiya: Receive 50% off your first order. Stassi and C-O-Lo are back—jet lagged, slightly blotchy from a late-night spray tan, and ready to dive into pop culture. Stassi shares what it's like to parent through airports, survive marathon meetings, and still miss her English naps. The girlies unpack Taylor Swift's engagement, Sydney Sweeney's headline-making choices (Glenn Powell, Scooter Braun, Bezos' wedding, and that ballerina ad), and why authenticity is everything in 2025. They gush about Love Thy Nader and debate Dancing with the Stars casting news. Plus, Stassi opens up about mom guilt, Messer's upcoming birthday vs. the Downton Abbey premiere, and why September feels like the real New Year. Thanks for supporting our sponsors:Progressive: Visit Progressive.com to see if you could save on car insurance.Thrive Causemetics: Maximize your look with minimal effort. Slavery's Fugitives and the Making of the United States Constitution (LSU Press, 2024) unearths a long-hidden factor that led to the Constitutional Convention in 1787. While historians have generally acknowledged that patriot leaders assembled in response to postwar economic chaos, the threat of popular insurgencies, and the inability of the states to agree on how to fund the national government, Timothy Messer-Kruse suggests that scholars have discounted Americans' desire to compel Britain to return fugitives from slavery as a driving force behind the convention. During the Revolutionary War, British governors offered freedom to enslaved Americans who joined the king's army. Thousands responded by fleeing to English camps. After the British defeat at Yorktown, American diplomats demanded the surrender of fugitive slaves. When British generals refused, several states confiscated Loyalist estates and blocked payment of English creditors, hoping to apply enough pressure on the Crown to hand over the runaways. State laws conflicting with the 1783 Treaty of Paris violated the Articles of Confederation--the young nation's first constitution--but Congress, lacking an executive branch or a federal judiciary, had no means to obligate states to comply. The standoff over the escaped slaves quickly escalated following the Revolution as Britain failed to abandon the western forts it occupied and took steps to curtail American commerce. More than any other single matter, the impasse over the return of enslaved Americans threatened to hamper the nation's ability to expand westward, develop its commercial economy, and establish itself as a power among the courts of Europe. Messer-Kruse argues that the issue encouraged the founders to consider the prospect of scrapping the Articles of Confederation and drafting a superseding document that would dramatically increase federal authority--the Constitution.

Stassi's in England with C-O-Lo, recording old-school style in a hotel room—no cameras, no plan, just like the early podcast days. But between a work trip, no nanny, and Beau forgetting the stroller, it's been pure survival mode. “Auntie Al” flew in to help wrangle the kids after the nanny couldn't go, while Messer decided mid-flight that he only wanted his mom (goodbye wine-and-period-piece fantasy). They dive deep into Stassi's period piece obsession—her best, worst, and most historically inaccurate picks—and sneak in a little countryside magic between toddler alarms and winding village roads. So they are here in England… surviving. Thanks for supporting our sponsors:Progressive: Visit Progressive.com to see if you could save on car insurance.Nutrafol: Nutrafol is offering our listeners $10 off your first month's subscription and free shipping when you go to Nutrafol.com and enter the promo code STASSI.LiquidIV: Go to LIQUIDIV.COM and get 20% off your first order with code STASSI at checkout.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
