Sicuramente, i giovani di oggi hanno delle vite completamente diverse rispetto alle generazioni passate. «Molti locali hanno sfruttato i giovani, ma non si può fare di tutta l'erba un fascio - e lo chef aggiunge -: i ragazzi hanno problemi, oggi, a relazionarsi con gli ambienti di questo tipo perché hanno avuto esperienze passate negative». Ci confida, infine, di aver ricevuto, oltre agli insulti, moltissimi curriculum di persone adulte che vogliono rimettersi in gioco.
