(I kid you not). The show aired on 105.7 on KRNB. Hope took the cities by storm with her “Out of the Box” mentality and of course, hilarious jokes, and her very unconventional views, and the ratings flew from a .09 to a 2.4 in less than two years. Comedian Hope Flood has appeared on the “RUSSELL SIMMONS, HBO ALL STAR DEF COMEDY JAM,” Hope was on Ten Seasons of “BET’s COMICVIEW,” where Hope won her own one hour “Grandstand Comedy Jam Special.” Hope was later chosen as one of “BET’s” 39 most favorite comics. “COMEDY CENTRAL’S COMIC GROOVE” hosted by Tracy Morgan, the country picked for the 2009 season of “MARTIN LAWRENCE PRESENTS: THE 1ST AMMENDMENT STAND-UP” on the STARZ cable network channel hosted by Doug Williams. Hope is no stranger to the stage or the big screen having performed in the NAACP Award nominated play “CULTURE SHOCK,” the “KEN SAGOES & FRIENDS VARIETY SHOW,” and John Singleton’s “BABY BOY” just to name a few. Hope is a rising star, even after all of these years. WHO IS Wendy Moten?  Born in Memphis, Moten sang in church choirs as a child.  She got her first break singing with Michael Bolton at a benefit concert; after signing with EMI, in 1992 she released her self-titled debut album and opened for Bolton on tour. Moten's biggest hit single was "Come In Out of the Rain", which, although a moderate hit in 1993 on the Billboard Hot 100, was a No. 5 adult contemporary hit, and also reached the Top 10 in the UK Singles Chart, where it peaked at No. 8 in 1994. A follow up single, "So Close to Love", reached No. 35 in the UK Top 40. Moten has done a slew of Duets with Artist such as Micheal McDonald, Kirk Whalum, Smokey Robinson, CeCe Winans, David Foster, Peabo Bryson, Julio Iglesias, John Oates, Issac Hayes, Buddy Guy to name a few.
