Alyssa is an accountant who lives and works in Toronto, Ontario. Since she graduated university in 2015, she has discovered her passion for health and wellness, which lead her to enroll in her first 200-hour yoga teacher training. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to bring her passion into the workplace through establishing and leading a Wellness Committee for her department of over 300 people. Lauren and I met while studying abroad in India. We were the only two yoga teachers on the trip, we instantly bonded and have been friends ever since.
