Episode 88 True to form, this episode starts with me feeling sure that I messed up my guest's name. I didn't even bother to edit it out because the reality is, I am who I am. Laugh with me! My guest, Eryn Eddy Adkis, is the founder of the company So Worth Loving, and a host of the podcast God Hears Her. I loved learning about Eryn's upbringing and how it impacted her as an adult and the company she started called, So Worth Loving. This company exists “to create product as an entry point to vulnerable conversations”. When I read that, I was instantly intrigued. In the work I do, so many people I talk to have been hurt or are hurt. What I find is that they often want to go deep and share vulnerably but it is scary to do so. By going first, I get to help them find the courage to do that. And that is exactly what Eryn is doing with So Worth Loving. Eryn and I also talked about the podcast God Hears Her, and the way it has given space for women to have the courage to share their own difficult stories. And that has given Eryn and so many others freedom to walk in freedom and not in shame. What a gift! Be sure to look up the work that Eryn is doing with both her company and the podcast. You will be blessed. What does it really take to transition from corporate success to a thriving coaching business? Antonia Watson's journey reveals the surprising gap most newly qualified coaches don't see coming. The Monday Morning RealityAfter 20+ years in tech consulting as COO and Global Head of Workforce Strategy, Antonia discovered coaching during a post-pandemic career break. She loved her training at Henley Business School and felt confident in her coaching abilities. Then Monday morning arrived: "I need paying clients. Now what?"Despite her corporate background, Antonia discovered that marketing a global consultancy bears no resemblance to marketing yourself as a coach. She tried online research and mentoring, but was missing the practical steps to actually implement what she was learning. The Game-Changing QuestionEverything shifted during Sarah's Nail Your Niche Challenge with one powerful insight: "It's one thing identifying your ideal client, but how are you going to find them on LinkedIn?"This exposed her fundamental flaw – starting too broadly with "I'll coach professional women." You can't find all professional women on LinkedIn and message them personally. The practicality simply doesn't work.Going Deep for Real ResultsAntonia learned that effective marketing requires understanding your ideal client at an impossible depth. She now works specifically with senior women in STEM navigating change who want to advance their careers with clarity and confidence. This specificity transformed everything. She developed structured daily LinkedIn content, runs targeted webinars, built her website, and works with both individual and corporate clients. Many come from her former network who now understand exactly how she helps. The Unexpected TruthBuilding her coaching business became as much personal development as her coaching training. The skills are completely complementary – the deeper she understands her ideal client for marketing, the better coach she becomes.Through the Coaching Revolution's Advance Programme, Antonia gained practical tools from proposal writing to client sequences. The supportive community provides ongoing collaboration without competition, since everyone serves different niches. Her transformation from a qualified coach wondering "what now?" to confidently building a thriving business proves that with practical guidance and community support, the gap between qualification and success can be bridged.Ready to Nail Your Niche?Join Sarah's Nail Your Niche Challenge – the only challenge designed specifically for qualified coaches who want to stop marketing to everyone and start attracting ideal clients.

Delivering high-touch planning to business owners and real estate investors without charging fees on those assets, Griffin's focus on providing hard-dollar value to his clients (especially around tax strategy and real estate decisions) has fueled deep trust and strong referral-driven growth. Griffin is the owner of GK Wealth Management, an RIA based out of Nevada that oversees $200 million in assets under management for 450 households. In this episode, he shares how his unconventional model helped him scale quickly, how proactive outreach to businesses during the COVID pandemic sparked major momentum, and why he segments clients by complexity rather than AUM. He also explains how he developed partnerships with CPAs that generate ongoing referrals, as well as how outsourcing investments and empowering junior advisors allow the firm to grow sustainably—without necessarily relying on him at the center. In our latest Empire Podcast interview special, Chris Hewitt sits down (in a swanky London hotel room) with Colin Trevorrow, the director of Jurassic World and Safety Not Guaranteed, to talk about Trevorrow's latest movie, the Prime Video comedy Deep Cover, which he produced and co-wrote. But that's not all — Trevorrow also talks about his choices as a director in the wake of his last movie, Jurassic World Dominion, his experiences interning on SNL, and his idea for a new podcast. We're in! Enjoy.
This week on the Going Deep podcast, Brandon Angelo and Matt Waldman discuss George Pickens in Dallas, an RB whose talent is rotting on the vine, a QB talent imprisoned in a run-heavy offense, and late-round/UDFA rookie receivers making a good first impression in camps. https://youtu.be/QYJROOSAgww Going Deep will feature podcasts twice a month. You can either watch/listen on YouTube, listen from the player at the bottom of the page, or download the podcast at most outlets, including Google, Spotify, and iTunes Note: If you have difficulty playing the podcast, download it. Topics George Pickens' fit and fantasy value in Dallas. Dak Prescott's likely value with the Pickens addition. A massive RB talent who will rot on the vine with his team. A team that should trade for this RB talent and the WR they should give in return. A rookie TE we expect to earn a starter-caliber fantasy season. A quarterback whose fantasy value won't live up to his NFL value for as long as the current regime is in power. Jimmy Horn, Konata Mumpfield, Dont'e Thornton, Jordan Watkins, and Isaiah Neyor have all made strong first impressions in OTAs. Whose rising value is more than superficial? Now entering its 20th season, learn more about Matt Waldman's RSP — the most in-depth analysis of offensive skill position players available (QB, RB, WR, and TE). Or if you already know the deal, go ahead and pre-order (you know you want to) for $21.95. Matt's new RSP Dynasty Rankings and Two-Year Projections Package is available for $24.95 If you're a fantasy GM interested in purchasing past publications for $9.95 each, the 2012-2024 RSPs also have a Post-Draft Add-on that's included at no additional charge. Best yet, proceeds from sales are set aside for a year-end donation to Darkness to Light to combat the sexual abuse of children.
