July 02 2025 Wednesday Your Words Matter / Week 22 He Is Holding The Church Together #findoutwhoyouare My Vision My vision is to teach the world Who They Are In Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior! To Teach them what the Bible says about them and who they have been made to be in the promises of God's Word. This changed my life years ago and completely transformed me from a person full of doubt, fear and unbelief to a strong confident Christian that knows I can do anything through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. And I'm determined to teach the world what God has taught and commissioned me to teach and that is His Word. That commission takes me to jails and detention centers weekly along with other open doors at many churches and ministries that are wanting to teach these important truths to the world. My podcast goes out 6 days a week to help the people I am ministering to grow in the truths that God has taught me for many years now. This podcast is free to all that want to listen and grow strong in who God has made them to be in Christ Jesus their Lord and Savior. My Prayers For The World Ephesians 1:15-23 NLT 'Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God's people everywhere, I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.' Ephesians 3:14-21 NLT 'When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.' Matthew 11:28 Find Rest In Jesus Christ Your Lord and Savior… Mark 10:29-30 100 Fold Return… Psalm 37:4 God will give you the desires of your heart… The Galations, having launched their Christian experience by faith, seem content to leave their voyage of faith and chart a new course based on works—a course Paul finds disturbing. His letter to the Galations is a vigorous attack against the gospel of works and a defense of the gospel of faith. Paul begins by setting forth his credentials as an apostle with a message from God: blessing comes from God on the basis of faith, not law. The law declares men guilty and imprisons them; faith sets men free to enjoy liberty in Christ. But liberty is not license. Freedom in Christ means freedom to produce the fruits of righteousness through a Spirit-led lifestyle. Ephesians 4:16 Romans 10:9-10 Salvation… 1 John 1:9 Confess your sins God Will Cleanse You… Romans 13:8 Live in God's Love… Romans 8:16-17 Heirs of God and Joint Heirs with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior… Revelation 1:6 We are kings and priest in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior… Romans 10:13 Call On The Name Of Jesus And Make Him Lord today… The Biblical Definition Of Grace Is God's Unmerited Favor… Matthew 18:19-20 I will agree with you about your prayer request… Acts 10:34 God is not a respecter of persons. He loves and cares for us all the same… Romans 12:3 God has given us His Faith… Biblical Hope Is A Confident Expectation… Romans 5:5 God has given us His Love… 2 Corinthians 5:17 We are new creatures in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior… 2 Corinthians 5:21 We are the Righteousness of God in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior… God's Word Is True Above All Opinions… Romans 12:2 Renew your mind to what God's Word says… Believe God's Word Above All Opinion… Philippians 4:13 We can do all things through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior… Philippians 4:19 God will provide all your needs… Romans 10:17 Faith In God comes from hearing God's Word… Isaiah 54:17 No weapon will prosper against me… 1 John 4:4 Greater is He In All Of Us… 1 John 1:9 Confess your sins God Will Cleanse You… John 3:3 You Must Be Born Again… Luke 15:10 Heaven Rejoices Over One Person That Repents And Is Born Again… John 3:16 Believe On The Lord Jesus Christ Your Lord And Savior… 1 Peter 2:24 Healing… Mark 10:29-30 100 Fold Return… Luke 6:38 Give and it will be given unto you… Share This Podcast On Your Social Media Website https://the-prodigalson.com What God's Word Can Do In Your Life https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJWTZG_x2vE&t=3s Email tstacyhayes@gmail.com YouVersion Bible App https://my.bible.comi iOS App https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/prodigal-son/id1450529518?mt=8 … Android App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.wizzard.android.prodical Social Media https://www.facebook.com/The-Prodigal-SON-209069136315959/ https://www.facebook.com/noreligion1511/ https://twitter.com/noreligion1511 https://www.instagram.com/noreligion1511/ https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCPx4s1CLkSYef6mp4dSuU4w/featured
Pastor Austin Dias. Series: We Are the Church Together.
What makes a church more than just a place you go?In this message, we explore the shared practices that shape a faith community—not as rituals to perform, but as rhythms that form us. From open tables to shared stories, from forgiveness to generosity, this is about becoming the kind of people who live out what we believe. Not perfectly. But honestly. Together.
When you have a dirty coffee cup, do you just wash the outside of the cup before using it again? No, you need to wash the inside of the cup in order to remove the dirt and residue that has built up on the inside. Pastor Bill wants you to recognize today that in order for your life to be restored to the way God created you to be, the Holy Spirit needs to work from the inside out. If you try to fix yourself, you're going from the outside in, and you won't be able to weed out the deep-seated sin on your own.

When the prophet Elijah fled into the wilderness, God told Him to meet on top of a mountain. A strong wind, an earthquake, and a great wildfire passed by, but God's presence wasn't in those phenomena. His voice cut through the silence right to the prophet's heart. Pastor Bill teaches you today that the Holy Spirit works in the same way: He doesn't speak to you through signs and wonders, but through the quiet moments spent meditating on God's Word. He's ready to speak to you in the silence.

God is a God of surprises! You may think that you know the exact way that He is going to bring something to pass, but when He follows through, He uses a way that you had completely failed to consider beforehand. Pastor Bill teaches you today about the early Church in Acts chapter 2, and how they could not have predicted the way that God would bring new believers into the Body of Christ. The Lord loves to break humanity's expectations, reminding you to never underestimate Him.

What does it really mean to be a Christian? Pastor Chris reminds us that following Jesus isn't just about believing the right things—it's about becoming a people who belong to each other. Drawing from Acts 2 and Acts 4, this sermon is a call to live out the Nicene Creed through hospitality, shared rhythms, and courageous community. Pastor Chris invites us to jump off the proverbial high dive and take one small step into a deeper life of connection, generosity, and grace.
The message of the Gospel should give you urgency! You don't know when Jesus is going to return for His Church. Although it is a basic instinct to anticipate the time that you are going to spend with the Lord in Heaven, you should also be concerned for your brothers and sisters who haven't encountered Jesus yet. Pastor Bill wants you to be concerned for those who are going to be left behind when Jesus returns, because the Lord's heart breaks for those who are going to miss out on Heaven.

The amazing thing about the Gospel is that it opens up communion with God to people of all walks of life, any ethnic background, and even of any age. In Old Testament times, only those consecrated by God could approach His presence. But Pastor Bill reminds you that once Jesus died on the cross, the connection was restored for all humanity. Anyone who recognizes the sickness of sin in their own hearts and calls on the name of Jesus will be welcomed into the Kingdom.

Trying to be a witness for God without the power of the Holy Spirit is like trying to drive a car without gas in it. Yes, you have the passion and the drive to reach people for Jesus, but you need that supernatural fuel to get things really going. Pastor Bill teaches you today about how the early Church was driven by the Holy Spirit, empowered to spread the Gospel in a world that was still hostile to the teachings of Jesus. The Lord can and will do amazing things through you by His Holy Spirit.

In order to experience the plans that God has for us in this life, we need to accept the Holy Spirit into our lives. Pastor Bill teaches us today that just like Mary listened to the words of the angel Gabriel and received the blessing of carrying Jesus, you and I have the privilege to carry the power of God around with us as well. When we accept the Holy Spirit's power in our lives, He will work in our hearts and change the world around us. But He won't do any of that if we don't accept Him with a cheerful heart.

One of the ways that the Holy Spirit can work in your life is to reconcile relationships that may have been strained or broken by past conflict. Pastor Bill encourages you today that those friends and family members who seem too far away from God are only one encounter away from giving their lives over to Him. So while you remain faithful in prayer, asking the Lord to reveal Himself to those lost sheep, He is working behind the scenes to redirect their attention and help them see what they are missing out on.

From the moment God created Adam, He desired to have a relationship with humanity. But when Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, that bond between man and God was broken. Pastor Bill teaches you today that just as mankind was given life by the breath of God, it was the last breath of Jesus on the cross that restored the bond that man had broken. And just like you've received that new breath of life in Jesus, He also wants to breathe His Holy Spirit to live inside you as well.

Acts 3 tells us the story of how Peter and John helped grow the church.
In this episode, Aaron and Willi sit down to discuss the roles of pastors and deacons. Willi shares an anecdote, likening the Pastor to a shepherd and the deacons to the sheepdogs that help guide the flock, which represents the local church. This analogy resonates deeply with both of them as they are currently pulpit supplying at a US military church north of Nuremberg that is seeking a permanent pastor.
He always offers up some good ol' down home common sense...along with some great pastoral advice. In a day when there is such division, Andy Searles is a uniter, a pastor with a big heart for his community. A frequent guest, Andy is featured in this podcast.
In our last week in our Church on Purpose, we come together to look at what the church community is all about and how we find purpose in how we live and lead our lives together. Join pastor Melissa for a Pentecost episode looking at the beginning of the church and the inbreaking of the Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 2.
