We got my 8-year-old son a moth trap for his birthday last year. I feel that it opens up a huge world, this nocturnal world that we never get to see, [even in the city] (I'm saying this from London). We put this moth trap out at night, and from early spring right through to autumn it's absolutely remarkable what is under your nose in your own environment, what you can see if you have the means to capture it. It is extraordinary and will give you a bigger appreciation of your position in the environment and in the world. If you can find out about another species that's within your own environment, I kind of feel like that gives you an understanding of your place within it."HW from Lara: "I would like to suggest that everybody reads Amitav Ghosh's book The Great Derangement: Climate Change and the Unthinkable."Connect:- LaraGoodband- Gemma Lloyd- The Heart Gallery Instagram- The Heart Gallery website- Rebeka Ryvola de Kremer InstagramCredits:Samuel Cunningham for podcast editing, Cosmo Sheldrake for use of his song Pelicans We, podcast art by me, Rebeka Ryvola de Kremer.

Today on the #SPOHNTRAINED Personal Development Podcast, I have on master breakthrough coach Elizabeth Webb! Have you ever felt as though something was going to happen and then it did? Have you ever wanted to understand and enhance that inner-knowing? Well, Elizabeth gives us some insight into how to harness and access intuition. Now, what is intuition? Webb describes it as “A voice that is from your inner self.” In this episode, we expound on the basis of our relationship to ourselves and our commitment to the practice of non-attachment to outcomes and answers. This highly trained intuitive coach works with CEOs and CFOs, to well-known business leaders, decision-makers, and other remarkable professionals. Webb highlights the importance of walking the walk when it comes to coaching and being congruent with the work that is being shared to others. She underlines the significance of authenticity and the fact that coaches, their students, and everybody does not have to be perfect in order to be listened to. In this episode on maturing our intuition and positive psychology, Elizabeth informs us on the power of our inner voice and how we can all learn to listen to it so that we may “flourish and thrive” in our human experience. As we grow and become more connected to our intuition, we will be able to use it as a compass in order to guide and direct us along our paths. You can check out her website, positivelyelizabeth.com, where you can sign up for these amazing two minute videos that come out about once every two weeks! Additionally, here’s a link to my free course 30 days of influential language hacks spohntrained.com/language and more videos at youtube.com/c/spohntrained ~ “I believe that we are all intuitive beings, every single one of us.” “For me intuition is internal and I think about it like this big shining ball of light that’s my own inner guru.” “I don’t believe it goes shed that attachment and then hears your intuition. I think it’s shed your attachment around what you want this voice to tell you.”
