From dentist to consciousness architect, Dr. Kevin Kremer shares how purpose, processes, and mindset can transform a practice into a portfolio and a leader into a builder of thriving cultures. In this conversation, I sat down with Kevin, a dentist-turned-entrepreneur who has grown and scaled ten ventures and founded the Kremer Leadership Institute. We unpack the journey from a single practice to acquisitions, a patient finance company, and an implant surgery center delivering same-day reconstructions. Kevin explains his “three Cs” framework—customer, culture, company—and why culture is the hardest to keep healthy in 2025. We also dig into his book, Quantum Accountability, and his Quantum Awareness Model, exploring how accountability for your mindset leads to action and, ultimately, abundance. Along the way, Kevin shares a remarkable 93% year-over-year turnaround from a recent acquisition, practical ways he trains teams with playbooks and interactive learning, and how AI is reshaping both clinical and operational excellence. Here are some highlights: • The three Cs in practice: how balancing customer experience, culture, and company health creates the “sweet spot” for sustainable growth and why culture is the toughest to maintain. • From chairside to CEO: the steps that took Kevin from solo practitioner to acquiring practices, launching patient finance and membership programs, and opening an implant surgery center. • Playbooks that actually work: mapping the entire customer journey, training with short videos, and reinforcing skills through interactive quizzes to keep standards high across teams. • Mindset drives outcomes: inside Quantum Accountability and the Quantum Awareness Model and how accountability for your thinking leads to better actions and an abundance mindset. • Technology with a human core: real examples of AI in diagnostics, workflow, and same-day full-mouth restorations, plus why communication and trust will always be the differentiators. About the guest: Dr. Kevin Kremer is a dentist-turned-entrepreneur with 25 years of leadership in healthcare and business. He has built and scaled ten ventures, including a multi-location dental group, a patient finance and membership company, and a same-day implant surgery center. As founder of the Kremer Leadership Institute and author of Quantum Accountability, Kevin teaches his Quantum Awareness Model—moving from accountability to action to abundance—and the “three Cs” framework of customer, culture, and company. Known for practical playbooks and team training that elevate service standards, he's led notable turnarounds, including a 93% year-over-year lift at a recent acquisition. Kevin combines cutting-edge technology with human-centered care and mentors clinicians to grow as confident, purpose-driven business leaders. Ed, Rob, and Jeremy took some time from the third hour of Wednesday's BBMS to discuss Dean Kremer's future with the Orioles.. Kremer is under team control through 2028, but will he have the same role at the back of the rotation like he's had over the last few seasons?
The guys discuss the Orioles 6-0 win last night and how impressed they were with Dean Kremer in his final start of the season.
Last night will likely end up being Dean Kremer's final outing of 2025 and he showed off with just one hit allowed through six and a third. Jim Hunter discussed the bigger picture for the starter.

Orioles Hall of Famer and BBT analyst Mike Bordick joined the show to discuss the Orioles play of late. He touches on Dean Kremer's reaction to Samuel Basallo's catching, the younger players wanting more leaders in the clubhouse, and much more.
Ed, Rob, and Jeremy took some time from Monday's BBMS to discuss the fan reaction to Dean Kremer's frustrations during his start on Saturday evening. Do the fans have a point when they say he shouldn't have “showed up” Basallo after the 4th inning?
In the second hour of Inside Access, the guys discuss Dean Kremer's outing over the weekend and their frustrations with how Kremer handled it. They also talk about their six takeaways from the Ravens preseason and take calls.
Dean Kremer had a rough outing over the weekend and TV cameras seemed to catch him having an angry exchange with Sam Basallo. Bob and Nolan have a different thought on what actually happened.
Houston Astros vs. Baltimore Orioles MLB Pick Prediction by Tony T. Astros at Orioles 7PM ET—Cristian Javier is starting for Houston. Javier appeared in two games allowed three earned runs with seven strikeouts in eight innings. The right hander has a career ERA of 3.59 with WHIP of 1.13 in 509 innings striking out 571. Dean Kremer is starting for Baltimore. Kremer appeared in 25 games delivering an ERA of 3.97 with WHIP of 1.21. The righty strikes out 20.3% with 6.1% walks. Ground balls dished at 39.8% with 1.10 home runs per nine innings.
The Orioles won some big games last week, taking series' from Seattle and Houston while also calling up some top prospects for their long-awaited debuts. Leading the way was some stellar performances from the entire starting rotation, not to mention some surprise solidity from a depleted bullpen. Plus, ominous quotes from Kremer and Westburg. Is the front office on notice? Paul and Zach discussed that and more on The Bat Around!

The first weekend of The Rugby Championship is here, and Australia, Argentina, and New Zealand have finally named their teams, roughly 10 days after Rassie Erasmus dropped his South African selection. Brett & Harry ask the key questions going into this weekend's all-important first round – with the Springboks hosting the Wallabies in Johannesburg, and Los Pumas hosting the All Blacks in Cordoba. This week's key questions: 1. Harry – Have the Wallabies created a problem for themselves if injury strikes at the worst time, with no backup 10 on the bench? 2. Brett – Montoya, Matera, Kremer, Mallia, Tetaz Chapparo, Petti, Gonzalez, Carreras, 500 caps between them - but is this one of the youngest Los Pumas teams we've seen in a TRC match? 3. Harry – Depth is an absolute necessity: has NZ built enough in the back five of the pack when inevitable injury strikes? What do you think? We'd love to hear from you in the comments below! Kremer appeared in nineteen games carrying an ERA of 4.24 with WHIP of 1.27. The righty fans 19.3% with 5.9% walks. Ground balls are 37.7% with 1.16 home runs per nine innings.

The first time I ever made a billing entry on a personal computer, I remember thinking to myself, “this is so efficient, I'm never going to miss an entry!”10 years later I got my first laptop, and as I entered some time while FLYING ON A PLANE, I also remember thinking, “this is so convenient, I'm never going to miss an entry!”10 years later I got an iPhone and made a similar claim. And while all of these technological advancements certainly did make it easier for me to capture my time as an attorney, as my guest and I today discuss, all the systems and technology in the world can't help you if you don't stay consistent. Joining the show this week is Molly Kremer, a former litigator and certified life coach who is on a mission to help attorneys capture their time so they can recapture their love of practicing law. Now known simply as The Billing Coach, Molly has worked with hundreds of attorneys at every level and stage of their careers so they can free themselves from the billing traps they've unwittingly created. For any attorney who wishes they had a better relationship with the billable hour, this is a conversation you don't want to miss. Enjoy the show!

This episode a great deep dive into asset management with arguably the premier asset management system on the market today. I've been working with Cartegraph since 2010 and have been very impressed with their software and vision for constant improvement. Join me as I welcome Jon Kremer, self proclaimed Product CEO for the Cartegraph Asset Management System at OpenGov, and we talk about how clients are using Cartegraph today, how it has evolved over the decades, and where it is going in the future. Enjoy!https://opengov.com/products/asset-management/AI Generated Episode Description:Every public works professional eventually confronts the challenge of asset management. How do you track thousands of infrastructure elements, maintain them efficiently, and plan for their eventual replacement? It's a question that combines technology, human behavior, and financial planning in ways that can make or break a department's effectiveness.John Kramer, who leads product management for OpenGov's Enterprise Asset Management system, formerly known as, takes us through the fascinating evolution of asset management systems. From his early days implementing solutions for municipalities across America to his current role designing the future of these platforms, Kramer shares insights that apply to organizations of every size. The conversation explores how asset management has transformed from paper-based workflows to cloud systems accessible from smartphones. What's remarkable is how the fundamentals remain consistent—you're still tracking the same basic information about signs, water mains, and park equipment—while the methods for collecting and using that data have revolutionized daily operations. As Kramer explains, success depends on a "three-legged stool" of products, people, and processes working together. We dive into implementation strategies that work, discussing how starting with smaller, focused rollouts often proves more effective than attempting organization-wide adoption. The most successful departments find champions who naturally gravitate to the technology and then leverage their enthusiasm to spread adoption organically. The conversation then turns to exciting future developments: connected systems that integrate asset data with financial planning, Internet of Things sensors providing real-time monitoring, and artificial intelligence applications that can identify assets from photographs and optimize work scheduling.Whether you're considering your first asset management implementation or looking to improve an existing system, this episode offers practical wisdom from decades of experience across hundreds of municipalities. Munaf Manji and Griffin Warner get you set for this weekends MLB betting. We kick things off with the Friday games and offer up best bets. On the May 2 episode of RJ Bell's Dream Preview MLB Podcast, hosts Munaf Manji and Griffin Warner deliver sharp, stats-backed insights across the full Friday MLB slate. With Griffin riding a six-podcast win streak and Munaf at a 7–3 record on the season, both bring analytical edge to betting lines, pitching matchups, and team trends. They begin with Nationals vs. Reds, with Griffin skeptical of Cincinnati's high price (-161) and backing underdog Mitchell Parker (+146) despite his weak fielding. Munaf notes the Nationals have won four of his five starts. Next is Padres at Pirates. Cease hasn't pitched six innings since early April, and Keller's inconsistency leads both hosts to favor the Pirates at +142. Diamondbacks vs. Phillies features Jesus Luzardo (1.73 ERA) facing Merrill Kelly. Due to Arizona's bullpen injuries and Philly's undervalued pitching, Griffin names Phillies -142 his best bet. In Royals vs. Orioles, Wacha faces off against Kremer, who's allowed 5 ER in his last two starts. Still, doubts about Kansas City's offense tip the scale toward Baltimore. Yankees (-235) host the Rays with Max Fried on the mound. Fried boasts a career 0.42 ERA vs. Tampa. The hosts avoid fading him. Guardians visit the Blue Jays, where Chris Bassitt has allowed only 1 ER in 11 home innings. Logan Allen struggled defensively last game. Munaf leans Jays in the first five. Twins vs. Red Sox offers value on Boston at -103. Griffin questions Joe Ryan's volatility and trusts Bello's recent support. For A's-Marlins, the A's are road favorites behind debuting Gunnar Hoglund. Griffin calls this mispriced, siding with Miami (+123). Dodgers and Yamamoto face Braves, with Yamamoto holding a 1.06 ERA. Despite a steep -172 price, Munaf backs L.A., while Griffin questions Braves' rare underdog status. In Astros vs. White Sox, Framber Valdez faces Jonathan Cannon. Given inconsistent Astros bats and Cannon's walk rate, Munaf avoids the -235 price. Griffin leans under. Mariners at Rangers features Brian Wu vs. Jack Leiter. With Texas 15-2 to the under at home, Munaf's best bet is under 8.5. Griffin leans Rangers as a home dog. Cubs vs. Brewers sees Ben Brown against Quinn Priester. Despite Brown's strikeout potential, Griffin and Munaf both back the Brewers at plus money due to home-field motivation. For Mets vs. Cardinals, Clay Holmes faces Sonny Gray, who has dominated at home. Munaf backs the Cardinals citing Gray's form. In Tigers vs. Angels, Skubal dominates and Trout's IL status hurts L.A. Munaf recommends Tigers via moneyline or run line. Lastly, Giants host Rockies with Robbie Ray on the mound. Ray's teams are 6-0 in his starts, but Griffin finds -280 too steep and suggests a Rockies run line. Munaf agrees on targeting Giants team total. Griffin's best bet: Phillies -142. Munaf's: Mariners vs. Rangers under 8.5. The show closes encouraging listeners to shop lines, list pitchers, and monitor late moves, all key in chasing sharp MLB edges. Happy Monday! Today, we're talking about how to combat teacher overwhelm. In this episode, Lisa is joined by Jayme (from the school pilot) and Anna (a member of the Organize 365 team) to talk all about why teachers are feeling so stressed and what can be done to help support educators. Support for Teachers Some of the resources we found address ways to support teachers who feel overwhelmed by all of the demands of the education field. Some of the ways to support teachers include reducing or streamlining the number of administrative tasks teachers are burdened with, as well as helping teachers get organized. These are all things that we offer inside the The Teacher Workbox system and that will be addressed in Teacher Planning Day this summer. At Organize 365, we built the Teacher Workbox as a means to support teachers in the administrative side of their job. Teachers receive training in their preparation program on lesson planning, classroom management, and lesson design. We step in to help provide teachers with an organizational system to manage their time and streamline as many tasks as possible. A Sense of Community Peer support helps ease feelings of teacher overwhelm, and we love that we can offer the supportive community of educators inside the Organize 365 Community App. This is where teachers have the opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and learn from one another. Teacher Camp is a live opportunity for teachers and other educators to get to know one another and work in collaboration as we set up our Teacher Workboxes for the coming school year. How Much Time Are You Wasting? At the end of the episode, both Jayme and Anna confess to having made their own Sunday Basket before purchasing the actual Sunday Basket from Organize 365. They share how much time and money was wasted trying to create a perfect system, when the supplies they really needed were already available through Organize 365. They also reveal how no system they could create on their own was able to support them in the ways they needed because the do-it-yourself system did not come with a course, online community, or Sunday Basket Club that are needed to truly understand how the system works. If you are thinking of going this route, how much time and money are you willing to waste? As the visionary behind Kremer Dental Care, New Smile Now, and the Kremer Leadership Institute, and author of "Quantum Accountability," Dr. Kremer shares proven strategies that have turned struggling practices into thriving businesses. The customer experience hinges on seemingly small but crucial details – like the 10-foot rule of acknowledgment, proper handoffs between team members, and ensuring patients are never left unattended during their visit. These service elements create the foundation for practice loyalty and growth.Building a thriving culture means creating an environment where change is embraced rather than feared. Dr. Kremer details his systematic approach to team management through weekly check-ins between leads and team members, establishing regular feedback loops that prevent burnout and enhance performance. This democratic approach ensures team members feel heard while maintaining clear direction.Perhaps most revealing is Dr. Kremer's discussion of financial health through comprehensive KPI tracking. He shares the remarkable story of a burned-out dentist making under $70,000 despite working four days weekly, whose income tripled after implementing proper business systems while simultaneously improving patient care.Beyond practice management, Dr. Kremer introduces the concept of "mental obesity" – how our minds are becoming overwhelmed by digital stimulation just as our bodies struggle with processed foods.
