She talks about the company, how it grew in a year, and learning the products and needs of its partners. 5:14 Robb inquires about the company's objectives for 2023, what has to be improved, and how to advance in her position. She responds that it's very difficult to make long-term plans in these times of uncertainty, so people and businesses are just doing things one step at a time. 9:06 Robb shares his thoughts about Syncro's website and says that their employees are very prominent on the website. Emily elaborates on how their company started remotely so the pandemic didn't really make it any more challenging for them to make adjustments, however being in a remote set up they also have several challenges that need to be overcome and that's why they have a weekly town hall with their employees and sometimes with their partners - to get to know each other and have a sense of camaraderie. 12:34 Brian points out what Emily said about uncertain economic times and asks what are the common feedbacks they are getting from their partners during these times. 15:28 Emily talks about the challenges of having remote employees and customers. She proceeds that one of the biggest questions in this kind of setup is “how do I communicate the value to my customer?” despite not having any personal relationship or having this different kind of interaction. 21:40 Brian shared his experiences when he was starting out in the industry. How hard it was back then people were barely equipped to start and run a company or how to be leaders for a company and grow it. 23:30 Emily ends the podcast by talking about the things their company is working on right now such as platform reliability and some new features coming up soon.

Emily Glass tells police she awoke from a nap and realized her 5-year-old stepson was missing from their Wichita, Kansas, home, but the 26-year-old woman waited hours before calling 911 for help. Six days later the body of the little boy, was found under a bridge. An autopsy could not determine how Lucas Hernandez died, due to advanced decomposition. The only deep, soft tissue that remained on the body were in his lower extremities. It's important to recognize that the dying process in dogs (much like that in humans) takes place months, weeks, and days prior to actual death. For Digital Dogs, the process is very different as it can happen almost immediately, and it could be your fault entirely. In Episode 61 of Gaming Cult Podcast, the crew discuss himbos of the superhero variety, the concept of heaven and hell in the Baby World of Sonic Adventure 2, docking, KNULLing, and just a little bit of video games for good measure. Investigators refer to 911 call recordings as a "Christmas tree" because of the many clues it gives them. Nancy Grace unwraps gifts delivered in the call Emily Glass made to report her stepson Lucas Hernandez was missing from their Wichita home in February and the call Jonathan Hernandez made after he found Glass shot to dead in the same house. Helping with the unwrapping are language expert Susan Constantine, Atlanta juvenile judge Ashley Willcott, and private investigator Vincent Hill. CrimeOnline.com reporter Leigh Egan updates the condition of Jonathan Hernandez who fell critically ill after his son's memorial service. "Final Girls" author Riley Sager visits to talk about his newest novel "The Last Time I Lied."
The autopsy report on the remains of Lucas Hernandez suggests we may never know what happened to the 5-year-old Kansas boy, but pathology expert Dr. William Morrone sees a major clue in a chemical detected in his liver. Morrone shares his observations about the autopsies on Lucas and his step mother Emily Glass with Nancy Grace. We also hear the 911 call Glass made to report the child was missing from his Wichita home last February and the recent 911 call his dad made after finding Glass shot dead in the same home. Also offering insight about the new clues in this tragic mystery are forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan, Atlanta prosecutor Kenya Johnson, New York psychologist Caryn Stark, and Atlanta juvenile judge and lawyer Ashley Willcott.
The father of Lucas Hernandez reveals what happened the night stepmom Emily Glass died of a gunshot to her head in the same Kansas, home where the 5-year-old is believed to have died 4 months earlier. Jonathan Hernandez talks exclusively to Nancy Grace about the apparent suicide of Glass who led a private investigator to the creek where she had hidden the child's body. The father tells about a suicide notef ound near Glass's body. Psychologist Dr. Chloe Carmichael, juvenile judge and lawyer Ashley Willcott, criminal profiler Pat Brown, private Investigator Vincent Hill, and CrimeOnline reporter Leigh Egan join Grace.
The death of Lucas Hernandez's step mom has left many unanswered questions about the death of the 5-year-old Kansas boy. Why was Lucas's father the one who discovered Emily Glass fatally shot in the house where he no longer lived? What did Jonathan Hernandez know about Glass's physical abuse of little Lucas and about his death? Why did Lucas not get help from Kansas child protection workers? Nancy Grace searches for answers with a former Kansas social worker familiar with the case, psychologist Susan Constantine -- who specializes in detecting when people are lying, forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan, Atlanta juvenile judge and lawyer Ashley Willcott, and CrimeOnline reporter Leigh Egan.
The tragic mystery of how little Lucas Hernandez died may never be resolved after the 5-year-old's stepmom Emily Glass is found shot to death in her Wichita, Kansas, home early Friday. Nancy Grace looks at latest in the case -- including the claim by Glass's friends that the boy was killed by witches in a sacrifice. Guests include body language expert psychologist Susan Constantine, forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan, lawyer Ashley Willcott, CrimeOnline reporter Leigh Egan and Crime Stories co-host Alan Duke.
Emily Glass told police her stepson Lucas Hernandez mysteriously disappeared from his bed last February, but last week she led private investigator David Marshburn to the creek where she left the 5-year-old's body. Nancy Grace takes listeners along for the ride with Marshburn, sharing the audio he secretly recorded as he drove Glass down Kansas roads hoping she would take him to Lucas. Lawyer & psychologist Dr. Brian Russell, Atlanta juvenile judge & lawyer Ashley Willcott, private investigator Vincent Hill, Missing Pieces Network founder Kim Martin, and co-host Alan Duke join the discussion.
Private investigator David Marshburn found the remains of little Lucas Hernandez who had been missing from his Kansas home for four months by convincing Emily Glass to lead him to the rural bridge where she had hidden her stepson's body. Marshburn joins Nancy Grace for the first of two special Crime Stories episodes on the sad discovery. Also in this show are Kim Martin, whose Missing Pieces Network is helping his family find answers, Atlanta juvenile judge & lawyer Ashley Willcott, private investigator Vincent Hill, and CrimeOnline reporter Leigh Egan.
The search of little Lucas Hernandez, who disappeared from his Kansas home, has been going on for almost two months. Nancy Grace updates the case of the missing 5-year-old boy and the charges against his step mom Emily Glass. Grace is joined by Klaas Kids founder and victims' advocate Marc Klaas, lawyer and psychologist Dr. Brian Russell -- host of Investigation Discovery's "Fatal Vows" series, Atlanta juvenile judge Ashley Willcott, and Crime Stories contributing reporter Chuck Roberts. Nancy also discusses the Chandra Levy case, which is the topic of this week's "Grace vs. Abrams" show on A&E.
The search for little Lucas Hernandez continues while stepmom Emily Glass remains in jail on child endangerment charges. Lucas, 5, went missing from his Wichita home in February. Nancy Grace discusses the latest in the case with Kim Martin, whose Missing Pieces Network is helping his family find answers, forensics expert Karen Smith, Juvenile Judge Ashley Willcott, New York psychologist Dr. Chloe Carmichael, and reporter Chuck Roberts.
Emily Glass tells police she awoke from a nap and realized her 5-year-old stepson was missing from their Wichita, Kansas, home, but the 26-year-old woman waited hours before calling 911 for help.
