Today, we're going over your questions. You guys had some follow-ups about my stalker, Timothy C., and I'll be giving you a few more details on that situation. We're also unpacking the RFK Jr. sex scandal—what's real, what's spin, and what it all means. Plus, the government's leaked text messages have been making waves, and I'll be breaking down what they reveal and why you should (and shouldn't) care.—https://policecoffee.com/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACG7qmI1dmMkruwgp8vA8w0oECKla&gclid=Cj0KCQjwtJ6_BhDWARIsAGanmKfdkRQ1M1sighZQ-PGpEpsCjrZ8fCigidnvH55bfBUNMa56-yoy_A8aAv34EALw_wcB—https://open.spotify.com/episode/7CcmZWvQEaLTQAQRAFy2BQ?si=FgeO4b9QSi-5eB2cqX2XHw
On today's episode, we're going even deeper into my stalker situation. I'll be sharing more details about his delusional tendencies—including how he's gone as far as pretending to be a police officer to manipulate and control people (which is a crime, by the way). I'll also be answering the questions I've received from you all about this ongoing situation.Law enforcement is now more involved (actual police, not to be confused with blue light bandits), we know everything, and we'll be handling it all legally. Tune in for the full update.—https://policecoffee.com/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACG7qmJnibJBpoe9p7ReNXovwJMQN&gclid=Cj0KCQjwqIm_BhDnARIsAKBYcmsZOengz4NFStC14G_b2eziJgYpA8kGt2sokaR9i3PcTxs0QmcaPosaAtbGEALw_wcB
Today, I'm sharing something deeply personal and serious—my stalker story. For over a year, Timothy C. (we can share his full name soon if need be) has been physically stalking me, and his digital harassment goes back even further. Law enforcement is now involved, but I wanted to update you all in case anything happens to me—so there's no question about who did it. This episode isn't just about my experience; it's also about the reality of stalking, the dangers of obsession, and the importance of taking threats seriously. Stay aware, stay safe, and let's talk about it all, shall we?—https://noblegoldinvestments.com

It's October 2013, and two police officers in Dublin spot a distressed young girl outside the General Post Office. She's crying and unable to speak, using her fingers to show she's 14 years old. They take her to a nearby children's hospital while trying to figure out who she is. Local media starts speculating about possible sex trafficking as interest in her case grows. As a month goes by, police decide to release her photo to the public and are quickly flooded with calls from Australia. It turns out this isn't a vulnerable 14-year-old girl in distress; the woman in the Dublin hospital bed is actually 25-year-old Samantha Azzopardi, a serial con artist. And as the years go by, this wouldn't be the first alias she's used to trick her victims. Paula Bycroft from CJZ Productions is the Executive Producer of the Australian documentary series Con Girl, which details the life and crimes of Samantha Azzopardi. She helps us to tell this story. In part two, we continue our conversation with Charline's sister, Rose, as we look closely at the events surrounding her 2009 murder in Somerville, Mass, and the suspicion among people known to her. We look at whether there was a plot to lure Charline to a familiar location under the guise of a great deal on a nice car, and rob her of the money she had for the purchase. And the fact that Charline Rosemond was murdered, found in Union Square behind the Mid Nite Convenience Store, which is still there to this day, tells me a few things. We've established Charline was offered a car that was for sale at a crazy great deal. Let's add it up: A Lexus with a reported value around $6,000 was offered to Charline for the sum of $4,000, money Charline had and had quick access to, the sum of money Charline had with her when she left her parents' house in Everett for the last time on April 6, 2009. Charline knew the people who made her this too-good-to-be-true offer. The sum of money that was not in her pocketbook when she was found in her dad's Honda six days after she went missing. The car was found in a parking lot in a very busy area of the city. Was she there the whole time?An anonymous post about "should I snitch or mind my own business" indicates that people aren't being quiet about this crime. Christina Harris is found dead by a neighbor. Harris' cause of death was initially ruled accidental by the medical examiner's office after a blood sample tested positive for opiates, but her family is adamant Christina did not use drugs. The family even insisted officers test her frozen breast milk to prove it. Harris was still breastfeeding an infant. Police ultimately arrest husband Jason Harris for poisoning his wife's cereal. As James and Jennifer Crumbley awaited sentencing for their conviction for involuntary manslaughter, both sought to avoid jail. Their son Ethan Crumbley is serving life in prison for the school rampage where four were killed and seven others were injured. The gun used was given to the teen as a birthday present by his parents. James, convicted of involuntary manslaughter, asked the judge for "time served" and Jennifer asked the judge to let her serve her time on house arrest in a guest house at her attorney's home. Oakland County Prosecutor Marc Keast has recommended 10-to-15-year jail sentences for both Jennifer and her husband, James. While James was in jail, damning phone conversations surfaced in which Crumbley had allegedly threatened Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald. In a call from October 9, 2023, five months before the trial, Crumbley says, “Yeah, Karen McDonald, you're going down. … Go ahead, record this call. Send it to Karen McDonald. Tell her how James Crumbley is going to f------ take her down." In a call on December 23, 2023, Crumbley says “There will be retribution, believe me." The threats were bad enough that Crumbley's jail communication privileges were revoked during his trial. Neither received the sentence they asked for. General Hospital” star Haley Pullos charged after a wrong-way crash is now saying she was not responsible for the damages caused to one of the other drivers. Pullos charged with driving under the influence charges after her car flew over the dividing barrier, and into oncoming traffic. She careened off one car and collided head-on with another car, that was going about 60 mph. Police reportedly recovered marijuana edibles and alcohol from the actress' car. Firefighters had to use "the jaws of life" to free Pullos from her car. That's when the "General Hospital" actress lashed out at the responders shouting, “This is a $400 f**king shirt!” Now the actress is claiming she was not responsible for the damages that crash victim Courtney Wilder allegedly received. Documents filed by Pullos' legal team say Pullos denied all the allegations levied against her in the lawsuit, and going on to say the damages were cased by negligence or content of Wilder. As a Halloween party in an upscale neighborhood gets out of hand, neighbors call 911 saying there are too many cars and drunk teens in the neighborhood. As Preston Lord and his friends leave the party, one of Lord's friends has a necklace stolen by another group of teens. A fight breaks out when Lord tries to get the necklace back. He is beaten by a group of teens who knock Lord unconscious and kick him while he's on the ground. Witnesses recount seeing the attackers “hump” Lord and someone in a white suit returning to stomp on Preston Lord, still unconscious in the middle of the street. As Preston Lord lays unconscious on the pavement, friends determine his heart has stopped and other partygoers perform CPR until police arrive and take over. Lord is taken by ambulance to Chandler Regional Hospital, then transferred to Phoenix Children's in extremely critical condition with a severe brain injury. Preston Lord succumbs to his injuries. For those involved, Lord's death is fodder for social media, some trying to figure out how to cash in on the reward money offered for information about what happened. The suspects discuss the fight over Snapchat with one of the messages reading, "My mom wants in on the $10K.” These messages are some of the first real clues police begin to follow. A tipster notifies police that Talan Renner admitted to a friend that he threw the first punch, and Owen Hines told a friend “he only kicked him in the stomach.” Nearly all the witnesses point out Treston Billey and Dominic Turner as aggressors due to their distinct costumes that night. Turner wore all black, while Billey donned a white suit. Using the suspects' digital media, investigators find Taylor Sherman, who admits to taking a video of Preston as he is unconscious on the ground and sending it out on Snapchat. Talyn Vigil also sent a message reading, “I hit a kid and this kid fell, hit his head. Then they kicked his head in the ground, then I got word he died so idk.” The day Preston Lord passes away, Talan Renner's millionaire father, Travis Renner, goes to work trying to cover up the teen's involvement. Renner and his business partner allegedly hand out NDAs and push a story that despite Talan Renner having thrown the first punch, Talyn Vigil was truly to blame for Lord's death. Renner tells the school his son is being bullied, and whisks Talan away to his $800,000 golf club cabin in Show Low, Arizona for a week while Talan's hands heal from the fight. Meanwhile Talan Renner brags to friends on Snapchat, “I got in a fight, a big group fight, and I accidentally killed a kid. I guess I'm just too strong.” Joining Nancy Grace Today: Jeanna "Gina" Pignatiello - Neighbor who called 911; Instagram @JPignatiello Ray Giudice – Criminal Defense Attorney in Atlanta, GA; X: @raygiudice Dr. Shari Schwartz – Forensic Psychologist (Specializing in Capital Mitigation and Victim Advocacy); Author: “Criminal Behavior” and “Where Law and Psychology Intersect: Issues in Legal Psychology;” X: @TrialDoc" Julie Lewis – President & CEO, Digital Mountain, Inc. Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer in charge of the guns on the film "Rust," has been found guilty of manslaughter in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins was killed when star Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun during rehearsal loaded with live ammo instead of a blank round. Reports say first assistant director David Halls picked up one of the three prop guns that had been set up by armorer Hannah Gutierrez and yelled “cold gun.” "Cold gun" is industry slang meaning the gun did not contain live rounds. Halls gave the gun to Baldwin who was using the gun to rehearse a scene. The search warrant said Baldwin was aiming the weapon at the camera when he fired, striking Hutchins and Souza. Reports have surfaced that the weapon was used for target practice by crew members that morning. Gutierrez Reed faces up to 18 months in prison at sentencing in April. Baldwin has also been charged. His trial starts in July. Claud "Tex" McIver is convicted in the shooting death of his wife, Diane. That conviction has been reversed and now, the once-prominent Atlanta attorney takes a plea deal that will pave his way to a release. Georgia's highest court ruled that the jury should have been able to consider a misdemeanor involuntary manslaughter charge. McIver has now pleaded guilty to lesser charges of involuntary manslaughter, conduct, and possession of a gun during the commission of a crime. As the public became aware of Ella Jones disappearance, the Mount Vernon Police Department receives information on a possible suspect's identity. The person was already said to possibly be a male named "Keith." Investigators also determined that Ella Jones may have used a "RideShare" service when she left her home. RideShare services are not prevalent in Ella Jones area, so Mount Vernon Police were able to narrow the search and locate a ride share Jones may have used. Investigators identified a man named "Keith" who ordered a ride share for Ella and his address in South Haven Michigan. The FBI reaches out to Van Buren County Michigan Sherrif's department about a possible suspect named Keith Freerksen with an address in South Haven Michigan possibly being involved in the disappearance of a 14-year-old girl in Mt Vernon, Washington. Van Buren County Sheriff Daniel Abbott says his detectives investigated the possible suspect location and identified the car suspected of transporting the 14-year-old girl 2,000 miles from Washington to Michigan. After obtaining a search warrant, Sheriff Abbott says they waited for the suspect vehicle to return to the property before executing the search warrants. Sheriff Abbott says as the detectives watched the property, they noticed there are three homes on the property and several people are seen in the residences. The suspect was identified as one of the people in one of the residences on the property. Detectives coordinate with the local uniformed police officers in marked cars to roll in with them and execute the search warrant . Having executed the search warrant, all individuals on the property were separated so detectives could begin the interview process. The suspect immediately told detectives the 14-year-old girl was there on the property. Once the suspect was read his Miranda rights, he lawyered up and stopped talking The suspect is 30-year-old Keith Freerksen, a convicted sex offender. Sheriff Daniel Abbott says the Freerksen spoke with and groomed the victim online over an extended period of time before she took a ride share to the suspect's home in Michigan. Keith Freerksen was arraigned on nine charges: two counts of trafficking a minor, three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a minor, one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Vickie Stout and Carla Sue Atkins were half-sisters. The teens, who were extremely close with each other, share the same mother. were very close. The girls walked to a combination bait shop, restaurant, and convenience store called "The Furnace" to pick up some snacks. Witnesses report seeing the girls talking to someone in a blue pickup truck. That's the last time anyone has seen the sisters. In the days that followed, local law enforcement labeled the sisters as runaways. A hiker then called the police after smelling a foul odor. Deputies discovered the girls' bodies about 75 feet apart, along with shotgun shells and a light blue stain found on a tree. The autopsy revealed a shotgun killed the girls, but their bodies were too decomposed to reveal if they'd been sexually assaulted. Haley Pullos makes two fashion-forward court appearances as she faces Felony DUI charges. The first in July, as the former General Hospital star hobbled inside on crutches. The second in August Pullos was seen in a green dress with white heels, a black ankle brace visible. Pullos has pleaded not guilty to all charges after a wrong-way crash. Pullos was charged with driving under the influence after her car flew over the dividing barrier, and into oncoming traffic. She careened off one car and collided head-on with another car, that was going about 60 mph. Police reportedly recovered marijuana edibles and alcohol from the actress' car. Firefighters had to use "the jaws of life" to free Pullos from her car. That's when the "General Hospital" actress lashed out at the responders shouting, “This is a $400 f**king shirt!” TMZ also reports Pullos was aggressive with hospital staff and had to be sedated.
