She is a former professional dancer and ballet teacher. She was also a movie casting director in Asia. And she has been a yoga teacher for 20 years. Pat also offers private instruction. She has worked with many clients teaching them to use yoga and breathing to help cope with high blood pressure, Crohn's disease, stress, fibromyalgia and cancer. Pat teaches from the heart and emphasizes opening up to the total experience of yoga. She has been one of my lifelines during pandemic. I am so grateful for her!
