Raymond Moody revolutionized the way we think about death with his first book, Life After Life, which was stories of people who died and then returned to life. Going through a tunnel, encountering an angelic being or having an out-of-body experience are hallmarks of what Moody termed a 'near death experience.' Since the publication of his multimillion copy best-seller, hundreds of thousands of people have contacted Moody to share their own experiences. During the holidays things tend to get hectic and people rush around doing everything for everybody and find themselves trying to meet the needs of others over their own.
