In the early hours of December 26th, 1980, a security patrol at the east gate of Royal Air Force Woodbridge spotted lights descending into a small pine forest bordering the base. Believing it was a downed civilian aircraft, a small team was assembled and sent to investigate and render assistance. As the team approached the lights, their radios began to malfunction, the air became electrically charged, animals at the nearby farms went into a frenzy, and walking became difficult. “Like walking in deep water.”  Two of the men pressed on and arrived at a small clearing where the bright lights had seemed to stop moving. There was a massive silent explosion of bright white light. One of the two men was left in a trance-like state while the other approached a small, black, triangular shaped craft hovering above the forest floor. It appeared to be made of seamless opaque black glass and was covered in symbols that looked like hieroglyphs. As he ran his fingers over the surface of the strange symbols, the craft began to slowly ascend through the trees and took off into the sky at an “impossible” speed. That was only the beginning. Often referred to as Britain's Roswell, the Rendlesham Forest Incident is one of the most well documented UFO cases in history. This is the audio of the entire conversation that scientist and radio expert Jimmy Blanchette and I had. Blanchette explored a system of sending moon bounce signals using his 250,000-watt radio antenna. This led to his sending out signals to any non-human intelligences. He discovered that he could get a reply on a small 8-watt radio tuned to 144.1. Over the next four years Jimmy and others ran experiments that showed the whole process was repeatable. He could send a signal off one radio, and then receive a signal back on that radio even though many other radios in the same room, tuned to the same frequency, would remain silent. The ultimate end game was to decode the signal that was coming back from wherever on the radio. In November 2021 that was achieved. This interview deals with his decoding of a radio signal that was on one of his radios and that of researcher Marcel Vidovic. In the interview we go through what the message was and how significant it might be in understanding reality. This audio interview is just being put out for the record. I a recent panel on disclosure, people wondered why the government, media, and people like Elizondo Mellon were avoiding the world extraterrestrial. James W. Penniston ( USAF/Retired), is author of The Rendlesham Enigma. Sergeant Penniston and his team were "First Responders" to a security investigation of a craft-of-unknown-origin, located just outside RAF Woodbridge, England. In December 1980 that case, is known as the Rendlesham Forest Incident, and is the most documented account in military history. The Rendlesham Forest Incident of December 1980, is considered by far the most significant event in UFO history. It was also a unique military-related event, having taken place in Rendlesham Forest just outside the twin bases of RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge in Suffolk, England – both of which had been transferred to the United States Air Force in 1951 by the British MOD (Ministry of Defence), becoming one of the largest and most important NATO complexes in Europe during the Cold War. The account given in this book is that of James W. Penniston, a Staff Sergeant at the time of the incident, who was the primary witness who led the investigation in the beginning and had ‘Top-Secret clearance' – one of only eight people with Top-Secret clearance working Security at the twin bases. His credibility and honesty were highly respected throughout his years in the USAF. Jim Penniston has teamed-up with author Gary Osborn to present the definitive account of the Rendlesham Incident and the aftermath of events, just as he witnessed and experienced them from the incident itself, which began during the early morning hours of Boxing Day, December 26, 1980 up to April 2014.

The incident on Christmas evening of 1980 in Rendlesham Forest is considered to be the most researched, investigated and documented UFO incident in history. But what defines it and sets it apart from other cases is that the intelligence guiding the craft left a binary code etched in the mind of Jim Penniston, the investigating security officer from the nearby American military base. The code has been in the process of deconstruction for a decade and a fascinating story has emerged about the presence of enlightened civilizations here on earth.
