As You Wish Talk Radio with James Gilliland UFOs/UAPs, Daviid Wilcock, Frequency Medicine, Advanced Et's, Avoid The Failed Disclosure Frequency Medicine, Toxic Exposure, UFO Disclosure, and Staying Healthy in a Changing World James Gilliland Opens with Solar Activity and Global Upheaval In this episode of As You Wish Talk Radio, produced by the ECETI group, host James Gilliland opens with a broad update on solar, geopolitical, spiritual, and UFO-related events. James says the Sun is showing no sign of calming down and connects solar activity with severe weather, earthquakes, volcanic activity, and broader planetary shifts. James frames these events as part of a larger energetic and planetary transition, while also commenting on global conflicts, underground facilities, political corruption, and what he sees as widening exposure of hidden systems. James Critiques the UFO/UAP Community and Calls for Integrity Much of the opening monologue focuses on James's concern that the UFO and UAP communities have become compromised by jealousy, competition, gossip, controlled narratives, and attacks on authentic contact work. He strongly criticizes what he describes as backstabbing, character assassination, and the spreading of meritless rumors, particularly in relation to attacks on David Wilcock, Corey Goode, ECETI, and himself. James argues that spiritually and technologically advanced off-world beings will not engage with a community dominated by ego, deception, and lack of integrity. He says he has personally received treatments from them that felt miraculous and explains that he wanted to promote their work because people are being bombarded by toxic food, chemtrails, harmful frequencies, environmental contamination, and other stressors. The conversation then turns toward energy medicine, Rife technology, biofield measurement, detoxification, and the need for people to reclaim responsibility for their own wellness. Gail's Nursing Background and Biofield Work Gail explains that she became a nurse at a young age, later became a nurse practitioner, and eventually earned advanced degrees while pursuing a deep interest in healing. She says her direction changed after encountering the work of Donna Eden, which introduced her to energy medicine and the world of frequency. Gail describes studying integrative and pastoral health, remote viewing, and other healing-related fields. She also explains her use of a Bio-Well camera, which photographs the fingertips to produce information about the human biofield, aura integrity, meridians, chakras, and energetic balance. Gail says the goal is not merely to measure energy, but to help identify areas where balance may be needed. The Pearl Device, Rife Frequencies, and Remote Healing Gail also discusses a device called the Pearl, which she says stands for Photon Emission Resonant Light and uses Rife frequencies. She explains that the device can project frequencies into a room through an argon gas tube or work directly with a person through electrodes. Gail says she has used it in both in-person and remote healing contexts and believes it can affect people, animals, and plants. She describes herself as a science-oriented person who enjoys combining research, personal experience, and spiritual guidance to understand how frequency-based tools may help support healing and balance. Rebecca's Medical Background and Her Shift Away from Conventional Practice Rebecca shares that she worked as a physical therapist for about 30 years, mainly with children. She says that over time, especially from the early to late 1990s, she observed a shift in her caseload toward more children with autism and began questioning patterns she saw in developmental changes. Rebecca discusses her concerns about childhood injections, pharmaceutical influence, and the way families outsource health decisions to external authorities. She explains that after 2020, she no longer wanted to work in the conventional medical system and eventually turned toward Rife technology and natural healing approaches. F-Scan, Rife Technology, Detox Pathways, and Pathogens Rebecca explains that she uses an F-Scan device from Switzerland and describes it as having a broad range of frequencies. She says Rife technology works by sending specific frequencies that resonate with pathogens, using the analogy of an opera singer shattering a glass by matching its resonant frequency. She emphasizes that opening detoxification pathways is just as important as targeting pathogens, including support for the skin, liver, kidneys, and other systems. Rebecca says environmental toxins from air, food, water, and chemtrails can burden the body, and she discusses the importance of herbs, homeopathics, and natural support for detoxification. James's Experience with Brain Fog and Frequency Treatments James shares that he personally experienced significant brain fog and memory recall issues, including difficulty remembering the names of people he knew well. He connects this to possible pathogens, mold exposure, black mold, solar activity, and environmental stress. After receiving frequency treatments, he says the names and memories began returning quickly, which impressed him. Rebecca responds that one of the effects people may notice after a session is feeling better quickly, and the group contrasts this with pharmaceutical advertisements that list long side effects while presenting an appealing lifestyle image. Fear, Authenticity, Intuition, and Service Gail and Rebecca both connect frequency medicine with broader spiritual themes. Rebecca says fear is one of the lowest emotional frequencies and argues that fear has long been used to make people outsource their power. Gail says integrity and authenticity are among the highest frequencies and explains that part of their upcoming workshop will include developing intuition and using inner guidance as a tool for discernment. James adds that kindness, service, humor, and living from the heart are essential, saying people should begin by being decent human beings rather than chasing spiritual titles or guru status. Toxic Food, Mold, Heavy Metals, and the Need for Discernment The discussion also covers processed foods, mold, yeast, fungus, heavy metals, citric acid, genetically modified mold, and the possibility that toxins in food and the environment are contributing to health challenges. Rebecca says she is seeing significant mold-related patterns even in people without obvious mold exposure and suspects food may be one source. James adds that boxes, labels, and food weights can be misleading and criticizes processed foods as nutritionally poor and potentially damaging. The speakers encourage listeners to use discernment, question what they are told, and recognize the body as a frequency-based system rather than only a physical machine. Upcoming ECETI Workshop and Closing Invitation Near the end, James asks about Gail and Rebecca's upcoming event, which they identify as taking place the last weekend of July, around July 24–26. James says the event will offer practical information, healing technologies, and the opportunity to be at ECETI, where attendees may also experience UFO sightings, higher-dimensional beings, or spontaneous energetic shifts. Disclosure is imminent, but of what exactly? The UFO and aliens are unrelated, and much of what have heard so far is not a revelation but a rehashing. Many of the supposedly credible voices are learning from the most incredibly un-credible people. US congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna and her obsession with the Book of Enoch has been inspired by admittedly fake Secret Space Program stories from Corey Goode and the late David Wilcock. Haim Eshed, the former head of Israel's space security program, who used his credibly to inform the public about the Galactic Federation, learned of this alien alliance via Laura Eisenhower and others like her. Whistleblowers are blowing whistles that are half a century old and already public knowledge, be it in publicly available documents or already part of the UFO mythology. All the above have been influenced by the same quality of evidence that has, in the case of Luis Elizondo, been admittedly proven to be a hoax. From 2017 onward, the UFO became a UAP and the extraterrestrial became an inter-dimensional. With even less proof of dimensional entities, now the subject has been transformed into a theological and political form of propaganda. In our assessment, it is largely Israeli propaganda. Why? Because from the Old Testament focus by America Reads the Bible and Trump in rededicating the country to god, to the Solomon's Temple ballroom, replica Ark of the Covenant and Crown of Jerusalem given to the President; from the Epstein horrors to war with Iran, Israel needs cover, justification and defense against a growing global pushback. It surely isn't a coincidence that the concept of ancient aliens, which has always been criticized as degrading Jesus and the New Testament, was invented by a rabbi and a Torah scholar. Because a group of pastors are now claiming that they were secretly briefed by intelligence agencies, which told them to prepare their congregations for the disclosure that these aliens are our creators and that Jesus and the New Testament are fake. Under these conditions, the Old Testament would be considered valid and the god of that text would be declared alien, therefore making his “chosen people” the rulers of this planet with their advanced technology and superior genes.
