Even sightings near nuclear facilities are considered dangerous, let alone abduction. UAP mental effects near nuclear sites are just as dangerous as physical ones; hence, CE phenomenon should now be recognized. Moreover, Pascagoula was instrumental in bringing about the Tic Tac events and today's disclosure. Thus Pascagoula is extraordinary but this is for a combination of solid reasons: the large number of credible witnesses, it is a nuclear and military sighting, there were mind-control effects, and it helped to bring about the most consequential UAP incident in modern history, the Tic Tac event. These sightings, centered on a Florida contractor named Ed Walters. His story began quietly on the evening of November 11, 1987, when he claimed to see a glowing disc-shaped object hovering above his neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Armed with a Polaroid camera, Walters captured a series of photographs that quickly became some of the most widely circulated UFO images of their time.Listeners will hear how Walters' initial encounter sparked a wave of reports throughout the Gulf Coast community. Over the following months, he said the mysterious craft returned again and again, sometimes following him in his car, sometimes appearing over his house. He described beams of blue light, encounters with small glowing beings, and even telepathic communication from what he called “the visitors.”The episode traces the chain of events that followed: how local newspapers published his photos under the alias “Mr. X,” how national media descended on the small coastal town, and how organizations like MUFON (the Mutual UFO Network) sent investigators to examine the evidence. Long time MUFON board member Tom Whitmore had been a San Antonio Texas resident since 1984. Originally from Tulsa, Tom graduated with a degree in business administration from Portland State University and had a career in the financial industry since the 1970's. He was most recently employed as a financial analyst with a local firm in San Antonio where he retired in 2019. He is an accomplished guitarist and has a daughter who is a pre-school teacher. Tom was invited to join the MUFON board in 1995 and experienced the organization's progress through the successive administrations of Walt Andrus, John Schuessler, James Carrion, Clifford Clift, Dave McDonald and Jan Harzan. He serves as Treasurer and focuses on long term and strategic issues for the organization. Tom has been fascinated by military and intelligence agencies' interactions with the UFO public. He has undertaken a research study of the history of the MJ12 affair, and intends to eventually publish his findings. Steve Hudgeons is the Director of Investigations for International MUFON (Mutual UFO Network). After the Navy Steve began a long-time career in Commercial Construction, installing aluminum frames and glass in commercial buildings such as high rises as well as schools and small buildings. He later advanced to selling jobs and drawing blueprints, then became an OSHA safety officer. He retired at the age of 65. Steve served as the President of his neighborhood Advisory council and has been a Member of the Citizens on Patrol with the Fort Worth Police Department for 29 years. Steve has been a MUFON Member for 34 years. He is married to his wife Linda, and their 50th anniversary is next month. Steve has two children and five grandchildren.
