Learning a new language can be difficult, especially if you only remember funny, random textbook phrases. To help you improve, there are five effective hacks.学习一门新语言可能很困难,尤其是当你只记得一些有趣但零散的课本句子时。为了帮助你提升语言能力,这里有五个有效的方法。First, skip complicated grammar rules at the beginning and learn the 50 most common phrases. Make them personal; focus on words you will actually use in daily life.首先,一开始不要纠结于复杂的语法规则,而是学习最常用的50个短语。让这些内容与自己相关,重点学习那些你在日常生活中真正会用到的词汇和表达。Second, listen to the language as much as possible through YouTube, radio, or audiobooks, preferably just above your current level. This tunes your ear and helps with pattern recognition.其次,尽可能多地通过 YouTube、广播或有声书来听这门语言,最好选择略高于你当前水平的内容。这能够训练你的听力,并帮助你识别语言模式。Third, practice talking to yourself, your pets, or plants to get comfortable.第三,练习对自己、宠物,甚至植物说话,让自己逐渐适应使用这门语言进行表达。Fourth, relax on the sofa and watch TV shows, movies, or children's programs, and follow social media accounts in your target language to learn real expressions.第四,放松地坐在沙发上观看电视剧、电影或儿童节目,同时关注使用目标语言的社交媒体账号,从中学习真实、自然的表达方式。Fifth, practice with an AI chatbot; it is like a 24/7 tutor that provides a safe space to make mistakes without embarrassment.第五,和 AI 聊天机器人进行练习;它就像一位全天候(24/7)在线的导师,为你提供一个可以放心犯错而不必感到尴尬的学习环境。Remember that language is social, and real conversations with humans are the most important part of becoming fluent.请记住,语言本质上是一种社交工具,而与真人进行真实交流,是达到流利水平最重要的一部分。

Inspired by a viral video of a Chinese boy doing his English homework, I thought I'd make an episode where I list 10 common mistakes that language learners make and what you should avoid. To be clear, I'm sure that boy will master English one day, and my comments were more of a criticism of language education in schools. The video simply reminded me of some of the mistakes I've made along the way. With that in mind, while I share my 10 habits to avoid, I also give examples when I've done these things in my own life. So let's learn together and see if we can learn more efficiently.Show notes page - https://levelupenglish.school/podcast339--------------Learn more about Level 3 Members: https://courses.levelupenglish.school/courses/level3--------------Have a question?
