This week the I am reading from Steve Aspin's book ''Out of Time: The Intergenerational Abduction Program Explored'. In the second half of the episode I am lucky enough to have been given permission to add an excerpt from the audio book of Alexander Batthyány's book 'Threshold: Terminal Lucidity and the Border of Life and Death' read by Eric Meyers.Steve AspinIn Out of Time, author Steve Aspin attempts to write a crossover work about the enduring worldwide reports of alien abduction. It is intended for both those familiar with the historic published case material and the curious reader unfamiliar with the decades of serious research on this superficially improbable phenomenon. He details his lifelong ET contact experiences and the relationships he built with leading researchers during his years of investigating this phenomenon. He has at all times attempted to approach the subject with critical thoroughness and intellectual rigor. From stumbling upon a cattle mutilation in Ireland in 1970 to witnessing a UFO after a period of missing time at the age of 16 near Chester in 1972, Steve relates a lifetime of anomalous experiences in his new book. But this is only the starting point of the journey the reader of Out of Time will make. Steve then details several years of investigation into the subject and how what he has learned has shaped his thoughts on what is happening to perhaps millions of people worldwide. He had the good fortune to meet with several leading researchers in the field including Budd Hopkins and Dr David Jacobs and read hundreds of published works on the subject of UFOs and Abductions. He has attempted to bring hard evidence to the discussion and to follow that evidence where it may lead. His conclusions will be of interest to anyone attentive to this phenomenon. Whether they are inevitably proved to be right or wrong, they stem from a conscious effort to bring objectivity and honesty to the analysis of his personal interaction with this phenomenon.Although successfully normalised in popular culture to become background noise or a minor comic footnote in otherwise busy lives, this subject has real and serious implications for both the individual experiencer and human society collectively.BioSteve Aspin worked for 35 years in management, marketing and sales. In 1999, he founded a surgical innovations company near London. He subsequently designed, patented, manufactured and exported thousands of innovative medical and surgical products to the global marketplace. Now retired with his wife in a quiet corner of eastern England, he may be found most early mornings walking his dog over the Lincolnshire Wolds.'Out of Time' focuses on the improbable but widely reported subject of alien abduction, following the author's lifetime of coerced entanglement with this phenomenon. Drawing on extensive personal experience and voluminous case literature - both published and unpublished - the book melds together interviews with abductees and face-to-face discussions with researchers, resulting in a crossover work designed to appeal to both the reader familiar with the subject matter and those less acquainted with the classic case material. The book contains a body of hard scientific evidence confirming the reality of the phenomenon: forensic analysis of biological material recovered from abduction events; medical analysis of a 'scoop biopsy'; photographs of typical patterns of bodily scarring; and extensive materials analysis of a micro-implant surgically recovered from an abductee revealing a complex manufactured nano-device composed of non-terrestrial isotopes and emitting radio signals in three separate frequency bands. The author's conclusions about the essential architecture of the abduction program, historical timeframe since its instigation, possible reasons for its confirmed intergenerational component, the number of abductees in the global human population and the probable purposes/goals of the program have been widely praised as radical and groundbreaking.Amazon link http://rb.gy/bvklmhttps://outoftimebook.info/Alexander BatthyányTerminal lucidity is a relatively common but poorly understood phenomenon. Near the end of life, many people--including those who have suffered brain injuries or strokes, or have been silenced by mental illness or deep dementia--experience what seems a miraculous return. They regain their clarity and energy, are able to talk with families and caregivers, recall their lives and often appear to be aware of their nearing death. In this remarkable book, cognitive scientist and Director of the Viktor Frankl Institute Dr. Alexander Batthyány offers the first major account of terminal lucidity, utilizing hundreds of case studies and his research in the related field of near-death studies to explore the mind, the body, the nature of consciousness, and what the living can learn from those who are crossing the border from life to death.Astonishing, authoritative, and deeply moving, Threshold opens a doorway into one of life's--and death's--most provocative mysteries.BioProf. Alexander Batthyány, PhD, holds the Chair of the Research Institute for Theoretical Psychology and Personalist Studies at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Budapest, Hungary. Since 2012, Batthyány is Visiting Professor for Existential Psychotherapy at the Moscow University Institute of Psychoanalysis, Russia. He is Director of the Viktor Frankl Institute and first editor of the 14-volume edition of the Collected Works of Viktor Frankl. Batthyány has published over fifteen books which have been translated into eleven languages. He lectures widely on philosophical and existential psychology and the quest for a meaningful life, theory of cognitive science, and the psychology of death and dying. He has been invited to give lectures around the world.Amazon link http://rb.gy/8ypplhttps://www.pastliveshypnosis.co.uk/https://www.patreon.com/pastlivespodcast

This week I'm talking to Steve Aspin about his book 'Out of Time: The Intergenerational Abduction Program Explored'.In Out of Time, author Steve Aspin attempts to write a crossover work about the enduring worldwide reports of alien abduction. It is intended for both those familiar with the historic published case material and the curious reader unfamiliar with the decades of serious research on this superficially improbable phenomenon. He details his lifelong ET contact experiences and the relationships he built with leading researchers during his years of investigating this phenomenon. Following a lifetime of what are often described as ‘anomalous experiences', his serious interest in this complex subject began in 2007 when he realised that the phenomenon was not only real but was happening to him and had been all his life. He spent several years researching publications on the subject, met with many of the world's leading researchers into this phenomenon and tried his best to make sense of it all for his own peace of mind. He achieved this to some degree and for several years chose to no longer engage with the issue. However, following some serious health issues and on the encouragement of those close to him, he decided to write about his experiences and thoughts on the phenomenon as he has come to understand it. The decision to ‘go public' is never an easy one for a person involved in something as unbelievable as ‘alien abduction'. Derision, disbelief and denial are the common responses. But something is happening to people and needs to be addressed. Retired, without children and with support of those closest to him, common obstacles that often inhibit people from speaking out are no longer factors in his life. If not him, then who? Ars longa, vita brevis!BioSteve Aspin worked for 35 years in management, marketing and sales. In 1999, he founded a surgical innovations company near London. Apple and pear growing in the UK is on a knife-edge, according to a survey of apple and pear growers by the British Growers Association. More than a third of orders for new trees have been scrapped by farmers who say the sums just don't add up. They say costs have risen by around 23% compared to an increase in the price they're paid by supermarkets of just 0.8% We speak to a grower in Kent who's just cancelled an order for 36,000 new trees. All this week we're focusing on rural poverty and the impact it's having. We speak to an agricultural worker in Devon who's struggling financially because of the impact of bird flu. He's lost his business, and he may also lose his home. The rural charity - The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution or RABI - is helping him and others who are struggling. The world records for top wheat and winter barley yields have been broken by a British farmer. Tim Lamyman grows cereals over 720 hectares on the Lincolnshire Wolds. He's held the record for wheat yields before which makes him a ‘serial' world record breaker for ‘cereal' yields - he tells us how he did it. Presenter = Caz Graham Producer = Rebecca Rooney

Ian Marchant tracks the River Ancholme to its source. Others might prefer the Limpopo or the Zambesi, but Ian is drawn to the subtle mysteries of the canal-like Ancholme in Lincolnshire, arguing that there are delights to be found if you take a close look in your own back yard. And there are plenty of delights. If historic boats are your thing then there's Humber Sloop Amy Howson, an ochre-sailed ship moored at the mouth of the Ancholme, in the care of the Humber Keels and Sloop Preservation Society, or Brigg Raft, a five metre Bronze age raft designed specifically for the slow moving waters of the Ancholme. Brigg was always, it seems, a good place to keep a boat. The town is an island, created by two channels of the Ancholme encircling its centre. Brigg Raft and the even more astounding Brigg Log Boat (nearly fifteen metres long) were discovered in 1886, lurking in mud at the site of what is now Glanford Boat Club. There are still around fifty boats moored at Glanford Boat Club, a vibrant social centre. Just off the course of the Ancholme is Stow Minster, which has, etched into its stone, two images of Viking longships: further evidence of visitors by boat to central Lincolnshire. But will Ian make it to the source in the Lincolnshire Wolds? And how would he know if he got there? Produced for BBC Audio by Mary Ward-Lowery

It Is February 2021Here are some of the Headlines this Month well today1South Africa halts Oxford jabSouth Africa has suspended its rollout of the Oxford/AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine after research suggested it offers limited protection against mild and moderate cases of disease caused by the coronavirus variant discovered there. The UK’s vaccines minister insists that the British public can have confidence in Covid vaccines. Nadhim Zahawi said an annual booster jab is likely to be required, with the first to come in the autumn.2. Queen ‘lobbied to hide wealth’The Queen’s personal lawyers successfully lobbied ministers to change a draft law in order to conceal her “embarrassing” private wealth from the public, according to The Guardian. Government memos from the National Archives show the monarch used a private solicitor to secure exemption from a transparency law. However, Buckingham Palace says the claims are “simply incorrect”.3. More heavy snow forecastFurther heavy snowfall is on the way to parts of England as Storm Darcy brings in winter weather. There could be as much as 15cm in parts of the East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, particularly over the Lincolnshire Wolds. The Met Office says it has been “bitterly cold” because of strong easterly winds from Ukraine and the Black Sea.4. Probe into extremist groupsMinisters have ordered an investigation into the extreme fringes on both ends of the political spectrum, The Daily Telegraph reports. The review will be led by Lord Walney - a former Labour MP who was appointed as the government’s independent adviser on political violence and disruption. He said that there was “not an equivalence of threat between the far-left and the far-right” in the UK, with the latter a graver threat.5. Flood kills 14 in IndiaAt least 14 people have died and 170 more are missing after part of a Himalayan glacier broke off, triggering a huge flood in northern India. The floodwaters burst open a dam and a deluge of water poured through a valley in the state of Uttarakhand. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said: “India stands with Uttarakhand and the nation prays for everyone’s safety there.”6. ‘Credible case’ of Uighur genocideA formal legal opinion has stated that there is a “very credible case” that the Chinese government is carrying out genocide against the Uighur people. It concludes that there has been deliberate infliction of harm on Uighurs in detention, measures to prevent women giving birth and the forcible transfer of Uighur children out of their community. A legal opinion “does not have a legal standing, like a court judgement, but can be used as a basis for legal action”, the BBC reports.7. Chains call for level playing fieldBritain’s biggest retail chains, including Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and Waterstones, have teamed up to call for an overhaul of business rates to help them to compete with online giants such as Amazon. The retailers, who pay £8bn a year in business rates, are calling on ministers to “rebalance the tax base to ensure online and bricks-and-mortar retailers pay a similar proportion of tax”.8. Elderly rebel on TV licencesUp to 750,000 older people are refusing to pay for a TV licence. The Times says this has created a £117m deficit for the BBC, which abolished free licences for over-75s last summer after the government said the corporation would have to pay for them. Refusing to pay for a licence can lead to a £1,000 fine and a prison sentence, but the director of the campaign group Silver Voices, said: “There are a hard core who are resisting.”9. Meghan ‘eyes up politics’The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have held a private meeting with one of America’s most powerful state governors, prompting renewed speculation that Meghan is considering launching her own political career. Officials for Gavin Newsom, the Democratic governor of California, confirmed that he had a virtual meeting with Harry and Meghan in October, weeks before Joe Biden was elected president.10. Brady stars in Super BowlTom Brady guided the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a convincing 31-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs to extend his record for Super Bowl wins to seven. The BBC says the “evergreen” 43-year-old quarterback helped Tampa Bay become the first team to play a Super Bowl in their own stadium. CNN described Brady’s story as like a “movie script”.the Welsh Conservatives at it again this Time making out the UK Troops Sent to Wales by Westminster is a extra for us When there our own Troops to. So I said this you do under stand that Wales is in the United Kingdom and Is British. so Welsh/British Armed Forces assisting Welsh Government and UK Government what is there Role and Job. its Funny what you See the Welsh Conservatives Talk about the Armed Forces in Wales Considering Since 2010 they have Cut the number of Military Personnel, Military Bases in Wales. and that is before taken in to account that The British Armed Forces, also known as Her Majesty's Armed Forces, are the military services responsible for the defence of the United Kingdom, its overseas territories and the Crown dependencies. They also promote the UK's wider interests, support international peacekeeping efforts and provide humanitarian aid. so not Really Doubling the Number or sending to help wales as a Major good will thing its Her Majesty's Armed Forces acting in one of Her Majesty's Member states of Her Majesty's United Kingdom. and this is before taken in to account that the Candidate works for a MP who in January 2020 found that Wallis had been a co-owner of a 'sugar daddy' dating website, "which offered students financial relationships with wealthy 'sponsors'". Although Wallis initially denied links to the company, Buzzfeed found that he had been a director and shareholder of the site's parent company. FACT It doesn't matter who was in Power in Westminster or Cardiff Bay the H.M Forces would of Been used to assistant the Civil Power for Law and Order and Humanitarian what they have been doing. so Election Time the Welsh Conservatives think they doing us a Favour by Sending our own Armed Forces to help our Civil Power in a Pandemic it there anything these People will not try? after all We in Wales Do also Pay and a proud of our Armed Forces or is it for the Tories any welsh Men or Women who Serve or have served in the UK Forces should be Lucky to do so as they do not see wales as equal to other parts of the UK .#Aroundtheworldtoday #Podcast #Christmas #RealTerryoSUBSCRIBE to our YouTube channel for more videos: https://zurl.co/rHuu Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/RealTerryo Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/RealTerryo Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/RealTerryo For more content go to http://realterryo.com

So if you did have a chance to review the podcast I would be most grateful Weekly Gin Recommendationhttps://www.instagram.com/massingberd_mundy/ (Massingberd Mundy) - Marie Jeanne Their second gin is named after Marie-Jeanne Rapigeon of Versailles. She was bold, beautiful and brought Parisian elegence to the Lincolnshire Wolds. So I was slightly concerned that I had been gifted a gin which had to live up to the reputation of 400 years of the Massingberd-Mundy estate, be as good as Burrell's gin and resonate a bit of Parisien glamour. Nose - the nose has a freshness to it and an undertone of berries and an earthy aroma, which I have to admit I asked Tristan to help me with, it was the Cassia Bark and the Orris Root. The flavour profile is stunning. It starts with a juniper dryness then builds to a fruity sweetness before the heat of the alcohol takes over then a burst of the berries and then fades to a similar juniper dryness again. The after taste is dry but still with the berry undertones. Add tonic to it and it becomes even more alive. The tonic seems to accentuate the berry taste. Like the Burrell's there is definitely a dry finish but the berry element is where it really stands out for me. I used a Mediterranean tonic but this would work with any light tonic standard or Elderflower. This is great as dry martini especially with a bit of Starlino Rosso Vermouth I think this would be great in cocktails especially those that are berry based or Prosecco based !!! I would steer clear of other bold flavours though unless they support the existing botanicals. If I had to choose between Marie-Jeanne and Burrells this would be my choice. Helen Mark explores the Lincolnshire Wolds through the poetry of Victorian Laureate, Alfred, Lord Tennyson. The Lincolnshire Wolds are a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, remote and in some ways little-changed since Tennyson was born here, in the village of Somersby, in 1809. Helen meets dialect speakers, like Tennyson, whose 'first language was Lincolnshire'. She'll find out how he might have described the landscape and how it appears in some of his dialect poems. She meets some rare farm animals that would have been familiar to him and visits a rookery he describes in his famous poem 'Maud'. We'll hear direct descendants of those very rooks! They are joined by Pete Skipworth, who has traced his ancestry in the Lincolnshire Wolds back to the fourteenth century and who has also been walking the area for 30 years, and Louise Niekirk from the Lincolnshire Countryside Service which organises the annual Lincolnshire Walking Festival. In a walk which begins in the village of Tealby and passes through Walesby and the centuries-old Ramblers Church before arriving at Normanby-le-Wold, Clare discovers that Lincolnshire is not as flat as most people think as the path reaches the dizzy heights of around 500 feet with stunning views across the landscape.
