Jack Osbourne grew up with cameras in the house. The Osbourne's made his family the biggest thing on television, and he was earning seven figures by 15. He got sober at 17 and has held that line for over two decades. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at 26. Since then he's built his own lane — adventure television, paranormal investigation, two podcasts, and a purple belt in jiu-jitsu. Last July, his father played the biggest farewell show in rock history. Seventeen days later, Ozzy was gone. This conversation carries weight and goes sideways in equal measure. Making serious money as a kid and learning the hard way that the people hired to protect it don't always deserve the trust. Grieving a parent while untangling the business that comes with a famous last name. The final concert — a living wake where his dad got to say goodbye on his own terms — and the week at home together afterward. Then the throttle opens: the UFC card on the White House South Lawn, a month in the Australian jungle on 500 calories a day, ghost stories he can't explain, the Nazca mummies, a plan to buy a decommissioned aircraft carrier, and bringing OzFest back. This episode I am reading from Steve Aspin and Andreas Lueck's book 'Investigating the Impossible: Biology Offers New Answers and Insights' Investigating the Impossible: biology offers new answers and Insights, co-written by author/investigator Steve Aspin and professional cellular biologist and geneticist Andreas Lück, PhD. The authors deploy the disciplines of cellular biology and genetics for a deep-dive investigation into mysterious cases where scientific data and recovered forensic artifacts exist for laboratory examination and analysis. Four separate, but related, subject areas are examined: 1 - The authenticity and provenance of the tridactyl Nazca mummies recovered in Peru in 2015, and the extensive testing carried out by C14 dating, CT and MRI scans, DNA & PCR sequencing and tissue sampling, detailing these scientific processes for the reader; 2 - The 'alien' hairs recovered from the Peter Khoury encounter in Sydney, Australia in July 1992, subsequently analyzed forensically by APEG and published by Bill Chalker in his 2005 book 'Hair of the Alien'; 3 - The possibility of whether hybridization between species originating from different biospheres as reported in thousands of alien abduction reports over 70 years might even be biologically possible; and - 4 - How to recognize and identify disinformation and misinformation about these subject areas in the unregulated morass of the online world. The book runs to 75,000 words in length and includes 80x images: photographs, diagrams, charts and illustrations of biological and genetic processes to assist the reader in better understanding the scientific content. Three Appendices, a brief Bibliography and detailed reference section of explanatory notes supplement the text. The authors have succeeded in making these often difficult scientific concepts, biological processes and descriptions of testing protocols into an engaging story. Furthermore, in attempting to explain these 'impossible' but provably real phenomena, some of their conclusions lead the reader beyond mainstream scientific consensus to explore realms entertained only by contemporary physics, mathematics and cosmology. Bio Steve Aspin worked for 35 years in management, marketing and sales. In 1999, he founded a surgical innovations company near London. He subsequently designed, patented, manufactured and exported thousands of innovative medical and surgical products to the global marketplace. Now retired with his wife in a quiet corner of eastern England, he may be found most early mornings walking his dog over the Lincolnshire Wolds. Dr. Andreas Lueck is a cellular biologist, geneticist, and co-author of Investigating the Impossible: Biology offers New Answers and Insights. In this episode Dr. Robert Farrell is talking about his book 'The Science Behind Alien Encounters'. The reader will have a brief history of UFO sightings and encounters. How is the religious community dealing with the prospect of extraterrestrial life more advanced technologically and perhaps, spiritually? Why are the governments of the world so desperately trying to hide the existence of ETs? Despite governments' downplaying the ET question, there is continuing research to find evidence of ETs beyond Earth and even on Earth in the form of designs in crops. What is the ET connection to the world's oldest civilization in Sumer as well as that in Egypt? Many researchers over the decades have concluded that UFOs propel themselves by using gravitational fields. How is it theoretically possible to create a gravitational field? How has it been done in laboratories and even through serendipity? With such advanced technology, why do UFOs crash? What are these extraterrestrial visitors up to? In 2016, two species of bodies dated to have died over one thousand years ago, were found near Nazca, Peru. Both species are bipedal and tridactyl. One has only a 25% match to human DNA! The other appears to be reptilian and has DNA that does not match any known living organism! Are these two species extraterrestrials? Bio Dr. Robert E. Farrell received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University, his MBA from Western New England College and his Doctor of Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He is now retired from Penn State University as Associate Professor Emeritus. For most of his life, Dr. Farrell has been interested in ufology. Twenty years ago, he began doing serious research for his science fiction series of novels, Alien Log, Alien Log II: The New World Order, and Alien Log III: The Dulce Affair (Spring 2013). He believes good science fiction is based on good science. To that extent, Dr. Farrell is following the style of Michael Crichton (Andromeda Strain, Jurassic Park, and many others) and Arthur C. Clarke in his Odyssey series. Recently, he has completed a nonfiction book The Science Behind Alien Encounters. It is available as both an E-book print version. This book is based on his lecture series of the same name. Another nonfiction book in the works is a co-authored work explaining how the universe began WITHOUT a Big Bang. Dr. Farrell has lectured many times at universities, science centers, MUFON meetings, book stores, clubs, and senior centers around the country, and has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows including Coast-To-Coast AM with George Noory. https://www.amazon.com/Science-Behind-Alien-Encounters/dp/0996358714 http://www.alienlog.com/ https://www.pastliveshypnosis.co.uk/https://www.patreon.com/alienufopodcasthttps://simonbown.com/My new book, Aspects of Alien Abduction https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GRRPCT9YZen AI bit.ly/zenAI_bpp_ufo Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Danielle continues through her own Hyperion with the 2013 Korean drama I Hear Your Voice Soo Ha, still all-in on his amnesia trope, is trying to live his best adult life, despite being up on murder charges, so he can win the affections of his long-time stalkee, and lawyer, Hye Seong. This is mostly working, for reasons beyond anyone's comprehension, and Hye Seong begins to question her feelings for him. Meanwhile, to the surprise of no one, Joon Gook is a million percent alive and instead of having run off to the Caribbean where he should be, he's out there picking up old ladies and murdering them again. Sam is so deep in his Kdrama Stockholm Syndrome that he's convinced Joon Gook's plans are starting to make sense. You know, if you get a bird's eye view of them, like The Nazca lines or pointillism. Meanwhile meanwhile, Jail Guy turns out to be more important than Danielle anticipated or she would have figured out his name several episodes ago, and Do Yeon somehow gets a whole side plot as we ignore the actual plot of the serial murderer out for revenge. Meanwhile meanwhile meanwhile, Hye Seong's feelings come to a peak, torn between her love for the guy who told her to suck it up and deal with her mother's murder and her de facto little brother, as Joon Gook begins stalking her once again. Who will she choose? Do we care? And will she ever leave her apartment or will she die a preventable death in there because she doesn't understand how doors or stalkers work? Who knows!

In this episode, host Jack Eidt delves into the groundbreaking archaeological discoveries at the Huaca Montegrande site in the Peruvian Amazon with guest Karen Gordon, an associate at ASICAMPE, the nonprofit Association for Scientific Research of the Peruvian Amazon [https://abundantearthfoundation.org/ancientcacao/]. They explore the ancient Marañon culture, their sophisticated agroforestry practices, and the origins of cacao, the plant responsible for the world's chocolate. Traces of cacao have been found in 6,000-year-old ceremonial pottery vessels from what is now recognized as the oldest monumental temple site in Peru, predating the pyramids of Egypt or Mesopotamia. Tune in to learn how these findings are rewriting the history of organized human settlement and spirituality in the ancient Amazon. Nominated as one of the Top 10 Archaeological Discoveries in the World, Montegrande is currently unearthing the story of the ancient Amazonian Marañon Culture and their sophisticated agroforestry practices, social structure, and cosmovision – 3,000 years before the more well-studied Inca and Nazca cultures. These findings completely rewrite the history of organized human settlement and spirituality in the ancient Amazon. Groundbreaking evidence from Montegrande points to the Marañon Culture as being the earliest human stewards of cacao in the world, tending its domestication, cultivation, veneration and trade. In 1996, Nazca Corporation released Metal Slug on the Neo Geo MVS arcade system, a run and gun game so dense with hand drawn animation that it required extra hardware just to be ported to home consoles. In this episode, we trace the full story behind it: the collapse of Irem that brought the team together, the founding of Nazca, and the two failed location tests that forced a complete rebuild of the game in six months. Our conversation explores the craft philosophy that made Metal Slug legendary, from lead artist Akio's pixel art technique to the enemy animations that served no gameplay function but made the world feel alive. We follow the game from its troubled development to its arcade success, the sequels that built on its foundation, and the eventual dissolution of the original team. Join us as we load up and find out how a small team with no budget and no real names on the credits made one of the most beloved arcade games ever made, on today's trip down Memory Card Lane.Read transcript

This week on Hysteria 51, we're diving into the ocean's two favorite hobbies: inventing bizarre new nightmares and hiding gigantic things in plain sight.First up: researchers are tracking a marine virus that appears to have jumped from aquatic animals to humans in China, with cases linked to things like handling seafood and potentially eating it raw. The weirdest part? The reported symptoms hit the eyes, causing a condition tied to high eye pressure and, in some cases, serious vision damage. It's the kind of headline that makes you look at a shrimp cocktail and whisper, “We cool… or are we enemies?”Then we go full “planet is still mysterious” with an oceanography flex: a massive seamount along the Nazca Ridge has been mapped that rises 3,109 meters from the seafloor, taller than Greece's Mount Olympus. And because the deep sea can't just be normal, explorers also documented wild-looking lifeforms, including the so-called “flying spaghetti monsters” that sound like a joke until you remember the ocean has zero chill. So buckle in for a weird-news joyride through ocean discoveries, deep-sea monsters, emerging virus headlines, and the unsettling realization that Earth is basically a cosmic aquarium with secrets and jump scares.Links & Resources

Ashley explains how they have been able to use LIGO, the gravitational wave detector, as a sort of early warning detector that twice gave them enough time to set up their instruments to observe the explosion over the next few hours and days as it unfolds. Professor Villar talks about how neutron star mergers and magnetars may be the source of heavy elements like gold and uranium. Or, as Chuck says, “A gold-filled smoke ring puffing off of a highly spinning, highly magnetic neutron star - what a great picture that would be.” Ashley is looking forward to how the Vera Rubin Observatory is going to change the observation of these events. In the process of explaining, Professor Villar answers an audience question from Jamison, who asks how often stars explode in space. It turns out, in our observable universe, there's a supernova every 2 seconds! We currently detect about 10,000 of these explosions every year - Vera Rubin will be able to detect 10,000 of these explosions in just two weeks. In order to get a handle on this flood of data, Dr. Villar and her team will be looking for these exotic physics needles in a haystack using machine learning models to look for patterns and abnormalities and “go fishing.” Charles asks Ashley for her take on AI and whether we should be afraid of it or not.(And yes, take the opportunity to plug co-host Allen Liu's forthcoming book, “The Handy Artificial Intelligence Answer Book.”) Allen and Ashley discuss the difference between how a chatbot like ChatGPT operates and how she trains her models. There was a second part to Jamison's question about exploding stars: Are we in any danger. Dr. Villar explains that when we just look at our Milky Way, supernovas occur only once a century, so we're not in any danger. Next, Jessie asks, “How do we know the universe is infinite?” Our answer is, we don't. That doesn't stop us from discussing it, though, and the conversation takes us to, among other places, the Nazca lines in Peru and the quantum effect that creates iridescent blue butterfly wings. (You can read the scientific research mentioned in the episode here: https://www.nature.com/articles/ncomms8959) We end with a discussion about supernovas, neutrinos, space dust, gamma ray bursts, and what kind of event it would take to interrupt the normal activities of space telescopes like the James Webb Space Telescope or the Vera Rubin and hijack them for a disruptive observation. And we get a book recommendation from Ashley, “Katabasis” by R. F. Kuang, about a grad student who journeys to hell to get a letter of reference from her deceased advisor.

In this end of month news update, I break down some of the most important and under discussed developments in the UFO and UAP space as we head towards February 2026.Topics include new claims around detection and sensor limitations, recent FOIA refusals and media access restrictions revealed by The Black Vault, and renewed debate around the Nazca mummies.I also cover a notable article published in The Sunday Times suggesting central banks should consider the financial stability risks of a future UAP disclosure, followed by a clearly separated statement provided to me by former Bank of England analyst Helen McCaw. Her argument focuses on institutional culture, risk assessment, and why low probability, high impact scenarios can no longer be dismissed. The episode closes with listener questions, discussion around how the UAP conversation is spreading across society, and a look ahead at major space developments from China and NASA.https://uapsummit.org/event/uap-summit-2026/Discount Code - ThatUFOPodcast30

The Tridactyl Mummies: Three Fingers, Metallic Implants, and a Mystery Science Can't Solve

The Box of Oddities

What if a haunting didn't involve ghosts — but the lingering smell of carnival food? This episode of The Box of Oddities opens with an unsettling sensory mystery tied to a long-demolished amusement park, then plunges into one of the most stubborn and controversial archaeological puzzles of modern times: the tridactyl mummies of Peru. Discovered near the Nazca region, these small humanoid mummies feature three fingers, three toes, elongated skulls, and internal anatomy that does not appear to be the result of a simple hoax. CT scans and MRIs show articulated skeletons with no apparent signs of assembly. Carbon dating places them roughly 1,700–1,800 years old. DNA testing reveals material consistent with known Earth life — alongside a troubling percentage classified as unknown. Some specimens even appear to contain metallic implants made from rare alloys, positioned as if intentionally placed during life. One reportedly shows signs of a fetus, suggesting reproduction rather than fabrication. Scientists remain cautious. Skeptics remain vocal. And yet, after years of imaging and analysis, these bodies stubbornly resist tidy explanations. They may not be aliens — but they also may not be anything science has fully named yet. Then, in classic Box fashion, the episode pivots from the inexplicable to the unexpectedly hopeful. Meet the real-world heroes you probably didn't expect: trained landmine-detecting rats. These remarkable animals are saving lives across former war zones by sniffing out explosives buried decades ago. One rat in particular, Ronan, has broken world records and helped return deadly land to safe use — proving that sometimes the strangest solutions are also the most effective. From phantom fairground smells to unresolved biological mysteries to rats quietly changing the world, this episode is a reminder that the universe is weird, complicated, and occasionally wonderful — whether we understand it or not. 3-Fingered Alien Mummies Uncovered in Peru

Mummies of 3-fingered alien beings were uncovered in Peru.   The mummified remains of a dozen bizarre, extraterrestrial beings were discovered in Peru—the corpses of creatures with three fingers and thin limbs, frozen in time.   They were dubbed the “Nazca Tridactyls” because they are believed to have been uncovered in the same region of Peru as the Nazca lines, the ancient site where people built enormous works of art in the landscape that could only be viewed from above.   The problem is, there supposedly weren't any airplanes or spaceships thousands of years ago when these Nazca lines were made. So who was the artwork signaling?   The theory goes that alien visitors were coming to Peru in the ancient past, and now there may be proof with these dug up mummies. In fact, a metal implant was removed from one specimen, and nobody knows what this ancient but futuristic chip could've been used for, or which mummies are real or fake.   Let's dive into the facts, theories, remote viewing data, and mysteries of the Nazca Tridactyls right here on Metaphysical. Join investigative researcher Rob Counts and remote viewer John Vivanco for another show that's out of this world.
