Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE:COIN, OTCQB:CINGF) CEO Eddy Travia and executive chairman Malcolm Palle talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company's recent progress and growth catalysts following the release of the Web3 investor's interim results. Travia highlighted its investment in Coindash, which focuses on Ethereum staking. This move has led to a significant 346% increase in the fair value of Coinsilium's stake, driven by Coindash's SSV token. Travia also discussed the Yellow, an exciting decentralised clearing network poised for a December token launch. Palle outlined key catalysts for the company, including an investment in a $10 million funding round led by Ripple's chairman, enhancing its stake in Yellow Network. Both executives emphasised the company's ongoing partnerships and strategic plans, such as the collaboration with Liteflow and a Web3 automation protocol, Otomato, which could soon yield commercial success. Coinsilium's advisory services have also strengthened through strategic partnerships, ensuring readiness for upcoming market cycles. Palle predicts that the crypto sector will surge, with Bitcoin possibly reaching six figures by the end of the year. Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE:COIN, OTCQB:CINGF) executive chairman Malcolm Palle speaks to Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the current state of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market. Palle delved into the aftermath of Bitcoin's halving event, explaining its impact on Bitcoin miners and market sentiment. He discussed the concept of 'miner capitulation' and how the reduction in mining rewards affects market dynamics. Palle highlighted that despite the reduced supply of Bitcoin, the price has not increased as expected. He attributed this to miners selling off their reserves to stay operational during low-profit periods. "We're kind of living in the aftermath of the halving," Palle said, emphasizing the cyclical nature of the market. Looking beyond the halving event, Palle examined the influence of US monetary policy and the growing demand for Bitcoin ETFs. He noted that institutional interest in cryptocurrencies is increasing, with Bitcoin being the primary focus due to its established reputation. As the market navigates these fluctuations, Palle expressed optimism for the future, stating, "Medium-term we're optimistic, long-term we're very optimistic." He predicted that the market might see significant improvements towards the end of the summer and anticipated a strong performance by 2025. For more in-depth insights, watch the full interview. Welcome to the 9th CONKERS’ CORNER. In this interview I have the pleasure of speaking with Malcolm Palle @malcolmpalle . Malcolm’s career started in the Travel and Leisure sector as a Tour Guide in Eastern Europe and he is now a serial entrepreneur and shrewd private investor. He admittedly had “no strategy” in the 1980’s and learnt a lot of expensive lessons, especially during the 1987 crash. One of Malcolm’s favourite maxims is “Markets are only really there for two things, to make you money or to teach you a lesson”. His entrepreneurial streak started when he was a Managing Director of CBNP Ltd and he pioneered the company going into Value Added Services (VAS) within the mobile telecoms Service Provider (SP) niche. In 2000 the business was acquired and integrated into an insurance administration operator. He also founded Garantia Nationala SA, a Specialist Travel Insurance Service Provider based in Bucharest, Romania. After running the company successfully for two years, the business was acquired in 1998 by the domestic Romanian Insurer, Carrier Alliance Tiriac. He is currently the co-Founder and Director of Catalyst Information Services Ltd. The flagship operation is a fast growing investor hub and web publisher @theminingmaven http://www.miningmaven.com/ focusing on investment opportunities in the mining, exploration, natural resources energy and clean-tech sector. Established in 2009 MiningMaven has grown to become one of the leading investor communications and web publishing services with a primary focus on the UK and Australian small cap natural resources markets. In addition, @UKInvestorForum http://www.ukinvestorforums.com/ was formed in 2013 as an Events organiser with a focus on emerging opportunities and alternative investments. His role within both areas of the business focuses on development, strategy marketing and sales. In March 2014 with an eye on the Bitcoin revolution, Malcolm founded @CoinsiliumGroup http://coinsilium.com/ . Coinsilium was the first Bitcoin/Blockchain IPO in the world when it joined the ISDX Growth Market in December 2014. The company is now set to be a major player in this emerging area. Now a experienced and shrewd private investor with a refined investment strategy, Malcolm has numerous examples of exceptional returns including that of Red Rock Resources. He started buying RRR in 2009 at 0.25p and his timing and cyclical analysis led him to vast profits as the stock hit 16.00p and went as high as 20.00p. Listen now to gain insights into how Malcom invests and learn from the lessons in his investing journey.

Our guest on todays podcast is Patrick Birley CEO of NEX Exchange. NEX is a Recognised Investment Exchange in London under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and was formally known as ISDX which in turn emerged from 'Plus Markets'. NEX is now positioning itself to present a serious alternative to the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market - in every sense of the word. However, if it is to be seen as a credible competitive challenger, it has many perception issues to overcome. In this interview Patrick discusses what NEX is doing to rise to that challenge and win over its critics. At Barbarian Investors we love a good 'come-back' story and listening to Patrick in this podcast, it is clear that there has been much preparatory work going on behind the scenes over the last couple of years. And whilst there is still some way to go, we believe that this time round there is every chance that NEX could actually crack it! #Coinsilium #coin #NEX We hope you enjoy listening. Our guest on today's Podcast is Kumar Gaurav, Founder and CEO of Cashaa. Cashaa is a blockchain-based p2p marketplace which enables international cash transfers at zero fee and real exchange rate, by matching together cash senders and receivers with cryptocurrency traders who pick up and deliver cash locally in exchange for selling and buying cryptocurrency internationally. In this way, Cashaa is bringing together the $240bn/year cash transfer industry with the $60bn/year cryptocurrency trading industry and creating a win-win situation. Cashaa launched at the end of January 2017 after several months of successful testing and according to the Company, the results were received with great enthusiasm from the crypto currency trading community. To date, Cashaa has built up a user base of 11000+ Crypto/BTC traders and facilitated over US$2 Million in remittances. The Blockchain media also seems to like Cashaa; according to CoinTelegraph, Cashaa could even become the 'Uber' of Money Transfers! https://cointelegraph.com/news/cashaa-uber-of-money-transfers-revolutionizes-cash-remittances-to-africa https://cashaa.com/ Barbarian Investors View: Whilst Cashaa is an extremely early stage Blockchain business, it is certainly one we will be keeping an eye on. Cashaa's approach to the remittance market is highly innovative and should it hit the spot with its target market, it could provide yet another compelling real world application for Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology. That said, the global remittance market is highly competitive and the incumbents have very deep pockets. So their strategy of dissecting individual niche/affinity remittance corridors shows intelligence and is probably the most effective way for a fledgling operator like Cashaa to fly beneath the radar whilst proving its model. Oleg Fomenko is our guest on the podcast today. He is the co-founder and CEO of an ingenious new health and fitness app called Sweatcoin. Simply speaking, Sweatcoin allows you to turn movement into currency and it does so by monitoring the steps you take when you walk in order to reward you with 'coins' that you can then spend on real life goods, service and experiences, available through the Sweatcoin platform. The app has proven extremely popular with over 10,000 active users since its launch in May this year. According to Oleg, Sweatcoin's success is rooted in 'Behavioural Economics' and Sweatcoin' ability to overcome a prevalent condition known as 'Present Bias' i.e. a tendency to underestimate the future consequences of our actions and ignore things that do not have an immediate effect on us. So by rewarding exercise with 'instant' coins, Sweatcoin 'gamifies' our exercise regime, which in turn hits our 'present bias' instant gratification hot-spot with immediately quantifiable benefits.
