Jack Henris, President and COO, and Shawn Campbell, CFO of Dakota Gold (NYSE American: DC), both join us for an exploration and development update on their Richmond Hill Oxide Heap Leach Gold Project; located in the historic Homestake District of South Dakota, near existing mining infrastructure. We review all the drill results from 2025 and 2026 that will be incorporated into the upcoming resource estimate and the timeline of key development studies that will feed into updated project economics. We also highlight the upcoming drill program at their Maitland Gold Project, which will lead into an eventual resource estimate.   We start off reviewing more broad zones of gold mineralization that were announced from in recent drill results at Richmond Hill. Jack highlighted that the results being intercepted in the Northeast Project area contain much higher grades than the average overall resource grade. These results are encouraging their team to consider trade-off studies for the upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), to potentially access these higher-grade areas in the first several years of mining.   On April 21, the company announced the 2026 Drill Campaign at the Richmond Hill Oxide Heap Leach Gold Project, which consisted of 109 holes with a combination of infill, expansion and geotechnical drilling.  The campaign is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, with a steady string of assay results anticipated over the balance of the year.   Richmond Hill is one of the largest undeveloped oxide gold resources in the United States being advanced by a junior mining company, with over 6 million ounces of gold and over 60 million ounces of silver moving along the pathway of development into heap leach production as soon as 2029. Principle Projects are on Private Land which equates to a positive attribute for efficient permitting with State and County organizations.   The Company will complete a Pre-Feasibility Study for Richmond Hill in the later part of 2026.   With the resource expansion drilling in the north intersecting significantly higher grades than resource cutoff. This resource drilling will be complimented with an extensive metallurgical test program, so that the Company will undertake a PFS with a focus on the first ten years of mining. This work will allow the Company to report reserves in 2026 and will inform the Feasibility Study to be completed in the first half of 2027.   The Company will launch a 2026 Maitland drill campaign of 5,578 meters (18,300 feet) in 44 holes.   The goal of this infill drilling, when combined with historic drill results, will be to define a maiden resource for the Tertiary-aged Unionville gold Zone.     Jack and Shawn highlight how these robust gold and silver resources, advantageous site infrastructure, ease of permitting on private land, and robust project economics, point to a future low-cost, long-life mining operation that can deliver high margins and generate meaningful revenues. We also review the potential for a rerating in valuation metrics when looked at through the lens of peer gold developer comparisons.     If you have any questions for Jack or Shawn regarding Dakota Gold, then please email those to us at Fleck@kereport.com or  Shad@kereport.com.   In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Dakota Gold at the time of this recording, and may choose to buy or sell shares at any time.   Click here to follow the latest news from Dakota Gold   For more market commentary & interview summaries, subscribe to our Substacks:   The KE Report: https://kereport.substack.com/ Shad's resource market commentary: https://excelsiorprosperity.substack.com/     Investment disclaimer: This content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Rachell Dumas, MSN, RN, is a nurse informaticist, health tech founder, and health advocate whose path into nursing began with a single anatomy class and whose journey into innovation began with nearly losing her life. After a four-year struggle through nine pregnancy losses, she finally welcomed a baby boy. Six months later, she woke up unable to see. When she arrived at the emergency department with acute vision loss and stroke symptoms, she was sent home with an antacid. As a neuro ICU nurse, she knew something was catastrophically wrong. She went to a second ED, got the CT scan, and eventually received a diagnosis: idiopathic intracranial hypertension. It took two brain surgeries to treat it. And in the space between dismissal and diagnosis, HEARD was born.  HEARD is a health technology platform that gives patients the language, tools, and confidence to advocate for themselves in real time: translating medical jargon, documenting incidents, facilitating better conversations with providers, and connecting users to second opinions and legal support when needed. Rachell makes the case that nurses aren't just caregivers, they are uniquely positioned to see the gaps in healthcare and to build the solutions that close them.    For more information on the podcast bundles, visit ANA's Innovation Website at: https://www.nursingworld.org/practice-policy/innovation/education. What launched the early church into a movement that changed the world? In Week 1 of our Lift Off series, Pastor Ron Merrell teaches from Luke 24:36-53 to show how Jesus’ post-resurrection appearances and ascension sparked the lift-off of the early church and how those same catalysts still empower believers today. Jesus met His followers with peace, strengthened their faith, opened their minds to Scripture, gave them a message to share, and promised power from on high. Those catalysts were crucial to the early church, and they are still crucial for the church today. This sermon will help you understand how gathering with other believers, receiving the peace of Jesus, learning the Word of God, being opened by God to truly understand, and living as a witness all work together in the mission of the church. If you want deeper confidence in your faith, clearer understanding of Scripture, and renewed purpose in God’s mission, this message points to the same Jesus who launched the early church and still leads His people today. This is an authentic and thoughtful conversation about leveraging new tools and ancient wisdom to build resilience, emotional health, and deeper connections—whether you're a longtime believer, just curious, or somewhere in between.Welcome to Spirit of EQ! In this episode, I sit down with Preston Zeller—an inspiring technologist, artist, and committed believer—to explore the fascinating intersection of faith, technology, and emotional intelligence.Preston shares the story behind Psalm Log, an app he created to deliver personalized biblical advice, using AI technology to help people navigate both their spiritual and emotional journeys.Together, we discuss the role artificial intelligence is playing in faith practice today, discussing its ethical implications, potential pitfalls, and how it can actually support reflection and personal growth—no matter your religious background. We also talk about Preston's moving experience with grief and creativity, highlighted by his award-winning documentary, “The Art of Grieving.” Preston reveals how artistic expression can serve as a powerful outlet for healing, and why embracing creativity isn't just for artists, but for anyone seeking to work through life's toughest challenges.Moments04:09 AI-Assisted Journaling for Growth06:22 "Faithful AI Alliance Initiative"12:18 AI Adoption: Categories and Insights15:02 Navigating Uncertainty in Information17:49 "The Value of Authentic Writing"20:30 Sunday Christians and Spiritual Stagnation25:41 "Finding Hope Amid Struggles"29:02 "Psalm Log: Grief in Art"30:52 "Painting Grief into Mosaic"35:46 "Navigating Loss and Connection"36:40 "Grief, Discipline, and Healing"40:19 "Creative Expression for Healing"45:56 "Creativity Opens New Possibilities"47:02 "Grief, Emotions, and Healing"50:37 Approaching Gospel with Nonbelievers55:38 "Less Can Be More"57:07 Faithful AI and Biblical GuidanceHere are 3 key takeaways:AI as a Tool for Reflection & Growth: Preston emphasized that Psalm Log uses AI responsibly to supplement personal and spiritual reflection, not replace it. Technology can facilitate deeper self-awareness and biblical guidance, but it shouldn't override the human side of processing and agency.Creativity & Grief as Catalysts for Healing: Preston's documentary, The Art of Grieving, explores how creativity can be a powerful outlet in navigating loss. Whether through art, music, or journaling, giving emotions their “mic” leads to genuine healing and growth.Inclusivity & Impact Beyond Belief: While Psalm Log is inspired by biblical wisdom, its benefits aren't limited to Christians. Preston noted the app is designed to help anyone—regardless of faith background—find encouragement and tools for emotional wellness.Preston Zeller sits at an unusual intersection: faith-tech founder, growth executive, documentary filmmaker, and abstract artist. As founder of Psalmlog, he's building an AI-powered biblical guidance app that helps believers access relevant Scripture for any life situation—addressing the universal Christian challenge of knowing God's Word has answers but not knowing where to look. His approach is informed by proprietary research with 200+ Christians and 15 years scaling companies from $25M to $300M ARR. As Chief Growth Officer at BatchService, he oversaw the GTM teams, leading to two successful exits. He previously led digital marketing and growth at A Cloud Guru (acquired by Pluralsight for $2B) and ZoomInfo (IPO'd).Preston brings equal depth to creative work. His documentary The Art of Grieving (2022) follows his year-long project of painting daily after his 35-year-old brother Colin died suddenly from a fentanyl overdose. The film explores grief through personal narrative, art therapy, and cultural history. It's available on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and Tubi, and has won Best Documentary at the LA Film Awards, Bridge Film Fest, and Love Wins International Film Festival. In each episode, Jeff and Eric will talk about what emotional intelligence, or understanding your emotions, can do for you in your daily and work life. Unlocking Cleaner Diesel: How Zelkam's Catalyst Technology is Transforming Fuel Efficiency and EmissionsIn a recent episode of The Thoughtful Entrepreneur Podcast, host Josh Elledge sat down with Brian Livingston, President of Zelkam Solutions, to discuss a breakthrough technology that is quietly revolutionizing diesel fuel efficiency and emissions reduction. Drawing on Brian's deep expertise as a former Caterpillar engineer and his own entrepreneurial journey, the conversation offers a rare, in-depth look at how chemistry, innovation, and practical business sense can converge to create real-world impact for industries reliant on diesel engines. This episode serves as a vital resource for fleet operators and sustainability champions looking for immediate, science-backed ways to reduce overhead while advancing corporate decarbonization goals. The Science of Efficiency: Catalytic Cracking for Cleaner CombustionThe primary barrier to diesel efficiency often lies in the molecular structure of the fuel itself, which consists of long hydrocarbon chains that can be difficult to burn completely. Brian Livingston explains that Zelkam's technology addresses this through a non-invasive device—a copper tube filled with rare earth catalysts like iron, rubidium, and strontium—that threads directly into a diesel fuel line. As fuel passes through, it undergoes "catalytic cracking," a process that breaks these long chains into shorter ones that require less energy to ignite and burn more thoroughly. This isn't "snake oil" or magic; it is a well-understood chemical principle applied to the fuel-delivery stage to ensure that more of every gallon is converted into motion rather than waste, soot, and particulate matter. For heavy-use industries like trucking and mining, the financial implications of this 5–7% improvement in fuel economy are massive. In the United States alone, the trucking industry consumes approximately 42 billion gallons of diesel annually; even a modest 4% savings across the board would eliminate nearly 17 million tons of CO₂ emissions each year. In the mining sector, where a single site might consume millions of gallons, implementing this catalyst can result in savings of up to $2 million annually. Because the ROI is typically realized within a year, the technology offers a rare "win-win" for operations managers who need to justify sustainability initiatives through clear, bottom-line financial results.Despite the compelling data, the largest hurdle remains a lack of industry awareness, as many fleet owners are traditionally conditioned to look for aerodynamic fixes or engine overhauls rather than chemical optimizations. Brian emphasizes that education and direct pilot testing are the best ways to overcome this skepticism. By utilizing online calculators to estimate potential savings and emissions avoided, organizations can build a data-driven business case for internal stakeholders. Moving forward, the broad applicability of this technology across maritime, rail, and stationary power generation suggests that cleaner diesel is not just a transitionary goal, but an immediate reality for those willing to look beyond mainstream engine modifications.About Brian LivingstonBrian Livingston is the President of Zelkam Solutions and a veteran chemical engineer with nearly two decades of experience at Caterpillar. Specializing in diesel engine chemistry and emissions, Brian transitioned into entrepreneurship to bring sustainable, high-impact fuel solutions to the global market. He is a proponent of "learning by doing" and is dedicated to demystifying clean-tech through transparent science and measurable results.About Zelkam SolutionsZelkam Solutions is a clean-tech company focused on improving diesel engine efficiency and reducing harmful emissions through advanced catalytic technology. Their flagship solution offers a plug-and-play catalyst device that requires no major engine modifications, providing a cost-effective path for industries like mining, trucking, and maritime to achieve significant fuel savings and meet increasingly stringent environmental regulations.Links Mentioned in This EpisodeZelkam Solutions Official Website: www.Zelkam.comBrian Livingston on LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/brian-p-livingston/Key Episode HighlightsThe Engineering Pivot: How Brian's background at Caterpillar provided the scientific foundation for Zelkam's catalyst.Hydrocarbon Breakdown: The specific chemistry behind how iron, rubidium, and strontium catalysts improve fuel combustion. The Mining ROI: Why heavy-duty equipment can see a return on investment in under a year, saving millions in fuel costs.Quantifying Sustainability: Using data-driven calculators to move emissions reduction from a "nice-to-have" to a financial imperative.Scalable Decarbonization: The broad potential for this technology to impact maritime, rail, and stationary power generation.ConclusionThe conversation with Brian Livingston highlights that the future of cleaner diesel depends as much on the chemistry of the fuel as the mechanics of the engine. By adopting non-invasive catalytic technology, diesel-reliant industries can secure significant cost savings while making a measurable dent in global carbon emissions.More from The Thoughtful Entrepreneur

Linda Hill: Genius at Scale Linda Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration and Faculty Chair of the Leadership Initiative at Harvard Business School. Globally recognized as a top leadership and innovation expert, Linda has been named by Thinkers50 as one of the world's top five management thinkers. She is the co-author, along with Emily Tedards and Jason Wild, of Genius at Scale: How Great Leaders Drive Innovation (Amazon, Bookshop)* We all want to think of ourselves as innovative, but it's often not easy to know exactly what that means in practice. In this conversation, Linda and I explore what her research shows that leaders do to drive innovation successfully – and how each of us can get just a bit better. Key Points Rather than coming up with a vision and asking people to follow it, innovation is about creating the culture and capabilities to create the future together. Innovation leadership shows up in three ways within organizations: the Architects, the Bridge Builders, and the Catalysts. Instead of setting the stage for themselves, innovative leaders set the stage for others. Often, we view horizontal relationships through the lens of organizational politics. The most effective innovation leaders view these relationships as leadership opportunities. Traditional team structures are a starting point, but not an ending point. Leaders at Mastercard, Pfizer, and Cleveland Clinic all brought in team members from both inside and outside the organization. Rather than thinking about a decision as final, it's helpful for innovation leaders to frame it as a “working hypothesis.” Resources Mentioned Genius at Scale: How Great Leaders Drive Innovation by Linda Hill, Emily Tedards, and Jason Wild (Amazon, Bookshop)* Interview Notes Download my interview notes in PDF format (free membership required). Interview with Brendan Yurik, CEO of Electric Royalties Ltd.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/mining-royalty-sector-explodes-with-massive-consolidation-fresh-capital-7469Recording date: 3rd March 2026Electric Royalties Ltd. is a clean energy metals royalty company with a portfolio of 43 royalties across copper, graphite, lithium, tin, manganese, zinc, and nickel. At a current market capitalisation of under C$20 million, the company is valued at a significant discount to the royalty sector — both relative to early-stage peers with one or two royalties trading above $200 million, and to mid-tier royalty platforms trading well above $1 billion. For investors with a multi-year time horizon, this disconnect between current pricing and the underlying portfolio's development trajectory is the central element of the investment case. The company operates with a deliberately lean cost structure with annual G&A is approximately $1 million. One producing royalty at the Punitaqui copper-gold mine in Chile, backed by the Yorktown Group's $3.2 billion private equity platform, is expected to generate over $500,000 in revenue this year, with a near-term target of $1 million. This means the company is approaching cash flow self-sufficiency from a single asset, leaving the remaining 42 royalties to contribute upside without the overhead burden that would typically accompany a portfolio of this scale. The next two to five years represent the key inflection window. Four royalties in particular stand out as near-term production candidates. Mont Sorcier, an iron-vanadium project in Quebec partnered with Glencore and backed by $500 million in UK Export and Import Bank financing, has a feasibility study due in Q2 2026 and a projected 40-plus-year mine life. Management estimates it could add US $1 million to $1.5 million annually in royalties alone. Bissett Creek, a graphite project operated by Northern Graphite with Canadian government funding, is targeting production at four times its original scale, with 70 years of resources at the prior production rate. The Zonia copper project in Arizona, now the sole focus of Edge Copper, has doubled its resource to one billion pounds of copper and is moving toward a feasibility study. Seymour Lake, a lithium project, has secured a $100 million Canadian government letter of intent and is targeting production within two to three years. Each of these royalties entering production would individually add eight times or more of current annual revenue.A structural advantage underpins the company's acquisition strategy. Private equity funds dedicated to clean energy metals typically require deal sizes above $15 million, leaving the majority of royalty opportunities accessible only to smaller, more flexible platforms like Electric Royalties. This has allowed the company to build its portfolio at entry costs that are now difficult to replicate, with some royalties acquired for $150,000 to $200,000 on projects that have since had $50 million to $100 million invested by operators.Strategic M&A is under active consideration as a complementary growth path. Combining portfolios with another royalty company would diversify revenues and spread fixed costs across a broader asset base. With over 50% of shares held by management and their families, the company is protected from hostile approaches while remaining a willing participant in value-accretive consolidation. For investors, the combination of a deeply discounted entry valuation, a near-term production catalyst funnel, government capital backing key assets, and M&A optionality represents an unusual convergence of risk-adjusted return potential in the critical minerals sector.View Electric Royalties' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/electric-royaltiesSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Bitcoin hit an all-time high near $126,000 in October 2025 — then the cycle turned. The ability of an organization to innovate over and over again, for the long term, depends on leadership structure, culture, and systems. That's according to Harvard Business School professor Linda Hill, who has spent years researching the true drivers of innovation, taking lessons from the world's most successful companies. She explains why today's leaders need to shift from the focus on decision-making and producing to creating the conditions for collaboration, experimentation, and smart decision-making across teams, silos, and wider ecosystems. She shares examples from Mastercard, Pixar, and more and outlines some newly defined ways of looking at leadership roles: as Architects, Bridgers, and Catalysts. Interview with Colin Healey, CEO of Premier American Uranium Inc.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/premier-american-uranium-tsxvpur-advances-towards-pea-studies-for-235-mlbs-uranium-resource-7900Recording date: 1st March 2026Premier American Uranium enters 2026 in a structurally improved position relative to the prior year, with financing secured, ETF-driven selling pressure resolved, and a clearly articulated operational roadmap. For investors evaluating junior uranium developers, the company now presents a more defined catalyst calendar and capital structure than it did through most of 2025.The company's flagship Cebolleta project in New Mexico anchors the investment case. A 2025 preliminary economic assessment outlined a single-source uranium operation producing approximately 1.4 million pounds per year over a 13-year mine life. The base-case after-tax net present value (NPV) was estimated at $84 million, based on an 80% uranium recovery assumption. That recovery rate now represents the central lever for potential value creation in 2026.Management has initiated a metallurgical test work program designed to determine whether recovery can be increased to 90%. The projected economic impact is significant: at 90% recovery, after-tax NPV is estimated at $159 million, implying a $75 million increase relative to the base case. The cost of this metallurgical program is approximately $1 million, including drilling and laboratory analysis. If results confirm the higher recovery rate, a revised PEA is expected in late 2026 or early 2027.From a capital markets perspective, the resolution of the URNM ETF rebalancing is equally important. In 2025, a change in minimum free float requirements triggered forced selling across several uranium equities, including Premier American Uranium. That selling was completed by December 2025. The company subsequently closed an upsized $15 million bought deal financing, providing sufficient capital to execute its planned 2026 programs without near-term dilution risk.In addition to Cebolleta, the Kaycee project in Wyoming provides an in-situ recovery (ISR) exploration pipeline. A substantial drill program was conducted in 2025, and further drilling is expected in 2026. While earlier results were not optimally disseminated due to concurrent corporate transactions, management anticipates more consistent news flow this year.Strategically, the company remains focused exclusively on U.S.-based assets. This geographic concentration aligns with broader federal efforts to reduce reliance on imported uranium, as the United States currently produces less than 5% of the uranium required for its civil nuclear fleet. While direct upstream subsidies remain limited, regulatory reforms aimed at streamlining permitting could benefit domestic developers over time.At a market capitalization of approximately C$90 million, the company trades at a level that does not fully reflect the potential NPV uplift at Cebolleta, nor does it attribute material value to the Kaycee exploration pipeline. The central investment question for 2026 is therefore execution: whether metallurgical testing confirms improved recovery and whether operational milestones are met on schedule. For investors comfortable with commodity price volatility, permitting timelines, and development-stage technical risk, Premier American Uranium offers a clearly defined catalyst framework and a capital-efficient pathway to potential valuation expansion over the next 12 to 18 months.View Premier American Uranium's company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/premier-american-uraniumSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Is 2026 about to be the biggest year for retail real estate in decades?Retail real estate doesn't move in a vacuum. It moves when consumers have a reason to act. 2026 is shaping up to be one of the strongest demand environments in decades because three massive global catalysts are converging at the same time: the World Cup, the Winter Olympics tailwind, and America's 250th anniversary.Major live events compress consumer hesitation. They create urgency. They create moments. And moments drive spending. The data already supports this. Global events generate massive marketing exposure, elevated brand awareness, and increased physical activity in retail corridors. But the real impact isn't just tourism, it's domestic behavior. People travel, gather, host, celebrate, and spend in ways they otherwise wouldn't. Retailers, restaurants, and physical destinations become the center of those moments. At the same time, the fundamentals of retail real estate remain exceptionally strong. Supply is constrained. Leasing velocity is accelerating. Tenants are competing aggressively for physical space, recognizing that stores do more than produce four-wall profit, they lower customer acquisition costs and drive digital growth. The narrative that retail is “technology resistant” completely misses the point. The physical store isn't fighting technology, it's enhancing it. Retailers are discovering that their digital performance improves when they open physical locations. Stores are no longer just revenue centers; they are strategic growth engines. This shift has fundamentally changed the leasing environment. Landlords are no longer chasing tenants to fill space. Tenants are racing to secure locations before competitors do.Retail isn't surviving. It's expanding. 2026 could be remembered as the year physical retail reasserted its full strategic value, not just as a place to transact, but as a critical platform for brand growth, customer acquisition, and long-term market share. What You'll HearWhy global events are creating a 2026 retail tailwind - How the World Cup, America 250, and stacked spending moments are driving incremental tourism, domestic travel, and real-world consumer activity. How live moments accelerate spending behavior - Why major events compress hesitation and push consumers from waiting to acting. The leasing velocity surge happening right now - What rising deal volume, stronger economics, and tenant expansion signal about retail confidence. Why retailers are in a land grab for physical space - How constrained supply has shifted the market and intensified competition for prime locations. Why physical stores power digital growth - How brick-and-mortar lowers customer acquisition costs and makes omnichannel performance more efficient. Why retail isn't tech resistant—tech needs retail - The strategic shift from clicks versus bricks to clicks because of bricks, and what that means for long-term real estate value.Chapters00:01 - Why I'm bullish on 2026The macro retail real estate fundamentals and why the outlook is stronger than the narrative suggests.02:08 - The olympics spending tailwind has already startedHow marketing exposure and brand promotion drive spending beyond the event itself.04:25 - Why the world cup will be a massive retail catalystTourism, domestic travel, and gathering behavior will drive incremental retail demand.06:36 - America 250 and the stacking of spending catalystsPatriotism, celebrations, and event sequencing create sustained spending momentum.08:51 - Leasing velocity is accelerating rapidlyReal-world leasing activity confirms strong tenant demand and economic confidence.10:41 - The myth of technology-resistant tenantsWhy framing retail as resistant to technology misses the real strategic shift.10:59 - Why stores drive digital growthPhysical locations lower customer acquisition costs and enhance overall brand performance.11:54 - The tenant land grab has begunRetailers are aggressively securing space before competitors lock in key locations.13:09 - Why physical retail is more valuable than everThe strategic role of stores is expanding beyond traditional revenue metrics.

Join us for this eye-opening discussion that challenges our certainty, invites humility, and reminds us that true transformation comes not just from having truth, but being transformed by it.
