Seseorang berkata, "Mengampuni berarti melupakan suatu pelanggaran dan memperlakukan orang yang melanggar sebagai tidak bersalah." Begitu kita mengampuni, kita akan merasa damai dan bebas. Mengampuni adalah kunci untuk memancarkan dan menciptakan sukacita di hati. Tuhan sudah mengampuni dosa kita dengan pengorbanan-Nya di kayu salib, kini tugas kita adalah melanjutkan pengampunan itu kepada orang yang pernah menyakitkan kita. Kalau Yesus yang adalah Allah mau mengampuni kita, lalu siapakah kita jika kita tetap berkeras hati untuk tetap menyimpan dendam dan tidak mau mengampuni? In this interview, Hakim discusses consciousness and how we relate to the world. This leads to other states of awareness. He talks about spiritual living and the importance of breathwork. Hakim is involved in an extensive yoga program and talks about balance and various breathing techniques. He shares about three different types of breathing, all of which affect our energy, whether it's to feel more energized, to slow down and relax, or to simply be in balance. Hakim was on the TV show "Naked and Afraid" where he was sent to the Himalayan mountains and needed to survive for 21 days with no food, no water, no shelter. He shares what he learned during that time. Hakim realized that what really matters is who you are and who you love. He tries to remind people that we are unlimited beings. We must try to hold on to what matters – and love is the most important aspect. The biggest tools we have are our breath and our love. We are all connected. Hakim further discusses the practice of remote viewing which was originally designed by the military to access information from a different place and time. Essentially the veterans in this secret program were considered "psychic spies." Hakim explains how remote viewing helps us realize we are more than our physical bodies. We are expanded beings as a collective. The true awareness of who we are is about connection as a whole. He also talks about the extensive work he is doing to teach everyone, especially children, how to access our innate psychic abilities. Hakim believes it's the next level of our evolution. Pour plusieurs jours, De Vive(s) Voix est délocalisée à Ouidah au Bénin. À l'occasion du festival Sin'ART, un échange avec Hakim Bah, auteur et metteur en scène de À bout de sueur et Bardol Migan, qui crée La Noyée de Laëtitia Ajanohun. Deux pièces qui racontent, chacune à sa façon, les allers-retours entre l'Europe et l'Afrique.  Focus sur deux pièces qui sont à l'affiche du Sin'ART, festival de théâtre béninois exclusivement consacré aux auteurs et autrices contemporaines.  À bout de sueur, un texte écrit et mis en scène par Hakim Bah, raconte l'exil. Elle est inspirée d'une tragédie, la mort de deux adolescents retrouvés morts de froid dans le train d'atterrissage d'un avion, le 2 août 1999. On suit dans la pièce le parcours de Binta, Bachir, et leurs enfants, qui tentent tour à tour le départ vers la France. L'écriture d'Hakim Bah est très rare et reconnaissable : les phrases se brisent, tâtonnent et jouent sur la répétition.  Bardol Migan a choisi quant à lui de créer, donc mettre en scène pour la première fois, La Noyée, un texte de l'autrice belge Laëtitia Ajanohun. Il raconte les accidents d'une histoire d'amour, entre le Burkina Faso et la Belgique, qui repose sur une illusion. Pour plusieurs jours, De Vive(s) Voix est délocalisée à Ouidah au Bénin. À l'occasion du festival Sin'ART, un échange avec Hakim Bah, auteur et metteur en scène de À bout de sueur et Bardol Migan, qui crée La Noyée de Laëtitia Ajanohun. Deux pièces qui racontent, chacune à sa façon, les allers-retours entre l'Europe et l'Afrique.  Focus sur deux pièces qui sont à l'affiche du Sin'ART, festival de théâtre béninois exclusivement consacré aux auteurs et autrices contemporaines.  À bout de sueur, un texte écrit et mis en scène par Hakim Bah, raconte l'exil. Elle est inspirée d'une tragédie, la mort de deux adolescents retrouvés morts de froid dans le train d'atterrissage d'un avion, le 2 août 1999. On suit dans la pièce le parcours de Binta, Bachir, et leurs enfants, qui tentent tour à tour le départ vers la France. L'écriture d'Hakim Bah est très rare et reconnaissable : les phrases se brisent, tâtonnent et jouent sur la répétition.  Bardol Migan a choisi quant à lui de créer, donc mettre en scène pour la première fois, La Noyée, un texte de l'autrice belge Laëtitia Ajanohun. Il raconte les accidents d'une histoire d'amour, entre le Burkina Faso et la Belgique, qui repose sur une illusion. Bibi is a passionate advocate for mental health and gender equality, with an impressive background in political science and public administration from the University of Ottawa, where she focused on international relations and mental health policy. She previously served as a Legislative Assistant in the Parliament of Canada, where she worked closely with Members of Parliament, analyzing bills, legislative amendments, and committee reports on international trade, science and technology, government operations, and more. Her commitment to global advocacy led her to the United Nations Population Fund's Asia-Pacific Regional Office in Thailand. There, Bibi championed initiatives to eliminate gender-based violence, promote gender equality, and strengthen international mental health advocacy. She played a key role in regional consultations for the UN Commission on the Status of Women and developed a monitoring and evaluation platform used across UNFPA regional and country offices. Bibi is also the founder of Project Breaking Barriers, a campus-based initiative that creates safe spaces for students to decompress and learn mental wellness practices. Her efforts sparked faculty-wide recognition, leading to the creation of a scholarship supporting students facing mental health and financial struggles. Her advocacy work has reached the federal level—Bibi authored a policy proposal calling for accessible, affordable, and inclusive mental health services. This proposal was adopted by three major political parties during the 2021 election and helped pave the way for the establishment of Canada's first federal Minister of Mental Health and Addictions.
