Quantum Blockchain Technologies (AIM:QBT) CEO Francesco Gardin joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion to explain BlocKeeper, a new venture offering an alternative approach to Bitcoin mining. After nearly six years in the sector, QBT identified a more capital-efficient route to Bitcoin exposure, acquiring and monetising hash power rather than investing in mining rigs and bearing heavy electricity costs. The model aims to generate Bitcoin through this mining-related strategy and hold it in treasury. Gardin highlighted an experienced management team spanning business incubation, treasury management, quantitative analysis, cybersecurity and cryptography. QBT's proprietary technologies are expected to help BlocKeeper secure more favourable terms with hash power providers, a structure Gardin described as "a win-win situation for both companies." The interview also covered BlocKeeper's competitive positioning and progress towards an Aquis admission, with presentation materials and documentation already drafted and investor meetings being arranged.
¡No! ¿Quieres ver a tu familia unida?
No debemos correr hacia “Gat”, sino correr hacia Dios.
Zak Mir talks to Andrew Stancliffe, Head of Execution Services at Winterflood Securities, after the recent Marex takeover. They discuss the success of the Winterflood Retail Access Platform, which has now raised over £600m in fundraising and, in turn, has been a significant source of liquidity to the London stock market.Winterflood is one of those names that anyone active in UK equities will recognise from Level 2 screens, placings, and day-to-day market-making. But beyond the familiar name sits a bigger story about liquidity in small caps, how retail investors are gaining better access to fundraises, and why the UK market may be in better shape than its critics like to admit.Andrew Stancliffe, Head of Execution Services at Winterflood Securities, sits right in the middle of that story. His role covers the sales trading side of the business, working with clients ranging from institutions to retail execution brokers. Following Winterflood's acquisition by Marex, there is also a clear focus on combining Winterflood's market presence with Marex Financial's broader capabilities. The result is a useful window into where UK market structure is working well, where the frustrations really lie, and why technology is changing access without removing the need for human judgement. What Winterflood actually does in the marketAt a practical level, Winterflood sits at the heart of execution and liquidity provision in UK equities. It is a major market maker, particularly visible in smaller quoted companies, and plays an important role in helping buyers and sellers meet in names that might otherwise feel difficult to trade.Stancliffe's remit is focused on execution services and sales trading, speaking to a broad spread of clients and helping ensure they get the best possible access to liquidity and trading opportunities. That matters because in the UK small cap market, liquidity is always the first complaint. If a share is not moving, or if trading looks thin, the market itself is usually blamed. Stancliffe's view is more nuanced. Is there really a liquidity problem in UK small caps?Liquidity in smaller companies is one of those subjects that never seems to go away. It is a bit like the weather: people are rarely satisfied.Stancliffe's argument is that the UK actually has one of the most vibrant and competitive small company trading environments around, especially because of the market-making infrastructure already in place. On many stocks there can be a large number of competing market makers, sometimes as many as 16, all quoting prices on screen. That creates depth which is easy to overlook.Where the challenge has become more noticeable is not necessarily in the mechanics of trading, but in the reduced participation from institutions in the smaller end of the market. Fewer institutional houses active in UK small caps naturally changes the shape of liquidity. Even so, his broader point is straightforward: if a company has a compelling story and the market cares, liquidity can appear very quickly and in significant size. That is an important distinction. Illiquidity is not always a market structure problem. Sometimes it is a company problem.Good companies tend to find liquidityOne of the more refreshing parts of the discussion was the blunt acknowledgement that some shares are inactive simply because they are not interesting enough. Markets rotate. Sectors and themes move in and out of favour. Individual names can go from dormant to heavily traded once the story improves.Stancliffe used IQE as a good example. It had traded below 10p and later moved as high as 60p to 70p, accompanied by a significant jump in volume. Before that rally, liquidity may well have looked challenged. Once the market's attention returned, so did trading activity. The lesson is simple: Liquidity can be patchy at any given moment Interesting companies tend to attract liquidity over time Strong performance often solves the liquidity complaint very quickly That is also why recent winners in the London market, including selected small caps and Aquis-listed names, have managed to generate meaningful trading interest when the underlying story has been right.Where humans still matter in an AI-driven marketElectronic trading, automation and AI are now standard talking points across every part of financial markets. Execution services are no exception.Stancliffe is clearly in the camp that sees AI as a positive tool rather than a threat. His description of it as a “modern day calculator” is a good one. It captures the practical reality that AI can improve workflows, increase efficiency and help traders focus on higher-value activity, rather than replacing the core human role altogether. In execution businesses, that means automation can be used to handle smaller trades or more routine processes, while traders spend more time on larger opportunities and more complex client needs. But the key point is that relationships still matter. Markets are built on trust, communication and judgement. Those things do not disappear because technology gets better.AI may improve efficiency and service quality, but relationship building still requires human interaction, not an AI-generated email. That is probably the right balance. Technology helps scale the service. Human input still drives the important conversations. The UK government, the City and the investment culture gap with the USThere has been a lot of discussion in recent years about whether governments of all colours truly understand the City, and whether policy is helping or hurting UK capital markets.Stancliffe's take is relatively measured. He believes the current government, like its predecessors, wants to promote growth and investment. The frustration comes when policy changes create unintended consequences that weigh on the very part of the market they are trying to support.Tax changes and the treatment of AIM companies were cited as examples of where the outcome can end up being a net negative, even if the wider objective is understandable. He also highlighted a broader cultural issue. In the US, the media and the wider market ecosystem tend to celebrate investment and champion corporate success. In the UK, there is often more focus on what is going wrong. That matters because sentiment shapes participation. If the national tone around equities is too negative, it becomes harder to attract new investors, support IPOs and build confidence around domestic capital formation.Reasons for optimism on UK equitiesDespite the noise, Stancliffe remains optimistic about the UK market. His case rests on a few clear pillars: The UK has outstanding companies already listed There are strong private businesses that may yet come to market for growth capital The UK still has world-class universities and talent The market has delivered better performance than many people give it credit for One striking example was Rolls-Royce. While much of the media attention remained glued to US technology winners, one of the best-performing major stocks last year was listed in London, not New York. That is a useful reminder that opportunities in UK-listed businesses do exist, even if they are often under-marketed compared with the US giants. The Winterflood Retail Access Platform and why it mattersIf there is one area where Winterflood has made a particularly visible contribution in recent years, it is through RAP, the Winterflood Retail Access Platform.Stancliffe is understandably proud of what has been built. In just over three years, RAP has helped raise around £600 million across roughly 130 transactions, spanning listed companies and fixed income deals. That is more than just a nice growth statistic. It represents a meaningful shift in how retail investors can participate in capital raises that were historically difficult to access. Why retail investors used to miss outPlacings in UK-listed companies are often fast, especially accelerated fundraises that can be completed within hours or over a day or two. Historically, that speed worked in favour of institutions and left retail investors excluded, even where they were already shareholders. The issue was not necessarily intent. It was logistics.Retail channels were simply too slow and too fragmented to participate efficiently in many of these situations. How RAP improves accessRAP is designed to digitise the process and help retail shareholders take part in what Stancliffe referred to as soft pre-emption. In simple terms, it gives existing retail investors a better opportunity to maintain exposure when a listed company raises money. The platform works by sending transaction information out efficiently through major retail investment platforms, including names such as: Hargreaves Lansdown AJ Bell Interactive Investor That creates a much more seamless route for eligible investors to be represented in placings that might otherwise pass them by.It is also a genuine step forward for market fairness. Existing shareholders should not be left out purely because the process moves quickly. How to register interest in RAPWinterflood now offers a notification service for new transactions. Those interested can register via winterflood.com under the Retail Access Platform section using an email address for alerts. That is a clear upgrade from the old model where access often depended on whether a broker happened to make contact in time. Are there minimum investment sizes? In some cases, yes. There can be minimum participation levels, although Stancliffe indicated these are often relatively modest, around £250. The exact minimum depends on the individual transaction rather than being fixed across the board. So while not every deal will look identical, the general principle is that access thresholds are usually small enough to be realistic for many retail participants. Why volatility can be good for trading firmsMarkets had been dealing with heightened geopolitical tension, including conflict involving Iran and wider instability in the Middle East. In that sort of environment, equity prices can swing sharply and sentiment can turn quickly. For market makers and execution businesses, volatility is not automatically a bad thing. In fact, from a trading perspective, it can be beneficial.Stancliffe explained the mechanics clearly. During periods of elevated volatility: Trading volumes often increase Bid-offer spreads tend to widen slightly That combination can improve trading economics for the business So yes, a moving market is generally more helpful than one drifting sideways with little activity. That said, he was careful not to confuse commercial benefit with enthusiasm for instability. The geopolitical backdrop itself is clearly unhealthy. The point is simply that markets are dynamic and adapt quickly.Markets are more resilient than headlines suggestOne of the more notable observations was how resilient equities have remained despite serious geopolitical concerns. US markets have continued to push towards all-time highs, the FTSE 100 has remained close to its own high levels, and smaller companies further down the market cap scale have also rallied strongly in places. That resilience reflects a long-standing truth about investing: markets often climb a wall of worry.Conflict, elections, policy shocks and macro uncertainty are all part of the landscape. The existence of risk does not stop opportunities from emerging. The practical takeaway for investorsPerhaps the most useful closing point was also the most grounded one. In uncertain conditions, the answer is not to disengage. It is to stay close to your portfolio, keep reviewing the opportunities in front of you, and reassess positions in light of the environment you are actually in.That applies whether the uncertainty comes from war, politics, taxes or market rotation. The underlying message from Winterflood's perspective is constructive: The UK market still has real liquidity, especially when the story is compelling Technology is making access better, particularly for retail investors in fundraises Human judgement still matters in execution The UK has more investable quality than the prevailing narrative often suggests Volatility creates risk, but it also creates opportunity For anyone involved in UK equities, that is probably the right lens through which to read the current market. There are frustrations, certainly. There are policy missteps, no doubt. But there is also infrastructure, innovation, and a continuing flow of opportunity for those prepared to stay engaged.
Oscillate PLC (LSE:SRVL) CEO Robin Birchall joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion to discuss the company's move to AIM and rebranding as Serval Resources - a step he said opens up international capital markets and significantly broadens investor reach. The company is building a copper exploration portfolio across Botswana, Namibia and Côte d'Ivoire — jurisdictions Birchall praised for strong infrastructure, political stability and mining-friendly frameworks. Botswana sits in the proven Kalahari Copperbelt, while Namibia offers exposure to the Central African Copperbelt, one of the world's most prolific copper regions. Near-term priorities include proving up the Namibia discovery and generating a maiden mineral resource estimate as quickly as possible. With a target market capitalisation of $1 billion, Serval is positioning itself as a future mid-cap copper producer. Serval Resources (currently trading at Oscillate Plc on Aquis) will list on Aim within the fortnight, offering investors a suite of copper assets in Botswana and Namibia. Chief executive Robin Birchall is an old hand at mining and knows his way around the capital markets. For Serval he's secured some serious cornerstone investors and has managed to raise around £3 million, notwithstanding the volatile and uncertain macroeconomic environment created by the Iran war. The plan is to get on the ground in Africa in double quick time, and work the assets up to the point where Serval merits a billion dollar valuation. Will it happen? Well, commodities prices are good, Serval has an excellent and experienced team, and a suite of assets that Birchall claims are some of the best in the region.
Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC (AIM:QBT, FRA:BYA1) CEO Francesco Gardin joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion to discuss the company's £500,000 placing and what it unlocks strategically. Gardin explained the raise was deliberately modest to limit dilution, while ensuring the company has firepower for near-term opportunities, including Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas and ongoing discussions with ASIC manufacturers under NDA. A strong cash position, he said, is essential when negotiating commercial partnerships. The other focus was BlocKeeper, a new subsidiary pursuing a capital-light "virtual mining" model - buying hashing power rather than building infrastructure. An Aquis listing for BlocKeeper is already well advanced, with a team and advisory partners in place. Gardin also confirmed strong bondholder support at a recent meeting and ruled out any plans to delist. Greengage & Co Group Plc founder and CEO Sean Kiernan talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company's plans to float on the Access segment of the Aquis Growth Market and its unique Bitcoin yield reserve strategy. Kiernan explained how Greengage, a fintech platform offering accounts and lending services, is addressing challenges faced by clients in the crypto space and underserved SMEs. The platform facilitates wholesale Bitcoin-backed loans and focuses on private credit lending. He highlighted the company's differentiated treasury approach, stating, “Our version is using our own fintech platform... to get a loan against Bitcoin... and then deploy out the loan proceeds to the private credit world.” The strategy seeks to earn a net yield by leveraging Bitcoin through lending, while protecting downside risk using structured loan mechanisms. Kiernan also shared details about the IPO plans, noting the decision to list on Aquis was driven by strong liquidity in the Bitcoin treasury space. Proceeds from the IPO will largely be used to acquire Bitcoin, which will then be leveraged to fund yield-generating loans. With over 40 client accounts opened and more than $350 million in loans facilitated to date, Kiernan sees significant growth potential. He said the IPO will help build awareness of the core fintech platform and increase investor engagement, while reinforcing the company's strategic focus on Bitcoin as a treasury asset. Delta Gold Technologies PLC (AQSE:DGQ) CEO Michael Jones joined Stephen Gunnion in the Proactive studio to discuss more about the company's innovative approach to quantum computing, underpinned by its nanoscale gold-based technology. Jones explained that while many firms claim to have quantum computers, the core challenge of creating stable and scalable qubits remains unresolved. Delta Gold is focused on a novel method using nanoscale gold to address this challenge, backed by a leading research partnership with the University of Toronto. “The power of the quantum computer is something that can cross a whole bunch of different sectors, and that gives us a lot of opportunity to look for partners or licensees to our technology,” Jones said. He highlighted the company's relationship with Professor Harry Ruda, a globally cited expert who leads Delta Gold's research efforts, and noted the significant advantage of working within a university ecosystem. Delta Gold has recently listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange, with a market cap now exceeding £10 million following a 50% rise post-IPO. Capital raised will fund a three-year research programme, with IP development and patent filings planned. Jones confirmed that major stockholders are locked in, reflecting strong confidence in the company's long-term potential. For more interviews like this, visit Proactive's YouTube channel. Connecting Excellence Group Plc (XCE) CEO Scott Ellam talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company's planned IPO on the Aquis Growth Market and its unique strategy combining executive recruitment with a Bitcoin treasury model. Ellam explained that XCE – Connecting Excellence Group – is the holding company for Spencer Riley, an international executive recruitment business. The company distinguishes itself by allocating surplus cash flows into Bitcoin since 2021, using it as a long-term treasury reserve. He highlighted that the planned fundraise of at least £1.5 million will primarily support additional Bitcoin purchases. “The vast majority of funds are directed towards buying Bitcoin,” Ellam stated. This strategy, he said, helps attract revenue-generating talent to the recruitment business, creating a compounding effect between operations and treasury. The company has assembled a board with deep expertise in digital assets, including Sam Roberts, Vijay Selvam, and advisor Richard Byworth. It also counts Adam Back as a key strategic investor. Despite market volatility, Ellam noted that operating revenues have doubled in some years. He emphasised that the business is sector-agnostic and regionally flexible, working with clients ranging from global logistics firms to the Big Four. Looking ahead, the company plans to support Bitcoin-native businesses with executive talent. Ellam said XCE has been retained by a Bitcoin investment fund and is in talks with US venture capital firms to place senior hires. He sees Bitcoin as a multi-trillion-dollar opportunity and views XCE as a potential gateway for institutional and retail investors looking to engage with the asset class via equities. “We are also at the forefront of the corporate Bitcoin adoption wave,” he said. Sterling Digital Plc CEO Stefan Michaelides joined Stephen Gunnion in Proactive's studio with more on the company's unique approach to off-grid Bitcoin mining and its upcoming listing on the Aquis Growth Market. Sterling Digital is distinguishing itself from traditional miners by utilising stranded natural gas from oil fields, primarily in the United States, to power its operations. According to Michaelides, this model provides a cost advantage and addresses an environmental challenge by capturing methane-rich gas that would otherwise be vented or flared. He explained, “We're not only solving an environmental issue, but creating a valuable asset at the same time.” The company sources the gas at prices under one dollar per MCF, which translates to approximately half a cent per kilowatt-hour—significantly lower than grid-based energy costs. Michaelides also discussed the scalability of Sterling Digital's operations, noting that a series of assets are already lined up, setting a clear path for the next 12 to 18 months. While future international expansion is being considered, the focus remains firmly in the United States for now. Sterling Digital plans to hold its mined Bitcoin as part of a treasury policy, potentially lending to liquidity providers to earn yield. The company's ticker on the Aquis exchange will be ASIC. Falconedge CEO Roy Kashi joined Steve Darling from Proactive's OTC studio in New York City to discuss the company's upcoming listing on the Aquis Exchange, set for November 3, and its mission to simplify and accelerate operations for emerging hedge fund managers. Falconedge provides a comprehensive advisory and support platform for hedge funds, offering non-regulated services such as compliance, marketing and PR, capital introductions, and portfolio management tools. Kashi explained, “We make it very affordable because we provide all the services and let them just go ahead with what they really are good at — and that's making money. By delivering a turnkey operational backbone, Falconedge aims to lower the traditional barriers to entry for fund managers. Without such support, Kashi noted, new entrants typically need at least $100 million in assets under management to be competitive — a challenge Falconedge seeks to eliminate. The company also plans to implement a Bitcoin treasury policy, leveraging more than a decade of crypto expertise through its parent company, Falcon Investment Management, which oversees over $1 billion in assets, more than half in digital assets. Paltrowitz highlighted the OTC Markets' pivotal role as the largest U.S. stock market for non-U.S. equities, helping early-stage and international companies reach U.S. investors more efficiently. “We preach from the same hymnal,” he said, emphasizing the shared commitment between OTC Markets, CSE, and Aquis to make public markets more open, efficient, and accessible worldwide. Representing the CSE, Black spoke about the exchange's mission to support small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to raise public venture capital. He noted a strong synergy with OTC Markets, which helps CSE-listed issuers expand visibility and attract investment from U.S. capital markets. Henney provided the UK perspective, describing Aquis as a growth-focused exchange designed to give early-stage companies global exposure. He pointed to signs of recovery in both market activity and retail investor confidence, highlighting a robust IPO pipeline building over the next six months. The discussion also touched on improving market dynamics and increasing investor participation across regions. Black shared that the CSE is already $1 billion ahead of last year's performance, while Paltrowitz noted a significant uptick in trading volumes on the OTC particularly in the UK, Canada, and Germany as U.S. investors continue to look abroad for growth opportunities. All three leaders underscored the importance of long-term issuer support, consistent investor engagement, and cross-border collaboration to drive market strength. As Black concluded, “We have to provide optionality to our clients, it's not just happening in our own backyard.” #proactiveinvestors #otcmarkets #cse #aquisstockexchange #GlobalMarkets #PublicListings #InvestorAccess #SmallCapStocks #IPOMarket #StockMarketInsights #CapitalMarkets #MarketRecovery #USInvestors #InternationalListings #EquityMarkets #ProactiveInvestors

Astrid Intelligence PLC (AQSE:ASTR) executive director and chairperson Olivia Edwards talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company's initial purchase of Ethereum, its move to the AQUIS Growth Market, and how these decisions align with its AI-led wellness platform strategy. Edwards confirmed Astrid acquired 1,377.98 ETH for £4.5 million, describing it as a milestone that complements existing treasury holdings in Bitcoin, Solana and Bittensor/TAO. “We are really, really excited to announce our first major Ethereum purchase,” Edwards said, adding that Ethereum's role in smart contracts and decentralised applications aligns with where Astrid expects its autonomous agents to operate. Edwards explained the decision to switch listing venue, noting that AQUIS offers operational flexibility for a digital-asset strategy while maintaining governance standards. She said the move is about positioning the business to “execute faster and more effectively” while staying focused on AI intelligence and strategic asset management. Detailing the product approach, Edwards said Astrid's autonomous wellness agents run on Bittensor subnet 127, tapping a vetted database of 100,000+ wellness products to deliver actionable recommendations and affiliate-driven commercial outcomes. She highlighted Bittensor's competitive model in which models are validated and rewarded in TAO, noting that no new subnets are being issued currently, which provides an advantage for Astrid's platform. Looking ahead, Astrid plans disciplined accumulation of Ethereum while maintaining diversification, aligning treasury assets with the environments where its agents operate. “Our target is sustainable growth through a portfolio that compounds value,” Edwards said. Coinsilium's Strategic Approach to Bitcoin Treasury Management Zak Mir talks to Malcolm Palle, Executive Chairman of Coinsilium, as the Aquis-quoted digital asset investor and venture builder provides an update on its Bitcoin treasury activity and that of its wholly owned Gibraltar subsidiary, Forza Gibraltar Limited, established to implement the company's dedicated Bitcoin-focused treasury operations. Palle describes the progress of Coinsilium over the recent Bitcoin Treasury Strategy boom and how the company's experience in the digital space is a key differentiator. Raising Capital and Deploying Bitcoin Treasury Strategy Malcolm highlights that Coinsilium's Bitcoin treasury strategy is built on three essential pillars: raising capital, purchasing Bitcoin, and communicating these developments to shareholders and the market. The company's ability to acquire Bitcoin is directly tied to the funds raised, and despite the challenges presented by the UK market—particularly compared to the more mature US ecosystem—Coinsilium remains optimistic about its growth trajectory. Recently, Coinsilium completed a £5 million placing alongside a £510,000 wrap with Winterflood, which was significantly oversubscribed. This marks the company's largest fundraising effort to date, underscoring strong investor confidence. Importantly, all new funds raised are dedicated almost exclusively to Bitcoin purchases, with only minimal allocation for working capital and no other investments outside the core focus. In addition to the fresh capital raise, Coinsilium acquired approximately 12 more Bitcoin from its existing resources, bringing the total to 124 Bitcoin as of mid-2024. Malcolm anticipates that following the deployment of the new funds, the company's Bitcoin holdings could increase by nearly 50%, a substantial boost that will further cement Coinsilium's position as a leverage play on Bitcoin. Navigating Market Volatility and Funding Dynamics Malcolm candidly acknowledges the turbulent market conditions, likening the current environment to flying a plane through heavy turbulence. Despite this, he advises investors to maintain a long-term perspective, focusing on the broader horizon rather than short-term market noise. The dynamic nature of funding availability and market capitalization impacts Coinsilium's ability to raise capital, but recent developments such as Oak Securities' launch of a dedicated digital asset fund provide encouraging signs of growing institutional support. Coinsilium's lean operational structure—without large teams or costly offices—means that a smaller proportion of funds raised must be allocated to overheads. This efficiency allows more capital to be directed toward Bitcoin acquisition, further reinforcing the company's core treasury strategy. What Differentiates Coinsilium in a Crowded Market With an increasing number of companies adopting Bitcoin treasury strategies, Malcolm stresses the importance of experience and a well-defined approach. Coinsilium's long-standing presence in the digital asset space provides a strong foundation, contrasting with many newer entrants who may lack a robust strategy or the ability to sustain funding over multiple raises. He urges investors and companies alike to conduct thorough research before entering this space. Holding some Bitcoin on a balance sheet is not sufficient; a company's roadmap, treasury policy, and strategic vision must be carefully examined. Coinsilium's publicly available Bitcoin treasury policy outlines its objectives and methodology, serving as a valuable resource for understanding the company's commitment to this space. Malcolm also highlights the importance of understanding the concept of a leverage play on Bitcoin. Investors often evaluate companies based on the "MNAV" (multiple of net asset value), which functions similarly to a price-to-earnings ratio in traditional equity markets. This metric helps determine whether a company's valuation is justified by its Bitcoin holdings and growth prospects. Regulatory and Structural Considerations in the UK Unlike some US counterparts, UK companies face additional regulatory complexities when structuring Bitcoin treasury operations. Companies cannot simply exist as entities that hold Bitcoin; they must have underlying business activities that differentiate them from passive holders or trackers of cryptocurrency value. Coinsilium meets these requirements through its diversified investments and operational ventures, including its wholly owned Gibraltar subsidiary, Forza Gibraltar Limited, which focuses on Bitcoin treasury operations. These regulatory nuances add a layer of complexity but also contribute to the credibility and sustainability of companies like Coinsilium in the UK market. As the regulatory environment evolves, Malcolm remains hopeful that conditions will become even more conducive to growth in this sector. Looking Ahead: Continued Growth and Market Engagement Coinsilium is poised to continue its momentum, with several announcements planned over the summer to keep the growth flywheel turning. The company's strategy of raising capital, acquiring Bitcoin, and communicating progress is expected to persist as market conditions stabilize and institutional involvement deepens. Malcolm's final message for investors is one of cautious optimism: despite volatility and funding challenges, Coinsilium's disciplined approach and deep experience position it well to capitalize on the expanding Bitcoin treasury strategy landscape. Conclusion Coinsilium's journey in the Bitcoin treasury space exemplifies a measured, strategic approach to digital asset investment. By focusing on sustainable fundraising, disciplined Bitcoin acquisition, and clear communication, the company offers a compelling value proposition amid a rapidly evolving market. Investors and observers looking to understand the nuances of Bitcoin treasury strategies would do well to consider Coinsilium's experience and operational rigor as a benchmark in this burgeoning sector. For those interested in learning more about Coinsilium and its strategy, exploring the company's detailed Bitcoin treasury policy and staying attuned to upcoming announcements will provide deeper insights into its vision and execution.
Ajax Resources CEO Ippolito Cattaneo joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the company's application for admission to the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE) Growth Market, alongside a planned fundraising of up to £1.5 million. The capital will support Ajax's exploration efforts in Argentina, primarily at its flagship Eureka gold-copper project in Jujuy, northwest Argentina. Cattaneo highlighted that Eureka, acquired from Bezant Resources on May 21, consists of 12 licences and includes a historical mine last operated in the 1980s. The project is considered drill-ready and positioned at an advanced exploration stage, with the potential to evolve into a low-cost producing mine within three to four years. A historical, non-compliant resource estimate from the 1990s indicated approximately 620,000 tonnes of copper and 52,000 ounces of gold. In addition, Ajax has conditionally agreed to acquire the adjacent Minas La Escondida project, which shares similar mineralisation characteristics with Eureka. Admission to AQSE is expected at 8:00 a.m. on June 9, with Ajax retaining its current ticker symbol, “AJAX.” #proactiveinvestors #ajaxresources #lse #ajax #CopperMining #GoldMining #EurekaProject #ArgentinaMining #MiningInvestment #JORC #AquisStockExchange #ExplorationDrilling #ResourceEstimates #BezantResources

Durante muitos anos eu achei essas histórias contraditórias, pois a Bíblia condena a mentira.

For this one, we're back at Vendome, the SGV spirits purveyor, taproom, and Vietnamese coffee hotspot. Over the past month or so, we've had long term access to a pair of mother of pearl Aquis 36mm (36.5, actually) divers. The "recommendations" segment at the end of this episode is pretty fun, too, so stick around to the second half! Thanks to Oris for the loaners, and thanks for listening.
This is a good one, folks! We are joined by VJ Geronimo ( head of Oris in North America ) to talk about the role of watches in philanthropy, and the value of doing good. Oris is a leader in humanitarian and environmental social responsibility, and 2022 saw the release of Oris watches that support their pursuits in both of these philanthropic arenas: the "Wings of Hope" LE as well as the Aquis "New York Harbor" LE. Both of these pieces are pretty fantastic, in our humble opinion(s). We also discuss the brand's outreach and accessibility efforts, VJ's newfound appreciation for good brown booze, and our desperate desire for more Oris models in precious metals! We think you'll enjoy this one. Thanks for listening...
David preguntó a Aquis: —Pero, ¿qué he hecho? 1 Samuel 29: Do not evade God's purpose in your life and that of your family.1 Samuel 29:3-11: Then the princes of the Philistines said, “What are these Hebrews doing here?” And Achish said to the princes of the Philistines, “Is this not David, the servant of Saul king of Israel, who has been with me these days, or these years? And to this day I have found no fault in him since he defected to me.”But the princes of the Philistines were angry with him; so the princes of the Philistines said to him, “Make this fellow return, that he may go back to the place which you have appointed for him, and do not let him go down with us to battle, lest in the battle he become our adversary. For with what could he reconcile himself to his master, if not with the heads of these men? Is this not David, of whom they sang to one another in dances, saying: ‘Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands'?”Then Achish called David and said to him, “Surely, as the Lord lives, you have been upright, and your going out and your coming in with me in the army is good in my sight. For to this day I have not found evil in you since the day of your coming to me. Nevertheless the lords do not favor you. Therefore return now, and go in peace, that you may not displease the lords of the Philistines.” So David said to Achish, “But what have I done? And to this day what have you found in your servant as long as I have been with you, that I may not go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”Then Achish answered and said to David, “I know that you are as good in my sight as an angel of God; nevertheless the princes of the Philistines have said, ‘He shall not go up with us to the battle.' Now therefore, rise early in the morning with your master's servants who have come with you. And as soon as you are up early in the morning and have light, depart.” So David and his men rose early to depart in the morning, to return to the land of the Philistines. And the Philistines went up to Jezreel.-----------------------------------While Saul trembled with fear, David was in a difficult situation, because he had to help the Philistines, and fight against his own brothers, the Israelites.David had made this commitment to take refuge in Philistia when he tried to hide from Saul, and this brought him other problems. David had been acting falsely, making king Achish believe that David was attacking the Israelites when he was actually attacking cities of the same Philistines. David was God's anointed to be king of Israel but he was dwelling with Israel's adversaries! When the Philistines prepared a great battle against Israel, David went out to fight against his own people and the king thought that this was a good idea, but the other generals thought it was crazy because they knew David's fame and his great feats. Here we can see that when you are chosen by God and try to hide your identity and calling, that is when awkward moments begin to occur in our lives. Jonah experienced storms, hurricanes and even lived for several days inside a giant fish that swallowed him. God did this so that Jonah would recognize that he was wrong to hide and reject God's call.Peter suffered shame and remorse for denying the Lord and his identity as one of the Lord's followers.David had a year and a few months of relative peace, but living a double life and deceiving the king. I believe that David, in the end, could not enjoy his stay with the Philistines, it was enough for one of them to discover his actions for him to be prosecuted and destroyed. Besides, facing his own people, who would one day rule, would have made him nervous. Once again, God saved him and returned him home, preventing David from confronting his own people, but tomorrow we will learn that this brought him sad consequences and a painful experience in his life.I know that God loves his children. If you really consider yourself a child of God and your family is dedicated to God, let's keep in mind that God will continue His work in us, and to fulfill that purpose He will close doors that we want to open, He will allow embarrassing, uncomfortable moments and even terrifying to make us come to our senses and return to the path where God wants to take us. Let's be sensitive when God wants to guide us and, if at any time we get out of His will, let's be grateful when God corrects us and shows us the error. Let us not be part of the statistics of those who completely failed and had their homes destroyed because they refused God's call. Even if one of your family members strays from the path, have faith and claim his/her life before God every day, praying without ceasing and without fainting until you see his/her life being resumed in the hands of God as a precise instrument to fulfill God's plan.
