Chyba nie da się powiedzieć za dużo na temat bezpieczeństwa w górach. Co za tym idzie, nigdy dość rozmów na ten temat. Dziś moim Gościem jest Bogusłwa Kowalski - instruktor alpinizmu PZA. Rozmawiamy o górach, bezpieczeństwie, i o tym, co robić, żeby rzeczywiście cieszyć się z czasem tam spędzonym.

Zawody ultra rządzą się swoimi prawami lub też nie ma tam ich wcale. Przewód pokarmowy jest bardzo elastyczny i wielu zawodników to wykorzystuje. Chciałem nagrać ten odcinek solo, ale nie startowałem w zawodach ultra, a zawsze staram się dzielić przede wszystkim praktyczną stroną dietetyki sportowej. Dlatego do tego podcastu zaprosiłem Martę Naczyk. Marta zajmuje się żywieniem osób, które przygotowują się do wypraw wysokogórskich, wspinają się i uprawiają sporty wytrzymałościowe (biegi ultra, kolarstwo, triathlon).
