Hey there zany ones! Ed is back here with me for some crazy action with Batman and Green Arrow teaming up! We talk about this in side in depth, with some of its shall we say interesting dialogue and tropes. Once we get past that, though, it's a fun time talking B&B as usual! So dive in headfirst as that's the only way to read Bob Haney! As usual, if you'd like to leave any feedback for the show, you can do so through email at Magazinesandmonsters@gmail.com or to me on Twitter @Billyd_licious or on the show's FB page (just search Magazines and Monsters). I'm also on BlueSky @docstrange (I think)! You can find Ed on social media @tealproductions and look for Teal Productions, Newsprint Commando, Ronin Rabbit and The Superman Super Show (with Steeven) on any podcast app! Thanks for listening.

Back in July, 2023, Ed and Steeven got together to record an episode of The Superman Super Show in which they were going to talk about Action Comics #32.However, life had other plans.Due to technical issues and life issues, the two Super Hosts decided, after trying to get through a discussion about the issue, to just give up and talk about other stuff.Topics include: 80's Hulk comics, 80s/90s X-Men, John Byrne, Super Hero Movies, future movie casting (Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner), Jack Ryan, Harrison Ford, and much, much more! And so, for the first time (except for the Live YouTube Episode that's out there on the YouTube Channel), The Superman Super Show Lost Episode!Be warned, because the fellas did discuss Action Comics #32 on Episode 60, you may get a feeling of déjà vu as you're listening to this episode. Also, the part of the episode when Steeven loses power and it's just Ed, that section is heavily edited for time.Enjoy!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .ALL THE OTHER STUFF:Email - thesupermansupershow@gmail.comTwitter - @SupsSuperShowEd's Twitter - @TealProductionsSteeven's Twitter - @SteevenOrrElseJoin the Steeven Says Stuff Newsletter and never miss an episode - list.justanotherfanboy.comIf you want to help the show in any way you can first and foremost just spread the word: Tell a friend, tell two friends, tell your father, mother, sister, brother, neighbor, coworker, plumber, and even whomever who cuts your hair.Spread the word!Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/the-superman-super-show/donations

Episode Notes: In 1975 writer Doug Moench and artist Don Perlin, in need of a villain powerful enough to subdue and capture a werewolf, created a throw away character they called: The Moon Knight. 47 years later Moon Knight is a hero who punishes evildoers, despite battling with Dissociative Identity Disorder. He is the Fist of Khonshu, the avatar of an Egyptian Moon God, and the star of his own self titled six episode mini series on Disney Plus set smack dab in the middle of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is the third part in a multi-part series of episodes in which I look at the publishing history of Moon Knight in Marvel Comics to see how the character went from a minor villain in a book about a werewolf, to the complex, multifaceted hero with enough pull to headline his own TV Show. Today, dear listeners, I'm looking at Marvel Spotlight #29: The Deadly Gambit of Conquer-Lord by Doug Moench, Don Perlin, Irene Vartanoff, and Debra James. Marvel Spotlight 28 was published by Marvel Comics on May 11, 1976. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
