Cassie Ventura's Devastating Testimony Assault Video, 'Freak-Offs,' Exploding Cars, and a Courtroom in Shock In the second half of her explosive testimony, Cassie Ventura faced what many saw as a calculated, high-pressure attempt to dismantle her credibility. Defense attorneys for Sean "Diddy" Combs pulled no punches, forcing Cassie to read out her own sexually explicit messages in open court—messages they claimed proved she willingly participated in the very abuse she had described just days earlier. What unfolded instead was a masterclass in composure, clarity, and trauma-informed testimony. Cassie didn't deny the texts. She explained them. Line by line. Word by word. She told the court those messages were written not from desire, but from fear. “They were just words,” she said. “It was easier to pretend than to be punished.” In this gripping episode, we walk you through the defense's cross-examination strategy: how they painted Cassie as a willing participant, a jealous ex, even a bitter romantic left behind. They introduced old conversations, exposed post-assault reconciliations, and suggested that her decision to testify now was born out of resentment—not trauma. But Cassie's answers only added more depth to her claims. She described being caught in a cycle of abuse and reconciliation—a textbook trauma bond. She spoke about feeling watched, controlled, even retaliated against. Her brief relationship with rapper Kid Cudi was cut short, she said, after threats from Combs—threats she took seriously, especially after Cudi's car mysteriously exploded in his driveway. The court didn't need to prove who planted the bomb. The implication landed anyway. From rumors about Chris Brown to the defense's last-minute exhibit dump, we bring you the full breakdown of how Cassie handled the crossfire—and why it might have only made her case stronger. Don't miss this deep dive into one of the most pivotal and emotionally charged days of testimony in the Diddy federal trial. #CassieVentura #DiddyTrial #FreakOffs #SurvivorTestimony #KidCudi #ChrisBrown #CourtroomDrama #TextEvidence #DomesticAbuse #TraumaBond Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Story at-a-glance Global obesity rates have skyrocketed, with over 3.8 billion adults projected to be overweight or obese by 2050, making this a worsening crisis that no country has successfully reversed People are gaining excess weight at younger ages than ever before, increasing their lifetime exposure to obesity-related diseases like Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers The obesity epidemic is no longer limited to wealthy nations — low-income and developing countries are experiencing some of the fastest-growing obesity rates due to shifts toward ultraprocessed foods The economic burden of obesity is crippling health care systems, with global obesity-related health care costs expected to reach $4 trillion by 2035 Fixing obesity requires addressing the root causes — eliminating harmful seed oils, reducing exposure to synthetic estrogens and EMFs, and healing the gut to restore proper mitochondrial function

Researchers are now investigating gamma-ray burst jets and the surrounding cocoon formed by collapsed stars. This new framework suggests that high-energy photons can dissolve stellar material into neutrons, leading to the creation of heavy elements through a rapid neutron capture process. We discuss the implications of these findings and how they challenge long-held beliefs about nucleosynthesis in the universe.Shattering Beliefs About Asteroid VestaNext, we turn our attention to the asteroid Vesta, where a recent study published in Nature Astronomy reveals that its interior structure is far more uniform than previously thought. This discovery has led scientists to reconsider Vesta's identity, proposing that it may simply be a large asteroid rather than a protoplanet. We examine the research that challenges decades of assumptions about Vesta's formation and its role in understanding the early solar system.Did It Rain or Snow on Ancient Mars? Finally, we investigate the ancient climate of Mars, with a new study suggesting that geological formations on the planet were shaped by heavy precipitation, indicating a warmer and wetter past. This research utilizes computer simulations to analyze how rain and snow may have contributed to the development of Martian valleys and channels. We discuss the significance of these findings and their implications for our understanding of Mars's climatic history.www.spacetimewithstuartgary.com✍️ Episode ReferencesAstrophysical Journalhttps://iopscience.iop.org/journal/0004-637XNature Astronomyhttps://www.nature.com/natureastronomy/Journal of Geophysical Research Planetshttps://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/21699356Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/spacetime-space-astronomy--2458531/support.00:00 New study provides clues explaining how exploding stars produce uranium and other heavy elements06:21 New study suggests giant asteroid Vesta is really just a big asteroid15:19 New study suggests heavy precipitation likely fed valleys on ancient Mars19:49 A new study warns that microplastic pollution could compromise ocean carbon22:17 More than 31,000 passwords belonging to Australian banks have been stolen24:47 Space Time is available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday through bitesz.com

Forty-five years ago, on May 18, 1980, Mt St Helens erupted and changed creationism forever. The explosion showed us how rapidly geological features could form during a catastrophe and gave us a laboratory to understand the formation of coal. The deadly eruption also reminds us to heed the warnings of coming destruction and judgment. With so many warning signs, no one needed to die at Mt St Helens unless they chose to stay. Radiology has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to adopting new technology—but what's driving its rapid embrace of AI today? In this interview, Vijay Ramanathan, Co-Founder and CEO of RamSoft, breaks down why radiologists demand AI that works seamlessly in their workflow, how smarter imaging systems are improving efficiency, and what IT leaders need to consider when integrating radiology solutions into their hospital's tech stack. With imaging volumes rising and fewer radiologists to handle the workload, AI-powered triage and zero-click automation are no longer nice-to-haves—they're essential. Vijay shares real-world examples of how AI is helping radiologists prioritize urgent cases, reduce reporting time, and deliver results faster to both doctors and patients. If you're a CIO, IT leader, or radiology professional, this conversation is a must-watch. Learn how AI in imaging is making an immediate impact—and why interoperability between radiology systems and EHRs is more critical than ever. In a shocking turn, some Republicans are floating the idea of raising taxes on the wealthy as the federal deficit soars to historic highs—$2.6 trillion projected for this year. Once unthinkable in GOP circles, this progressive-style proposal is gaining quiet traction as the party faces pressure to pay for massive spending while billionaire Ray Dalio warns of a looming debt crisis. Meanwhile, Trump's team pushes a bold "rescission" strategy to force spending cuts. Can the GOP change course before the bond market buckles—and will Congress act before it's too late?
