In This Episode You Will Learn About: Chris and Lori’s Become Aligned course How Natalya and Naomi deal with their very busy schedules How going to the gym with her mom is helping Natalya deal with the loss of her father How Natalya and Naomi make time for their families How having children fits into a wrestling career Natalya and Naomi’s next steps How it took Natalya five years to get into WWE How Natalya and Naomi support each other and their fellow competitors Resources: Instagram: @_wwe_natalya_ Instagram: @trinity_fatu The Bliss Project 2020 Chris and Lori’s Become Aligned course Show Notes: Today my guests are WWE stars Natalya and Naomi. We chat about how they keep each other motivated even though they’re on the road and busy all the time. We also cover how Natalya is coping with the loss of her father and how they make time for their families. In this conversation I learnt a lot about how Natalya and Naomi push through to reach their goals. For example it took Natalya five years to get accepted for WWE but she kept trying. Question Highlights: You want to stay in shape for the ring. But you’re on the road all the time. How do you mentally prepare for that? What do you do when it feels like you can't push through mentally? What is something that you wish more people knew about you? What are your next steps, career wise? When did you realize that helping other competitors and lifting them up actually lifts you up? What are you most excited about right now in your life? What is something for people who feel like they're either afraid or hitting a wall? Guest Bio: With a combination of beauty, talent and untamed desire, Natalya is proudly carrying on the legacy of the legendary Hart Family in WWE. The daughter of Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, Natalya was trained in the rough-and-tumble Hart Dungeon. That unforgiving training ground that churned out mat greats like Brian Pillman and Natalya's husband, Tyson Kidd, molded The Queen of Harts into one of WWE's most dangerous submission grapplers. She also learned from her uncle Bret “Hit Man” Hart by driving many of her opponents to tap via a Sharpshooter. Her presence out of the ring is almost as formidable: Starring on E!’s Total Divas reality series and working as an active supporter of WWE and The Creative Coalition’s Be a STAR Alliance, Make-A-Wish, Susan G. Komen and the WrestleMania Reading Challenge. Natalya came agonizingly close to capturing championships for several years until she finally broke through at SummerSlam 2017, defeating Naomi for the SmackDown Women’s Championship to earn the gold for the first time since claiming the Divas Title in 2010. The WWE Universe always assumed it would take a man of tremendous ability to live up to the legendary legacy of the pink and black. As it turned out, it’s doing just fine in this woman’s hands. As the second-highest cause of whiplash behind car accidents, Naomi first turned heads as a dancer for the NBA's Orlando Magic and hip-hop stars like Flo Rida. These talents would take her around the world, as Naomi performed everywhere from North Korea to Indonesia. Despite all that success, Naomi's dance steps couldn’t satisfy her competitive spirit, which is how she found herself as a contestant on WWE NXT. Despite being eliminated in the final week of her season, Naomi soon launched into orbit around Planet Funk, as one half of The Funkadactyls. From there, she broke out on her own, determined to take WWE by storm. The Total Divas star has since had a series of remarkable runs as both fan-favorite and corner-cutting villain, doggedly pursuing the Divas Championship for the better part of a year and cementing her status as a ring general by heading up the attitude-filled Team B.A.D. of Tamina and Sasha Banks during the Divas Evolution. Naomi then reinvented herself yet again as part of the SmackDown LIVE brand, making one-and-all feel the glow as she came face-to-face with her destiny by winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship twice, including an epic victory at WrestleMania 33 in a Six-Pack Challenge Match. A year later, she made history once again when she eliminated Bayley to win the first-ever WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal at WrestleMania 34. After the 2019 Superstar Shake-up, Naomi is now adding a glow to the red brand. Earn Your Happy is a production of Crate Media

Jo Graham from the How2Wrestling podcast joins Hal, Danielle and Lindsey to break down tons of news from the week in wrestling! She originally got into wrestling as a way to bond with her partner. Now, that’s turned into her own podcast and rabid fandom. WWE continues to move their stars across both shows, with multiple people making their debuts on RAW and Smackdown. Most significantly, AJ Styles is set to face Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship. It’s seemingly being billed as a "dream match." But is this the most interesting direction that WWE can lean into? Becky Lynch has not one, but TWO challengers for each of her titles at the next PPV. We’ll decide whether or not Becky should already lose her championships in her first major defense. And Kevin Owens did as Kevin Owens does and beat up Kofi Kingston to get his shot at the WWE Championship! Are we broken up about him never doing the New Day intro again or do we just miss the guttural tones from Big E? Main Event In the weeks since WrestleMania, several WWE stars have either left WWE or voiced discontentment with their position within the company. That includes Sasha Banks, Dean Ambrose and Luke Harper. We take a look at each of their situations and our reactions to the difficulties they’ve faced. Plus, with it being more possible than ever to be a truly independent wrestler or get signed by one of the many growing companies (including the popular AEW), will WWE have a harder time holding onto talent that’s either unhappy or lacking direction? The Superstar Shake-up continued this week on WWE TV (or did it?), and Graham "GSM" Matthews has plenty to say about the additional moves made on the latest WrestleRant Radio! Hear his thoughts on how WWE screwed up the Shake-up, Samoa Joe and Cesaro arriving on Raw without rhyme or reason, Andrade and Aleister Black returning to SmackDown Live (along with Jinder Mahal for some strange reason), the two Triple Threat matches to determine a new number one contender to the Universal Championship, why the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship means nothing, who Sami Zayn's first feud should be with, Alexander's first match as a member of the Raw roster, and The Viking Experience becoming The Viking Raiders. Also on Raw, the reveal of Bray Wyatt's new gimmick received a polarizing reaction from fans, but could it have promise? GSM gives his two cents on the "Firefly Fun House," the repackaging of Robert Roode and why it's a step in the right direction for him, Alicia Fox's return to the ring, why WWE might be rushing the AJ Styles vs. Seth Rollins feud, Roman Reigns vs. Elias being added to the Money in the Bank card, why Finn Balor and Andrade must feud over the Intercontinental Championship, Bayley teasing a heel turn and how it can be booked, Kevin Owens betraying The New Day in glorious fashion, and much more!

The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview WWE Diva Alexa Bliss of E's Total Divas. It almost doesn't seem possible that so much bad attitude can fit into Alexa Bliss' 5-foot-1 frame. Sly, sassy and sporting a whole lot of ferocity, Alexa has been a fierce competitor her entire life, participating in softball, track and kickboxing since her youth, excelling especially in gymnastics and eventually becoming a Division I cheerleader. Alexa even entered the world of competitive bodybuilding, where she became one of the youngest competitors to receive her IFBB Professional status. With such an incredible athletic background, it's little wonder that Alexa quickly became one of NXT's most dangerous female Superstars. Though she never captured the NXT Women's Title, she was a constant threat in the division, pushing the likes of Bayley and Carmella to their limits. As a SmackDown LIVE competitor, she ascended to the top of its Women's division to become a two-time SmackDown Women's Champion. Weeks after joining Monday Night Raw in the Superstar Shake-up, Alexa Bliss made history at WWE Payback, reigning supreme over Bayley in a hard-fought contest to become the first Superstar to win both the SmackDown Women's Championship and the Raw Women's Championship. Bliss might be her name, but get on her bad side (which isn't hard to do) and you'll soon learn that there's nothing heavenly about Alexa's demeanor.
Alasdair and Kyle record early one morning (Alasdair even has birds chirping in the background, just to set the mood) to discuss the results of the Superstar Shake-up! Or, at least they get to that eventually, once they are done paying all due homage to Braun Strowman flipping over a damn ambulance. Seriously, that happened and was amazing and Braun is our hero now. Plus we take a look at an exciting new era for SmackDown (and, uh, we guess Raw as well) with A.J. Styles getting monster babyface pops as the officially recognized heart and soul of the blue brand. And Alasdair checks in with a quickie NXT report, because why not?
Episode 73 deals with WWE's recent Superstar Shake-up, the company's attempt to freshen up the rosters of both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live; whether or not all of the moves were good remains to be seen, but each trade is analyzed for impact in both the short term, and long term, for everyone involved.
