On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the insurrection act has been used at least 20 times starting in 1808. President Trump has to use it because we have Democrats who refuse to follow the law. Right now, we have a Democrat party usurping the Constitution. Governors and cities are not in charge of immigration. They don't have the power to prevent ICE from doing their job. Also, former FBI Director James Comey is a serial liar, leaker, and scoundrel who absconded with government documents, interfered in the 2016 election more than foreign powers, and brought disrepute to the FBI. Comey belongs in court and is lucky to avoid charges for other unethical acts.  The democrat talking point is that acting US attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia prosecuting the Comey case has no prosecutorial experience. But in 1961, President John Kennedy nominated his 35-year-old brother, Robert, to be attorney general.  RFK had no state or federal courtroom experience of any kind. The Democrat controlled Senate confirmed him. Later, Trump announces that “Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan. This means that ALL of the Hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw their Troops to an agreed upon line as the first steps toward a Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace. All Parties will be treated fairly!” The broad parameters of the deal sound very good.  Rep Mike Lawler calls in to discuss the first phase of the Gaza peace plan. Here's another one of Liza's favorites from the archives, daredevil Debbie Lawler. When Debbie beat Even Knievel's jumping record in February 1974 at the age if 21, the American press was riveted. While there had been a handful of women who raced motorcycles there hadn't been any female daredevils professionally jumping them - much-less upstaging the brashest stunt rider of the era on national TV. Newspapers labeled her the "female Evel Knievel," a "motorcycle madam" and "tigress on a cycle." We talk to her about how she got into jumping, how she got out and how awesome her dad was.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Zohran Mamdani recently returned from a lavish, expensive wedding in Uganda featuring a walled estate and armed guards, funded by capitalists rather than the government. He portrays himself as the victim while yelling at Andrew Cuomo and Eric Adams. Don't believe a word Mamdani says, he would defund the police and disarm the citizen. Rep Mike Lawler calls in to discuss limousine liberal, trust fund baby Mamdani. Lawler warns that Mamdani becoming mayor of New York City would undermine safety and well-being, harming the city and country.  Later, in On Power there were early debates among Hamilton, Madison, and Jefferson on interpreting the U.S. Constitution. Despite Hamilton's role in authoring the Federalist Papers to promote ratification and his advocacy for a strong national government, he proposed ideas like lifetime Senate and presidential terms, which were rejected. Afterward, David Friedman joins the show to express alarm at the unprecedented levels of anti-Semitism and hatred toward Israel, which is worsening monthly and fueled by media misinformation, such as the New York Times falsely portraying a congenitally ill child as starving due to Israel.
