El Ayuntamiento de Rincón de la Victoria ha emitido hoy un nuevo Bando municipal en el que se recogen las medidas y restricciones en el uso del agua ante la situación de sequía con escasez severa en el sistema Viñuela-Axarquía, siguiendo la orden dictada por la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca, Agua y Desarrollo Rural el pasado 28 de abril. El nuevo Bando establece que el uso de agua potable queda reservado para usos personales y domésticos, como beber, cocinar y asearse, y en determinadas excepciones como el riego de jardines, huertos, parques y zonas verdes, siempre que se realice mediante sistemas de goteo o aspersión y en horario nocturno, el lavado de vehículos en establecimientos autorizados, fuentes ornamentales con circuito cerrado de agua, lavapiés públicos en playas y fuentes para personas y animales. El alcalde de Rincón de la Victoria, Francisco Salado (PP), ha subrayado que “los problemas de agua no han desaparecido, y debemos hacer un enorme esfuerzo por realizar un uso racional, responsable y solidario de este bien escaso”. Además, ha recordado que “tenemos que continuar con restricciones, aunque ello suponga ciertas molestias para vecinos, organismos, empresas y visitantes”. La dotación máxima establecida será de 225 litros de agua potable por habitante y día, cifra que podrá ser revisada según evolucione la situación hidrológica. Piscinas En cuanto a las piscinas, entre el 1 de junio y el 30 de septiembre de 2025, se permitirá: • El rellenado parcial de piscinas públicas y privadas con sistema de recirculación, en cantidades mínimas para compensar pérdidas por evaporación o mantenimiento. • El primer llenado tras obras de nueva construcción o rehabilitación. • El llenado completo o parcial de piscinas desmontables en centros educativos destinadas al baño infantil. • El uso de duchas en instalaciones deportivas o piscinas donde sea obligatorio por razones sanitarias. Asimismo, el baldeo de calles, fachadas o cualquier superficie se permitirá únicamente con agua no potable. El incumplimiento de las medidas recogidas en el Bando será considerado infracción conforme a la Ordenanza municipal de gestión y uso eficiente del agua.
