These extremely rare events, lying far outside normal expectations,  defy standard forecasting, causing major systemic disruptions and dramatically impact finance, politics, science, technologies, accademia, and society.A Black Swan Event, for all intents and purposes, are so improbable, they should not take place… yet occasionally, they do. Covid19… Possible, but highly improbable. Won't happen in a modern world. Yet it did, and over 7 million lives were lost. The 9/11 attacks on US soil. Could happen, but with multiple threat detection and stop-gap technologies defending the US, it was highly improbable. Won't happen. Yet it did. Three thousand lives ended, the NY skyline changed forever, and it had a massive impact on global economics.Black Swan Events… Possible, but highly improbable.Disclosure is a Black Swan Event… it just hasn't happened yet.Seventy percent of Americans believe in Extraterrestrial life… UFOs, UAPs, USOs, Non-Human Intelligence, and Trans-Medium Crafts. Forty Nine Percent of Americans believe that these Non-Human Intelligence (ETs and Aliens), are not only real… they are in fact, here amongst us and working with world leaders to coexist. Sounds a little crazy…? Paul Dale Roberts personally investigated several serial killer victim sites. Watch or listen to find out what he discovered!Roberts was born on January 17, 1955 in Fresno, California. He has an Associate Degree in Criminology. In 1977, Roberts was a firefighter with the California Division of Forestry for one year. Firefighting was not his cup of tea. (Special Background Investigation) clearance as an Intelligence Analyst, later receiving an H-Identifier with OPFOR (Opposing Forces), where Roberts wore a Soviet uniform, ski mask and trained elite troops like US Army's Special Forces, 101st Airborne, Air Force Special Operations, Delta Force, 82nd Airborne, Marine Recon the Soviet Threat and W.E.F.T. (Wings, Engine, Fuselage, Tail section) in identifying Soviet aircraft.Roberts in 2004 became a paranormal investigator and with 750 investigations under his belt and 750 paranormal articles he has written lead him to be in documentaries.
