They discuss how Onward is different than traditional physical therapy and the type person Sarah is looking to help at her practice.

We hear his story of the days of meeting people in the CrossFit community on forums, when he decided to start his own CrossFit gym in addition to also running a chiropractic office, and how the industry has changed since the old days. In addition, we discuss his decision to rebrand his business, how Covid affected his business, and how he grew as a leader in 2020.

After a career in which began in the military as a marine, Steve Pinkerton started CrossFit Vitality in his personal garage with 8 members initially signed up.
