I received a question today that said this: “For me personally. The need to binge is so fierce and gripping. There's areas of my life that I'm very conscientious and strong willed, but with the food,I literally need, need, need to binge. It's something that is a complete all or nothing, and something that I've tried countless approaches, in trying to deal with. I don't like the idea of being a victim and I don't like the idea of “can't do.” But currently with the food I have been completely unable to effectively do anything that works. The only thing that worked ever was intermittent fasting with keto. But it left me feeling tired, weak and irritable. So in short, the sheer force and urge to binge seems so large and magnificent (for lack of a better word) that I cannot comprehend, (currently) a time that I won't need to binge eat. And can be in control with food.
