Success was never meant to be a solo ride. If you're exhausted from pulling the whole load yourself, maybe it's time to stop fighting the wind and start riding with a peloton. Welcome Pivoter! In this episode, April explores one of the most powerful lessons from the world of cycling: the peloton. In a bike race, riders work together, taking turns leading and drafting. Some days you're at the front pushing the pace. Other days you're hanging on, benefiting from the strength of those around you. The same is true in business and life. Too many entrepreneurs believe they must carry everything alone. But success isn't built through isolation. It's built through community, support, and the willingness to both lead and be led when necessary. April shares insights from a mastermind conversation and explains why staying in motion matters more than staying in front. In This Episode You Will Learn: How the cycling peloton serves as a powerful metaphor for business and life. Why everyone experiences seasons of strength and seasons of struggle. The importance of allowing others to support you when you're facing headwinds. Why "drafting" is not weakness but a strategic tool for sustainable success. How the right team can help you overcome challenges faster than going it alone. Why momentum matters more than speed during difficult seasons. How to recognize when it's your turn to lead and when it's your turn to receive support. Key Takeaways: You don't have to be the strongest person every day. Success is built through relationships, community, and shared effort. Drafting isn't quitting. It's conserving energy so you can keep moving forward. Every leader will eventually need support from others. The goal isn't to lead every mile. The goal is to stay in the race. Quotes: "Just because you're at the back of the peloton today doesn't mean you're losing. It means you're staying in the race." "The strongest riders don't lead every mile. They know when to push and when to draft." "Success is not a solo journey. Find your people and keep pedaling." Challenge: This week, ask yourself: Who is in your peloton? Where are you trying to do everything alone? What support are you refusing because of pride? Who could you lean on so you can keep moving forward? Remember, Pivoter, slowing down is allowed. Stopping is not. ---------------- Want more tools to help you create momentum, clarity, and growth in your business and life? Ready to take this work beyond the podcast? There is a specific kind of worry that lives in the back of most mothers' minds —the worry that we're not doing it right. That somewhere in the gap between who we are and who we wish we were, our kids are absorbing something we never meant to give them: our unresolved stuff. Our triggers, our patterns, the things from our own childhoods that we're still working through. Is all of that making its way to our children? The uncomfortable truth is that some of it will. That's just the reality of being parented by a human. But what Eli Harwood taught me in this conversation is that parenthood itself is a developmental stage, which means we are not finished, and the work we do on ourselves is one of the most profound gifts we can give our children. This week's guest is Eli Harwood, licensed therapist, author, and creator of Attachment Nerd.In this conversation, Eli shares why doing the deep inner work of understanding your own emotional world isn't just good for you — it's the foundation of everything your kids actually need from you. Happy 3 in 30 Day, my friends! Today is March 30th — which, numerically, is 3/30 — and years ago I dubbed this our national holiday. When I started 3 in 30, I did not set out to build a community. I was a busy mom who desperately wanted a parenting resource that would just get to the point already — and when I couldn't find one, I sat down at my kitchen table with a cheap microphone and created it. What I did not anticipate is that moms all over the world would listen, and that through it all, something that genuinely feels like a community would grow up around this little show. To celebrate, I asked the 3 in 30 community to send in voice messages and written notes about their favorite episodes and why those episodes mattered. In today's episode, you'll hear eight of those messages — each one followed by a short clip from the episode being mentioned. In this episode, you'll hear:

How much would a proposed rule change allowing teams to trade picks up to five NFL drafts out help or hurt GM Omar Khan and coach Mike McCarthy in their pursuit of a franchise QB? Would they have a better chance of landing a top name from the 2027 draft class that includes Arch Manning, Dante Moore and others? Are you trading your long-term peace and eternal future for a short-term pleasure? Discover how one small choice can lead to life's biggest regrets and how you can reclaim your spiritual inheritance today. In this powerful message, Elliott Warren explores the life-altering story of Jacob and Esau to answer a critical question: What are you willing to give up for a "single meal"?. While many focus on building wealth or satisfying immediate desires, this sermon reveals the hidden spiritual costs of living for "the flesh" over "the spirit". Through the warning in Hebrews 12 and the modern cautionary tale of Charles Templeton, you will learn how to identify the subtle ways the "spirit of Mammon" and worldly distractions can lead you off course. This message offers a wake-up call to anyone who feels like they've been living "halfway in and halfway out," providing the hope and steps needed to prioritize eternal things before it's too late. 0:00 – Welcome and Prayer for Our Nation  2:20 – Overcoming the Spirit of Mammon and Financial Deception  6:07 – The Life of Jacob: Seeking God's Blessing  7:51 – Genesis 25: Why Esau Sold His Birthright for a Single Meal  11:00 – Flesh vs. Spirit: Understanding the Difference Between Edom and Israel  17:00 – The Solemn Warning in Hebrews 12 for Every Believer  20:41 – The Stupidity of Sin: Sacrificing the Spiritual for the Natural  43:59 – A Modern Warning: The Story of Charles Templeton  58:43 – Is It Ever Too Late? In this episode of The PowerShell Podcast, Andrew Pla sits down with Pablo Correchel, an early-career IT professional who is publicly documenting his PowerShell and learning journey. Just one year into his first help desk role while studying cybersecurity, Pablo shares how consistent practice, sharing what you learn, and embracing beginner questions have accelerated his learning. The conversation explores escaping “tutorial hell,” using AI as a learning tool instead of a shortcut, understanding objects and the pipeline, and why putting yourself out there is one of the fastest ways to grow in tech. This episode is a reminder that you don't have to be an expert to contribute... You just have to start. Key Takeaways: • Learning in public accelerates growth – Sharing small wins and exercises builds confidence, invites mentorship, and creates unexpected opportunities. • Understand the fundamentals deeply – Concepts like objects, the pipeline, Get-Help, Get-Member, and Get-Command form the foundation for long-term PowerShell success. • Use AI strategically – Treat AI as a tutor that challenges you, not a script generator that robs you of learning. Guest Bio: Pablo Correchel is an IT support professional based in Florida and a cybersecurity student at St. Petersburg College. With interests spanning cybersecurity, coding, cloud, and Windows environments, Pablo represents the next generation of IT professionals building skills through curiosity, consistency, and community. In this episode of the UCM Podcast, Tony Hook and Dr. Bill Davis tackle one of the most difficult and emotionally charged questions many chiropractors face: When is it time to stop trying to make it on your own and consider a different path? Focusing on doctors stuck in Practice Growth Stage One—typically collecting under $20K per month—they explore the financial, emotional, and personal toll of long-term survival mode. The conversation breaks down why time alone doesn't create breakthroughs, how being stuck impacts every area of life, and why this stage was meant to be a short-term foundation, not a permanent destination. Most importantly, they outline two viable, hope-filled paths forward: getting structured help to break through the $20K ceiling or choosing to thrive as an associate in the right environment—reminding doctors that doing nothing is the most dangerous option of all.

She saw a white Ford F-150 at the Murdaugh property on the day of the murders. She assumed it was Paul's truck — but Paul's truck was in the shop. She saw a tractor moving across the old landing strip toward the back fields. And she has a theory about what someone may have been preparing for that evening. But when Blanca Simpson tried to share these observations with SLED investigators, they didn't want to hear it. In fact, one investigator told her directly that she was "obsessing" and needed to "get professional help." In part three of this exclusive five-part interview, the Murdaugh family's longtime housekeeper describes the red flags she noticed on June 7th, 2021 — details that never made it into the trial and theories that law enforcement seemingly dismissed without investigation. The tractor had a front-end bucket capable of digging. The property was massive with multiple access points. And Blanca believes that someone may have been setting up a disposal site for evidence — evidence she thinks could still be out there. Whether you find her theories compelling or circumstantial, one thing is undeniable: here's a woman who knew that property intimately, who knew the family's routines and vehicles, and who was brushed off by the very people tasked with finding the truth. This segment also includes a lighter moment where we discuss Alex's surprisingly childish food habits — Capri Suns, sugary cereal, chocolate milk — a glimpse at the man behind the monster. Part four is where this interview gets intense. Blanca receives the phone call. She drives to Moselle. She walks into that house. And what she sees changes everything. Don't miss it — subscribe and hit the bell. #MurdaughMurders #SLED #AlexMurdaugh #BlancaSimpson #MurdaughInvestigation #MurdaughTrial #Moselle #TrueCrime #MurdaughConspiracy #SouthCarolina Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video?
