For over twenty years, Luis has dedicated his life to Law Enforcement and the communities in which he has served. We had a great time speaking about his law enforcement career, to include his time while working for the Department of Corrections where he volunteered his time to sift through the rubble of the 9/11 attacks at the Fresh Kills Landfill in New Jersey.
