S9E28 went out live from the TSORR Myoli Beach studio on 16 July 2026.  This is one of those shows where time just flew, and I could have played for another three hours. For the first time in ages, we didn't do an Immortals feature. There was just so much in Rock and Metal Time Machine that I couldn't spare the seven minutes that the Immortals take. Diabolical Challenge was interesting. We continued with our theme of final albums. This week, the albums took a tragic turn. Bowie and Freddie Mercury were passing away. Jim Morrison died tragically, as did Kurt Cobain; all four of these albums were magnificent ends to an era. For the next few weeks in The Diabolical Challenge, we'll look at final albums made by legendary bands, and we kicked it off this week with: Nirvana - In Utero David Bowie - BlackstarQueen - InnuendoThe Doors - L.A. S9E26 went out live from the TSORR Myoli Beach studio on 25 June 2026.  We took a listen to a brand-new track from the Rolling Stones and Mastodon called 'Your Ghost Again', the Diabolical Challenge, featured four bands with the bass, drums, lead singer, and twin lead guitarist format, and played tracks off albums from Judas Priest, Scorpions, Def Leppard, and Iron Maiden.I had an interesting interview with Mark Biagio of The Fismits, and we got a sneak preview of his brand-new track released tomorrow morning. The track is called 'When', and the EP is called Falling Joy. The show was a mixed bag. We went all the way from Neil Young to In Flames and At the Gates. We covered the 60s right through to 2026.
