Neda is a holistic nutritionist and mental health advocate. She has been struggling over the recent years with seeking professional help for her grandma who has been diagnosed with suicidal depression. Neda gets vulnerable with us and shares her experience with finding her grandmother the right treatment, which ended up being ECT therapy. Sometimes the not so conventional ways are what leads us down a new path to recovery.

Sweetgreen has become quite the popular casual health food restaurant. They have several locations across the country including Chicago and L.A (more to come soon!). Sweetgreen has become a sensation on social media with influencers posting about the restaurant on a regular basis. I first heard about Sweetgreen 4 years ago from a few popular Influencers on Instagram posting regularly about it. Every time I go to a city that has a Sweetgreen location, I typically visit at least 1-2 times. The restaurant has a big impact in the industry in my opinion because they source ingredients from local farms near the cities they are located in. They also are mindful of sustainability every step of the way (right down to the process they use when you go into order your food). Steph Dietz is a Marketing Specialist for Sweetgreen in Chicago.
