Send us a textJohn Harbaugh out duels his younger brother Jim Harbaugh in primetime as he increases his record to 3-0. Ravens use their smash mouth run game to defeat the Chargers in Inglewood. Derrick Henry would lead the way with 140 yards on the ground, while Lamar Jackson and Justice Hill would see pay dirt . The Ravens would rush for over 200 yards in this game, which would be for the 4th time this season. The defense would keep 'the gunslinger' Justin Herbert in check as he would have have under 250 yards throwing, however he was able to get in the end zone a 29 yard run. As a whole the defense would sack Herbert 4 times, and had some big pass break-ups.The Ravens pick up their 8th win of the season staying at pace with the division leader, Pittsburgh Steelers, vying for that AFC North title. Is the defense slowly turning a corner? Can the Ravens run the table? Is Lamar Jackson still front runner for MVP? All this and more on another episode of the Purple Pride Power Hour.FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textAfter a tough close loss to division rival, The Pittsburgh Steelers, the Ravens will take their talents to the west coast as they square off against the Los Angelos Chargers in primetime. Jim and John Harbaugh are two legendary coaches in all of football. Jim Harbaugh made his return to the NFL after a 10 year hiatus. He was widely successful at the collegiate level as his former team, the Michigan Wolverines, would win the CFB championship earlier this year. The Harbaugh brothers have faced each other just twice in the NFL, and to no surprise the elder brother John leads the series 2-0. Their last face-off would come on the grandest stage of them all, Super Bowl 47 in New Orleans. Interestingly enough, that is the exact same sight of this year's game. Jim Harbaugh has the Chargers rolling, under the radar with a 7-3 record. While John Harbaugh and his Ravens sit atop the NFL as it's hottest offense with a 7-4 record. The Ravens had a tough loss in Pittsburgh last Sunday afternoon, and the Chargers would defeat Bengals in a close contest 34-27 on Sunday Night Football. Both teams are #1 respectively in their offense and defense prowess. The Ravens have given up big plays in the secondary this season, however they are the top offense in the league. While the Chargers are a top red zone defense and have held opponents to an average 14ppg. Will Lamar and the offense bounce back this week? Can the Chargers stop the league's top scoring offense? Will Jim Harbaugh get his first win against his big brother John? All this and more on another episode of The Purple Pride Power Hour Podcast.FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textRavens and Bengals put on another thriller, but it would come late in the second half of the game. The Ravens trailed by 14 late in the third quarter, and per usual Lamar Jackson had another 'superman' performance to help propel them pass the Bengals. This win would help the Ravens complete yet another sweep of the Bengals for the second consective season. The last regular season win the Bengals have over the Ravens would be back in the 2022 season.Though the Ravens were able to squeak out a 35-34 win, it would be costly as they surrendered over 457 yards and 5 touchdowns to Bengals star receiver, Ja'Marr Chase. With this being said, can the secondary be fixed? Is Zach Orr (or Dean Pees) the problem? Can the Ravens win in the playoffs? All this and more on another episode of the Purple Pride Power Hour podcast.FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThe Baltimore Ravens 5 game win streak came to a screeching halt by the hand of an AFC North Division rival, the Cleveland Browns. There's many to blame for this loss: the offense dropped passes, the defense dropped INTs, Justin Tucker missed a field goal. At the end of the day, they are a team and this was for sure a TEAM loss. With that being said, the Ravens are 9.5 point favorites against the Broncos (sounds familiar? so were they last week against the Browns) and they will have a test against one of the league's top pass defenses. Can the Ravens' secondary improve? How will the addition of Diontae Johnson help make the Ravens' offense more dangerous? All this and more on another edition of the Purple Pride Power Hour Podcast. FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThe Ravens will take their talents to Cleveland as they will face their second divisional opponent this season in the Browns. The Browns lone win would come in week two against the Jags, however since then they have loss 5 straight. If that is not enough, this past Sunday they would lose their franchise QB, Deshaun Watson, for the year with a torn achilles. The Ravens go into Cleveland as the top offensive juggernaut in the NFL. The QB/RB duo of Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry has been sensational this season. They could go down as one of the greatest duos in the history of the NFL. With all of the highs of the offense, there is one noticeable low on the defense, the secondary. Last week, the secondary appeared to be turning somethings around with Marlon Humphrey consective picks on Baker Mayfield. But that was almost forgettable as the Ravens would allow 21 points to the Bucs offense. Will the secondary's performance improve with the return of Arthur Maulet? Can Jamies Winston help the Browns to their first win since September? All this and more on another episode of the Purple Pride Power Hour Podcast. FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThe Ravens offense has been 'red hot' this past month with Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry leading the way. This is seemingly becoming the best QB/RB duo in recent memory, or maybe in NFL history. Tonight was no different. Though they got off to a slow start in the first two drives, and found themselves in a 10-0 deficit. They would quickly find their footing, and it was all down hill for the Bucs from there. Lamar Jackson and company would score 17 unanswered, and two big interceptions on the Bucs ensuing drives would help set Baltimore up with their halftime lead 17-10. After half time, Ravens would only punt once and rack up 24 additional points as Lamar Jackson would have another 5 touchdown night. Derrick Henry would end the night with a total of 182 yards and a touchdown. Mark Andrews would make history with his touchdowns as now being most in franchise history. The resiliency of this team is breathtaking, and even with a slightly abismal start the appear to be unstoppable. Can the Ravens go on a run? What team can stop this offense? Is this a start for the secondary to turn around? All this and more on another episode of Purple Pride Power Hour.FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmore Join me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThe highly anticipated matchup between 2X NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and 2023 Heisman Trophy Winner Jayden Daniels for sure did not disappoint. They both held their own and accounted for 654 total yards and 3 touchdowns. Of course, the Ravens played take away ball as they dominated T.O.P. for 36 minutes and ran the ball over 150+ yards on just 37 touches.Jayden Daniels was not to be taken lightly, as he carved up the Ravens underperforming secondary spreading the ball around and throwing 2 touchdowns to star receiver, Terry McLaurin. He played very poise, very collective, very DEMURE (lol). However, it was not enough as the Ravens were able to use their “closer” Derrick Henry to once again add to their multi-game win streak. With that being said, is this the Ravens “new identity”? Should we be concerned about the secondary? Can the Ravens compete in the postseason now? All this and more on another episode of the Purple Pride Power Hour!!FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThis game is setting itself up to be an absolute delight on Sunday afternoon at the M&T Bank stadium. Jayden Daniels, rookie from LSU, and the 2023 Heisman Trophy winner, is taking the NFL by storm. The Commanders have won 4 straight games and have outscored their opponents 135-78, and in 3 of their last 4 wins they have held their opponents under 20 points (avg about 15ppg). They have also outscored the AFC North 72-46 scoring 3TD and INT.On the other hand, the Ravens have also been on quite a streak. They won their their last three games some would say in dramatic fashion (at least the last one lol). Lamar Jackson is playing MVP caliber football and could be on his way to a 3rd. He has only thrown 1 interception this season, 9 touchdowns, and 4 of those touchdowns came against the Bengals last week. Can the Commanders pull off the upset? Can the Ravens stifle the Commanders offense and take advantage of their less than talented secondary? Will Ravens secondary issues continue? All this and more on another episode of Purple Pride Power Hour! FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThe Baltimore Ravens and Cincinatti Bengals put on a game for the ages. It is being said this game for sure will be a GOTY (game of the year) candidate. Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow account for 962 total yards and 9 touchdowns. Jamaar Chase nearly repeated his performance against the Ravens two years ago with 193 yards and 2 touchdowns. But, not so fast because Lamar's favorite receiver, Isaiah Likely, also was able to get in the endzone twice. There can be much said about the defenses in this game, but both did not come to play.In my opinion, Lamar Jackson is having another MVP caliber season as he is the glue to this Baltimore Ravens team. Without his quick and efficient decision-making I do not see the Ravens riding this 3 game win-streak. This game most definitely has proven his elite status. On the other hand, how does this affect the pass defense? Can they get things together? Can the Bengals dig themselves out a 1-4 start? Is Joe Burrow still elite? All this and more in another exciting episode of the Purple Pride Power Hour.FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThis game has much to be desired. On the one hand, the Ravens are riding a two-game win streak after starting the season 0-2. On the other hand, the Bengals loss three straight, but were able to get their first win of the season last week against a less-talented squad in the Carolina Panthers. So, we can safely say both teams could slowly be trending upward. However, this game is a little different. This will be the first AFC North divisional game for the year.Ravens have outscore their last two opponents 65-35 and have led the league with over 1700 total yards of offense. Lamar Jackson is 8-2 all time against the Bengals in his career, while Burrow is just 3-4. Will the Ravens get their third consecutive win? Can the Bengals stop Derrick Henry? Will Joe Burrow expose the Ravens secondary? All this and more on another episode.FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textIt would take just one play from the offense on the first drive to establish the tone for this game. Derrick Henry's first play from scrimmage would go for 87 yards to the house. He would end the night with over 200 total yards of offense and two total touchdowns. Lamar Jackson was also sensational, and as the unquestionable leader of this team, it's only up from here. The Ravens would steam roll the Bills as they cruise to a 35-10 win.Now with that being said, will the Ravens finally accept that running the ball down their opponents throats is simply, THEIR IDENTITY? They lead the league in not only running the ball but defending the run as well. This offense will be lethal if teams are unable to defend it. On the other hand, were the Bills exposed? How big was this loss to the Bills? Are my Ravens the "best" team in the AFC? All this and more on another exciting episode!! FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textRavens are set to host the Bills in a 'Sunday Night Delight'. The Bills will enter M&T Bank Stadium undefeated led by their franchise Quarterback, Josh Allen, seeking to improve to 4-0. This may be short-lived if the Ravens can get their same second straight win of the season, and first at home. Ravens fell short in a close one in their 2024 home opener against the Raiders in dramatic fashion. So, we all know they will be looking for retribution this time around.Lamar holds a 2-1 record over Josh Allen all time in their 3 meetings (excluding the playoffs). The last meeting between the Ravens and the Bills was at M&T Bank Stadium in 2023, and the Ravens would lose a close one 23-20. That was not a good game for Lamar and the Ravens, as he threw 2 interceptions, and the Ravens were held scoreless in the second half.In tonight's match-up the Bills still appear to hold the upper hand, however will they be able to be an offensive juggernaut missing their two biggest threats: Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis? Will the Ravens offensive line continue their success despite the early struggle? Can the Bills stop the Ravens #2 ranked rush attack with King Henry in the backfield? All this and much more as I preview the Ravens/Bills.Join me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThe Ravens win in dominate fashion in Dallas, although it appeared they were mounting a comeback. The offensive line issues were put to the side, at least for this game. We'd have to see if this formula will continue as the Ravens will face two formidable opponents. With that being said, there was a lot of positive coming out of the first win for the 2024 campaign. As in all things, there are still some areas of concern. One being, Justin Tucker possibly losing his "mojo" or could it all be a mental lapse. Second, penalties have not been in the favor of Baltimore this season. They have committed over 25 negating just under 300 yards to their opponents. What are the areas of concern? What or Who should be held responsible? I will discuss the key takeaways from this game.Be sure to follow me on social media:FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textLast week the Ravens would lead the Raiders 23-13 before surrendering and ultimately losing the game. It was all too familiar for Ravens fans to see yet another 4th quarter lead erased by the Ravens. Not only have this been an issue, but the offensive identity of this team have haunted them for the past several seasons. Now they head down to the D-Town, home of the "America's Team" Dallas Cowboys, in hopes of digging out of a 0-2 deficit. Both teams will actually be looking to capitalize on the other since both suffered losses in Week 2. The Cowboys have given up 283 yards on the ground against their last two opponents. This should be advantage Ravens, especially since they lead the league in allowing just 99 yards rushing to their opponents. Most of the biggest question will be how the Ravens offensive line will hold up against the likes of: Micah Parsons and Damarcus Lawrence.Join on the 4th episode of The Purple Pride Power Hour Podcast as I discuss the keys to the Ravens victory as they try to avoid an 0-3 start.Be sure to follow me on social media:FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textIn today's episode of the Purple Pride Power Hour podcast, I will give my perspective on the state of the Ravens, as they start their 2024 campaign with an overall record of 0-2. They would lose a close one against Gardner Minshew and the Las Vegas Raiders at home! This would not only our second consecutive loss this season, but the second time they would lose to Gardner Minshew. Last time, it was in overtime last year when he was the quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. There are several takeaways from this game that will be discussed: offensive line issues, pass defense, penalties, and the foolish challenges made by Head Coach John Harbaugh. Should Harbaugh be on the hot seat? Are the Ravens Superbowl window closing? All this and more will be discussed.Be sure to follow me on social media:FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textThe Ravens took a tough loss against the defending back-to-back Superbowl Champs, the Kansas City Chiefs in Arrowhead. It was a nail-biter down the end when Isaiah Likely appeared to have scored a game-tying touchdown, and appeared to have been going for the 2-point conversion for the win. However, they would come up short by the TOE of Likely's cleat. This week the Ravens will host the Las Vegas Raiders for the 8th time in their history. Ravens hold a 9-4 all-time record against them, and have dominated them at home holding a 6-1 record. Their last loss came in Vegas back in 2021 when they lost a close one in overtime. This is a game the Ravens should win and dominate. However, there are several questions that need to be answered concerning their offensive line, secondary, and even how Derrick Henry will be used. All this and more will be answered in another exciting episode of the Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastBe sure to follow me on social media:FB: The Purple Pride Power Hour PodcastIG: purplepridepowerhourX: Deejay_bmoreJoin me on Instagram @purplepridepowerhour
Send us a textWhat a thrilling season opener, the Baltimore Ravens fell just short against the Kansas City Chiefs in Arrowhead, with the game ultimately decided by the narrowest of margins. Both quarterbacks, Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes, showcased their elite skills, delivering impressive performances that kept fans on the edge of their seats. Rookie Xavier Worthy scored twice (one on the ground, one in the air), and King Henry got his first touchdown as a Raven. Mahomes, however, emerged victorious in this nail-biter that was tightly contested throughout. The decisive moment came down to the toe-drag catch by Isiah Likely in the end zone, which ultimately sealed the game for Kansas City.

I know it's been a while, but I'm back at the right time. Today's episode I will preview the upcoming Sunday Noght Football matchup between the Ravens and the Jaguars. Ravens are ascending, while the Jags are descending. Ravens last quarter of the season appears to be daunting, but can they pull it out to maintain the top seed in the AFC? Who's a potential threat to the Ravens quest to Super Bowl 58?Join me on Instagram @sportschatwithdeejay!!
In today's episode, I will preview the upcoming match up between the Ravens and Seahawks. Ravens are on a three game win streak since playing across the pond in London. There are some saying this Seahawks team could possibly pull off this win in Charm City. Can Geno pick apart the leagues top defense or will Lamar Jackson increase his winning ways against the NFC by going 18-1? All this and more on another episode of SCWDJoin me on Instagram @sportschatwithdeejay!!
In today's episode, I will preview the upcoming match up between the Ravens and Lions. The last time these two met was in Detroit, and the Ravens squeaked out a 19-17 on the leg of Justin Tucker. This time around the Lions are 5-1 and boasting one of the league's best records. If the Lions could get this win it would be their first against the Ravens since 2005 and would be their best start since 1956. On the other hand, the Ravens has one of the top defenses this season. They have taken down quarterbacks 24 times, which leads the league (alongside the Bills). Will the Lions get retribution from 2021? Will the Ravens improve to a 6-1 all time record against the Lions? All this and more on another episode of SCWD.Join me on Instagram @sportschatwithdeejay!!
In today's episode, I will review the dramatic 17-10 loss by the Ravens to the Steelers. The Ravens appeared they would win with similar fashion, as in Cleveland, but dropped (7) passes led to their ultimate demise. This is an issue that must be dealt with immediately. Lastly, am I the only one that thought the returns of OBJ, Marlon Humphrey, Ronnie Stanley, and Marcus Williams were a bit costly? All this and more on another episode of SCWD.Join me on Instagram @sportschatwithdeejay!!
I'm today's episode, I will review the AFC North divisional match-up between the Ravens and Bengals. Their prior divisional game ended in heartbreak, as the Ravens back up QB Tyler Huntley made the biggest mistake of his career that would cost the Ravens the game. However, this time around Lamar's two touchdown game would help him improve to a 7-1 record against the Bengals. I will briefly preview upcoming match up against the Colts. All this and more on another episode of SCWD.Join me on Instagram @sportschatwithdeejay!!
In today's episode, I will give my thoughts on the not so impressive win by the Baltimore Ravens against the Houston Texans. However, it did come with a significant cost, as they would also lose JK Dobbins for the year to yet another season-ending injury. Will there be growing pains with the Ravens offense this season, or will they be able to turn things around quickly? Also, Aaron Rodgers debut with the New York Jets is spoiled after just 4 snaps! All this and more on another exciting episode of SCWD. Join me on Instagram @sportschatwithdeejay!!
In today's episode of SCWD, I will preview Sunday's match up between the Ravens and Texans. Lamar Jackson will officially return to the gridiron at M&T Bank Stadium with what could be one of the best league offenses this season. Will the Ravens' offense get off to a hot start? Or will rookie coach, defensive mastermind, DeMeco Ryan have something dialed up to stop it? I will also give my brief thoughts on the Lions surprising (but not really surprising lol) defeat of the defending SB champs, Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead! Join me on Instagram @sportschatwithdeejay!!
My quick thoughts on Lamar Jackson mega deal with the Baltimore Ravens
In todays episode, I will give my thoughts on WrestleMania 39 in SoFi Stadium in Hollywood. Did WWE make the right decision on Roman Reigns? Vince McMahon inks a deal with Endeavor Holdings. I will also speak on the recent uprising from LSU basketball star, Angel Reese, and her trash talking Iowa's Caitlyn Clark. Was the backlash needed? Is it necessary? All this and much more.
In todays episode, I will give my predictions of this weekend's WWE Wrestlemania 39 live from SoFi Stadium in Hollywood. Follow by my brief thoughts on this year's Hall of Fame Class of 2023
In today's episode, I will discuss the ongoing negotiations between Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens. I will give my unbiased, honest, and authentic perspective on what I think about the entire phenomenon. On the other hand, I will discuss some of the surprising moves thus far in this years' free agency around the league. Who could be possible playoff contenders next year?
In today's episode, I will review Superbowl 57 between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. This was one of the most exciting games to date, with the younger stud in Jalen Hurts outplaying the veteran in Patrick Mahomes. However, coaching and experience in the last 5 minutes of the game would help bring the Chiefs their second SB championship in 4 years. Is Mahomes on a path to greatness? Will or Should Andy Reid retire? Did the referee make the right call on holding in the last minute of the game? All this and more on another exciting addition of Sports Chat with Deejay
In today's episode, I will discuss the long-awaited but expected retirement of this century's greatest Quarterback, Tom Brady. When will he begin the $300M deal with Fox Sports as an analyst? Will he really stay retired this time? I will also discuss the recent and MUCH NEEDED hire in Denver with SB 42 winning Head Coach, Sean Payton. Can he turn around this Broncos franchise? Can he help Russell Wilson get back to "cooking it up"? Lastly, the Eagles and Chiefs are set to square off in Arizona in Superbowl 57, who has the edge? All this and more on another episode of SCWD.
In today's episode, I will preview the upcoming conference Championship match-ups between the Eagles/Niners and Chiefs/Bengals. Purdy versus Hurts Part II and Mahomes versus Burrow Pat IV. Which team will represent their respective conference in Super Bowl 57? We are also officially in Wrestlemania season, who will prevail as this year's Royal Rumble winners? All this and more or another episode of Sports Chat with Deejay
In today's episode, I will review this past week's Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. Kansas City will return to the AFC Championship game for a 5th straight time. However, it came with a cost as it was determined that he'd been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain. It will also be just as difficult because they will be facing a familiar foe in Joe Burrow and the Cincinatti Bengals. Arrowhead will host them for a second consecutive year. On the other hand, questions concering Jalen Hurts shoulder seem to be clearly answered as they steam-rolled the Giants to a 38-7 victory. They will host the NFC Championship for just the second time since 2017, and will welcome the 49ers as they return to their 3rd title game in 4 seasons under Coach Kyle Shanahan. All this and more on another edition of Sports Chat With Deejay
In today's episode, I will preview this week's Divisional Round games, and discuss my thoughts the departure of Offensive Coordinator, Greg Roman. Lastly, I will give my opinion on why I believe Lamar will be a Raven for life! All this and more on another edition of Sports Chat with Deejay
In todays episode, I will preview the upcoming Sunday Night Football game between the Ravens and The Bengals. This will be their third meeting this season, and second consecutive just a week apart. Of course the biggest storyline, the absence of the Ravens franchise QB, Lamar Jackson. I will also give my thoughts on the Damar Hamlin situation, current playoff seeds, current coaching vacancies, and much more!
In todays episode, I will discuss the recent offensive woes with the Ravens. They are still believed to be one of the most dangerous teams in the league right now, but Im not to convinced considering how the offense has been performing. They barely got past a underwhelming team in the Panthers, and I wonder if it will be the same with the Jaguars. Can the Ravens return to their 'run first' identity against the Jags? Can the Ravens compete with the likes of Kansas City, Buffalo, Miami, or even the Titans?
In today's episode I will briefly review last night's TNF (Thursday Nighty Football) matchup between the Ravens and Buccaneers. I will admit things started off a little shaky with the play calling, but something happened after halftime. The Ravens returned to their identity in playing smashmouth football on the ground. They pretty much dominated Tom Brady and the Bucs in the second half of this game. So, with that being said will this be the turn around the Ravens need?
In today's episode, I will review the Bills/Ravens game and the controversial call that had everyone talking. Should John Harbaugh had went for it on 4th and goal on the Bills 2 yard line? Do you think the Raven should have put the best kicker in NFL history in the game? Was this a bigger loss for the Ravens or a bigger win for the Bills? With that being said, there are 15 teams at 2-2, seven at 3-1, and only one undefeated. Who can potentially make the post season?
In today's episode, I will review the Ravens 37-26 win over the Patriots and 2nd half defensive dominance. Will the Ravens eventually give Lamar Jackson a fully guaranteed deal, if he continues to play at the level the entire season? Lastly, with the Bills as SBLVII favorite, what does it mean for Lamar Jackson and the Ravens to be able to defeat them Sunday?
In today's episode I will discuss the surprising defeat by the Miami Dolphins to the Baltimore Ravens. Many are asking how did a 35-14 lead by the Ravens evaporate, resulting in a 42-38 defeat. Is it time to panic in Baltimore or will they bounce back like they always do? We have 6 undefeated teams heading into week 3, who will continue their streak?
In today's episode of SCWD, I will review how the Bills completely shut down the reigns SB 56 Champs, the LA Rams. Though its only week one and really doesn't mean anything, can this be a sign of things to come for the Buffalo Bills? They are a Super Bowl favorite going into this season, so only time will tell how this will turn out. With that being said, there are other games to watch for with great storylines: Panthers vs Browns; Vikings vs Packers; Raiders vs Chiefs; Cowboys vs Bucs; Seahawks vs Broncos.
In today's episode I will recap the first week of the 2022 NFL Training Camp. I will also give my opinion on the teams that are 'on the rise' as this year's seasons approaches. Lastly, I will give my exclusive break down of the Baltimore Ravens first week of training camp.
Hello world!!! I'm back from a 2 month hiatus. I will fill you guys in on what has been going on. There has been some big life changes for my family and I, but it is all for the good. Next, I will speak of the recent death of current Baltimore Raven linebacker, Jaylon Ferguson and legendary Baltimore Raven, Tony “ the Goose” Siragusa. Lastly I will try to get back in the swing of things as I discuss whether the Ravens can regain their composure this upcoming season.
In today's episode, I will discuss the current state of the AFC North. In recent weeks there has been a lot of talk concerning each team within the division: from the possible landing spot of Baker Mayfield, to Lamar Jackson contract, to Joe Burrow and the Bengals being the class of the AFC, to the untimely death of Dwayne Haskins. I will give my opinion on each of these situations along with the recent resurgence of one Colin Kaepernick. Does he deserve another chance? Is he a viable fit for the Seattle Seahawks?
In today's episode, I will discuss what have been said one of the craziest free agencies in the history of the NFL. There are so many "new faces" in "new places" that it definitely difficult to keep up. However, I will do my best in giving my overall opinion of what's been going on. With that being said, the AFC West have probably become the favorite division thus far in the AFC, and maybe the NFL. Russell Wilson now with the Broncos, Khalil Mack with the Chargers, Davante Adams with the Raiders, and Tyreek Hill out of Kansas City! Patrick Mahomes and company may be in trouble, and we could possibly see a new division winner this year as the Chiefs have dominated this division since 2018.
In today's episode, I will discuss my thoughts on the mega payday the Green Bay Packers gave to their franchise, future first ballot Hall of Fame QB, Aaron Rodgers. Is this a good move by the Packers? And if it could not get any more shocking and earth shattering, the Seattle Seahawks traded their 33yr old SB-winning QB, Russell Wilson, to the Denver Broncos for a 2022 fourth round pick. Who really won this trade? Broncos? or Seattle? All this and more news around the NFL!!
In today's episode, I will discuss some of the latest news around the NFL. First, Coach McVay and Aaron Donald comtemplating retirement after their big Super Bowl LVI win. Will Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson leave their respective franchises for “greener” pastures? And what in the world is going on in Baltimore with Lamar Jackson and Hollywood Brown? Lamar recently appeared on Lebron James, The Shop, expressing his feelings on being referred to as a running back. All this and more on another episode of Sports Chat with Deejay! Let's go!!
In today's episode, I will review the final game of the 2021 season, Super Bowl LVI, between the Los Angelos Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals. A game that looked to be dominated by the Bengals vaunted defense would make a swift turn around in favor of Matthew Stafford and the Rams. The NFL's Offensive Player of the Year, Cooper Kupp, would come up clutch in the final minutes of the game to seal the deal for the LA Rams as the capture their 2nd Super Bowl title in franchise history. With their 2nd SB appearance in under 5 years, can the Rams run the table again? Should Aaron Donald still consider retirement? Should the Rams take a chance on OBJ, given a second torn ACL on the same knee? Can the Bengals make it back to he big dance?
In todays episode, I will briefly preview the upcoming Super Bowl LVI matchup between the Los Angelos Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals. Matthew Stafford nearly decade and a half odyssey has finally landed him in the biggest game of his career. The star studded Rams have all the intangibles to be crowned world champs. However, “the new kids on the block” in Joe Burrow, JaMaar Chase, and Joe Mixon may pull off the ultimate upset. Who will take the Lombardi back to their respective cities? Can the Rams become the second consecutive team to win the Super Bowl in their home stadium? Will the Bengals 33 year drought culminate in their first Super Bowl championship?
