In todays episode, I will review the Monday night thriller between my Baltimore Ravens and the Las Vegas Raiders. Though it was an exciting game, my Ravens were not able to pull this one out as they lose in overtime, 33-27. Being a REAL fan, I will give my heartfelt, but honest opinion on my teams performance
In todays episode, I will preview the upcoming match up between the Ravens and Raiders. The last time these two met was in 2018, Lamar's rookie season, and the Ravens defeated the Raiders 34-17. Now, the Ravens have been riddled with several key injuries to RB and need to win this game more than ever. Can the Raiders get a big win in their first "official" game in their new home? or Will the Ravens prevail as victors in a game they may are not suppose to win?
In todays episode, I will give my preview the 2021 NFL Season opener between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys. This game should be interesting with the return of Dak Prescott after that gruesome compound ankle injury in Week 5 of last year. We want to see if he can put together another MVP like campaign as he did just 5 weeks into the season last year. Lastly, can the "reigning, defending, undisputed Superbowl 55 Champions" repeat?
In this episode, I discuss the recent COVID outbreak in Tennessee that includes the likes of Ryan Tannehill and Coach Vrabel. I give my thoughts on the virus and how it could affect the upcoming season. I also briefly discuss the recent injury to OLB Carl Lawson and what this means for the future of the Jets. Lastly, I discuss the return of Carson Wentz (weeks ahead of schedule) and explain why I think this may be a huge mistake on the part of the Colts Chapter MarkersMike Vrabel - 11:20Carl Lawson - 23:31Carson Wentz 31:27
In todays episode, I briefly review the Ravens last game against the Saints, an even though they did win there are still a lot of concerns within this ball club. I will also touch on the Ravens upcoming game against the Panthers along with recent news concerning injuries, roster moves, etc.
In today's episode, I will give a quick update on the Baltimore Ravens Training Camp. The defense is looking really good along with the offense. However, there are some concerning injuries that I hope are not as serious as they may seem.
In today's episode, I will discuss the unlikely "injury-proned" career of Carson Wentz. He just don't seem to be able to get out of his own way, and its unfortunately not even his fault. I will also discuss the minor injure sustained by 2021 Heisman Trophy winner, Devonta Smith, and the dire need of his leadership on a young WR group in Philly. Lastly, do you think its fair how the NFL are treating "un-vaxxed" players? Such is the case with Viking QB Kirk Cousins.
Another NFL season is upon us, however it will come with very strict guidelines for those choose to get "jabbed" and those that choose to not get "jabbed" In todays, episode I will breakdown the NFL's latest memo regarding how they will handle COVID-19 for those players vaxxed and unvaxxed. Wait until y'all here this one, it will have your mouth wide open! Episode 109 here we go!!!!!Link to memorandom:https://static.www.nfl.com/image/upload/league/bawwd4dpxjuz8i2zb7g0.pdf
In todays episode, I will talk about the recent remarks from Le'Veon Bell to head coach Andy Reid and his refusal to ever play for him again. I will also briefly speak on the recent announcement from Las Vegas Raiders current player, Carl Naasib, recently coming out as the first active gay NFL player. Lastly, I will give my opinion on the current NBA playoff picture as the respective conference games are set (Sixers vs Bucks/ Suns vs Clippers). Who will emerge as the 2021 NBA Champions?
In todays episode, I discuss the recent trade of Julio Jones between the Falcons and the Titans. I also will discuss the 2021 Baltimore Ravens draft picks and their impact on their future. Lastly, Im predicting the Phoenix Suns and Brooklyn Nets advancing to the NBA Finals, do you agree?
In todays episode, I will react to the recent release of the Baltimore Ravens 2021 schedule. The Ravens are in the spotlight 5 times this upcoming season with 2 Monday night games, 2 Sunday night games, and 1 Thursday night game. The Ravens have one of the hardest schedules this season, however do you think they can still make a run for the Lombardi?Chapter Markers:0:00 - Where have I been? What's I have been up to? In this episode, I will discuss the recent BIG pay day of Dak Prescott. It was about time that Jerry Jones came to his senses and gave that man his money. I will also be breaking down how I think Cam Newton will do in his second tenure in New England as he "run it back". Lastly, Russell Wilson named four teams he would be willing to bypass his "no trade clause" for in his contract, the Chicago Bears was on that list. I will discuss why I just do not think this a good move and why Russ "won't cook" in Chi-town.Chapter Markers:Cam Newton returns to New England - 1:52Will Russell Wilson be traded to the Bears? - 19:04Dak's big pay day!! - 39:14
In this episode I will discuss the recent signing by JJ Watt with the Arizona Cardinals. I will also discuss some controversial comments made by Cam Newton when he stated that he is "better than" 32 other NFL players. Lastly, should Tom Brady consider retirement? Simply, put is there anything else for him to accomplish?NFL league schedule:https://sports.nbcsports.com/2021/02/11/2021-nfl-offseason-key-dates-to-know/Chapter markers:1:25 - Introduction6:05 - Big Ben contract restructured 13:16 - NFL league schedule16:56 - JJ Watt signs with the Arizona Cardinals28:25 - Is Cam Newton still relevant?44:12 - Should Tom Brady consider retiring?
In today's episode I explore some 'hot button' topics in the world of the NFL with regards to Carson Wentz, JJ Watt, and Russell Wilson. As you all may know, the Eagles have expressed clearly that they wanted to move on from start QB, Carson Wentz, and they did just that by trading him to the Colts for a 3rd round pick and 2nd round conditional pick. Also JJ Watt wanted out of Houston and he got exactly what he wanted. Lastly, Russell Wilson is frustrated with the Seahawks lack of an offensive line to protect him. My thoughts on all the following topics up next! --------->
After almost twenty years since their last and just about 13 years removed from the the playoffs, the Buccaneers are once again the champions of the world!! Being led by HOF (Hall of Fame) quarterback, Tom Brady and that vaunted defensive front four it was clearly too much that the Chiefs could handle. In today's episode I will break down what I believe the deciding factor was in the Bucs victory over the Chiefs. What happened to Patrick Mahomes? Or his offensive line? How was the Bucs defensive line so dominant? Will Brady return next year to receive his record setting 8th Super Bowl ring?
Tom Brady and the vaunted Tampa Bay offense will face up against Patrick Mahomes and their high powered offense in the 55th edition of the NFL Superbowl. Both teams are vying to win the coveted Lombardi trophy, however are there some flaws on both teams that could possible halt their quest in becoming world champs? Yes, I think so and I will discuss them both here.
As we all know by now Brady and the Buccaneers have made the Super Bowl and for Brady this will be his 10th! Yikes! Let that sink in. Many have said that the Brady-Belicheck divorce have uttered the question, "Who was more vital/important to their relationship?" Did Brady prove this in his ability to take the Bucs to their first superbowl in almost 20 years? Lastly, the Chiefs advance to their second straight Superbowl and host their third straight AFC title game. Can they repeat as champs?
From horrible snaps, to drop passes, to a big time endzone interception a lot can be said about what happened in the divisional round of versus the vaunted passing game of the Buffalo Bills. I will say both teams offensively did not have their best days, however the Bills came away with the "W" and did not turn over the ball. There is a lot wrong with my Baltimore Ravens, but is Greg Roman's non creative playbook one to blame?
This was a "wild" wild card weekend in football, and I guess nothing gets more crazier than the Cleveland Browns 25+ removed from the playoffs picking up their first playoff win in a long long time! Lamar Jackson also scores his 1st win of his career. Lastly, are the Bucs and Brady priming themselves for a Superbowl run?
My Baltimore Ravens picked up a huge 35 point win against the Bengals defeating them 38-3 to advance to their third straight playoff berth. They also set a season rushing record in a game by rushing over 400 yards! An astounding feat as they look to defeat their arch nemesis, Tennessee Titans. Also, the Dolphins are curb stomped by the Bills, the Bears lose to the Packers but make the playoffs. Who can stop the "red hot" Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers this postseason? Lastly, are the defending Superbowl champs in trouble?
In todays episode, I have special guest (local rapper Ayyoungmays) as we discuss some of the surprising moments in week 16 as we near closer to the end of the NFL season. The Baltimore Ravens seem to be hitting their stride at the right time, and if they can get into the playoffs, are they a team that no one wants to play?Ayyoungmays can be reached on Instagram, Youtube and iTunes Ayyoungmays- Trippin (Music Video) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfc8J79iBQxU-mxEUH4nyVg
The Bills demolish the Broncos 48-19 to clinch their first AFC East Title since 95'! The Kansas City Chiefs are on a roll as they defeat the Saints and improve to 13-1, will they lose another game this season? The Steelers lose their 3rd straight game and appear to be in free fall, will they regain their composure and protect the AFC North Title? Lastly, the Jets get their first win by taking down the Los Angelos Rams in LA!!!!
#EP93 Today I will discuss that record-breaking Monday night classic between (MY!!!) Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns. Also what is going on in Pittsburgh? The Steelers lose their second straight game! How about the resilience of Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs after a 3 interception game? Last but not least, Aaron Rodgers is a bad bad man as he defeats the Lions to increase his record to 16-5 overall in his career. This win not only place the Packers atop the NFC, but also may be nearing his 3rd career MVP
Have Baker Mayfield and the Browns finally silenced the critics? Mayfield has 4 first half touchdowns has his team totally outmatched the Titans. The Pittsburgh Steelers are undefeated no more as they go down to the Washington Football Team. What is going on with the NFC West? The Cardinals and Kyler Murray have lost their 3rd straight, and the Seahawks only mustered up 12 points against the New York "football" Giants. Are the Ravens and Lamar Jackson back to their 2019ish ways?
Pat Mahomes, Tyreek Hill and the Chiefs straight manhandled the Brady and the Buccaneers! Could we be seeing a potential 'passing of the torch' from Tom Brady to Patrick Mahomes? The Arizona Cardinals have lost two straight by a combined 10 points and have fallen to 6-5 on the season, is there cause for concern and will they make the playoffs? King Henry comes one step closer as a potential MVP candidate with the Titans blow out win over the Colts. The Ravens and Steelers finally lock it up in a surprisingly competitive game! Lastly, Derek Carr and the Las Vegas Raiders come to a screeching holt as they fall bad to the Atlanta Falcons and find themselves on the outside looking in on their playoff hopes.
Ravens and Titans went into overtime but King Henry sealed the win for the Titans for a second consecutive year in the Charm City! The Rams upset the Bucs on Monday Night Football! Yet another close game between the Raiders and Chiefs, however Pat Mahomes sealed the deal with seconds left in the fourth quarter
The Cardinals and DeAndre Hopkins pull off what could be the play of the year!!! Greenbay just barely survived the Jags, is there trouble looming in Lambeau? Miami has won 5 straight! Seahawks have lost two straight! Is Russell Wilson "cookin" too much? And lastly, the Patriots and "Superman" Cam Newton outlasts the Ravens in a rainy showdown in Foxboro
The game of the week would have to probably to the Dolphins and the Cardinals. Two young quarterbacks (Kyler Murray and Tua Tugavailoa) duking it out, and trying to get their teams in a contention for a playoff run. Also, are the Baltimore Ravens offense "predictable"? I discuss their game versus the Colts, and Lamar's controversial comments regarding teams being able to read their plays. All this and more on another episode of SCWD.

Russell Wilson possibly solidifying the MVP race with a remarkable performance against the Niners. What is in the water? Packers losing to the Vikings and the Bengals take down the Titans!
In today's episode of SCWD I will discuss the recent emerging of Tampa Bay, and whether they are the team to beat in the NFC. I will also discuss the status of the New England Patriots. Are they done for the season or will they make a miraculous comeback? Lastly, with the recent season ending injury to Odell Beckham Jr, is it time for him to get out of the Cleveland?
In todays episode I will discuss how Derrick Henry rushed into the history books and secured a win for his team to remain undefeated on the year. Also are the Steelers the team to beat in the AFC North? Lastly, are the Buccaneers finally hitting their stride? All this and more on another episode of SCWD.
In case you were wondering you read the headline right! The Chiefs are undefeated no more and their inner division rival, Las Vegas Raiders, were able to pull off a huge upset in Arrowhead. In this episode, I will also discuss the Niners benching of franchise QB Jimmy Garoppolo. Lastly, we all witnessed the horrific season ending injury to Cowboys franchise QB, Dak Prescott, I will discuss the game and his future with the Cowboys.
In this episode I discuss the possible shocker of the season as the Cleveland Browns go into 'Jerry World' and nearly puts up a half century of points on their beloved Dallas Cowboys. Odell Beckham Jr had his fingerprints all over this one. I also discuss some latest breaking news with the Titans and COVID-19, Bill O'Brien fired, and will the Saints/Chargers game now be played in Indy?
In today's episode I will discuss the recent news concerning the postponement of two NFL games due to COVID. Also, what's going on in New Orleans? Can the Lions pick up their second consecutive win after defeating a red hot Arizona Cardinals team? Lastly, will the Baltimore Ravens bounce back this week against the Washington Football Team?
What happened to the Baltimore Ravens in Monday's epic showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs? Russell Wilson does it again putting up 5 touchdowns on a underwhelming defense in the Dallas Cowboys. Could he be positioning himself for his first ever NFL MVP award? All this and more on another edition of Sports Chat with Deejay
In today's episode, I will discuss the huge 27-7 comeback from the Dallas Cowboys. And also did the LA Chargers expose the defending Superbowl champs? Today's episode I will preview alongside special guest Matt of "thedeepball" (instagram) NFL week 2. We focus preferably on four match ups: Ravens vs Texans; 49ers vs Jets; Patriots vs Seahawks; Chiefs vs Chargers. With Matt and I being 49ers and Ravens fans respectively I thought it would be interesting to cover both our teams games. For more info on my guest you can visit his instagram at: thedeepball
Who would've guessed we would see Tom Brady in a different jersey, under a different coach, and in a different city other New England? Well things didn't far so well in his debut with the Tampa Bay Bucs. Also Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, and Russell Wilson all had monster games in the week one and how did Big Ben fair in his big return?
In this episode I will conclude my "hot seat" edition with both the AFC North/AFC West. There is so much to talk about from the defending Super Bowl champs to the second unanimous NFL MVP in history, Lamar Jackson. I will also preview the first game of week 1 as the Chiefs host the Texans at Arrowhead Stadium.
In todays episode we will continue 'NFL Hot Seat" with the AFC South. The Houston Texans probably made one of the biggest shocking moves in the offseason with the departure (release) of its top receiver, D'Andre Hopkins. They also just recently signed their star QB Deshaun Watson to a monster deal (4 yr ext/$160M). So with that said, Will the Texans repeat as AFC South champs or will the Titans have something to say about it? Who should be on the hot seat for these teams?
In this episode I will continue with the "NFL Hot Seat" edition with the NFC West division. The 49ers surprised everyone by not only winning the division but also the conference and advancing to their first Superbowl since 2012. Can the repeat as NFC Champs and if so who should be on the hot seat?
In this episode I continue my 'NFL hot seat' edition with the NFC East division. There are a lot of questions sorrounding QB Dak Prescott and whether or not he will be a Cowboy next year after agreeing to sign that franchise tag. Who else could be on the hot seat?
